- Kath (6/5): Looking old and run down - Ok stay. A few issues - apartment was a little dirty - fold out couch was filled with food scraps and mattress protector badly stained. Existing damage - hole in cupboard door. Carpets in hallway making doors difficult to open. Shower very very slippery - layer of slime on tiled floor. Advertises laundry facilities but only has a washer - no dryer. Gutters overgrown with weeds.

- Sarah (6/5): never again - the upstairs units are separated by a door - they are quite noisy and you can literally hear every word - when the other people come back after 10 pm drunk talking loudly and laughing for hours it is less than ideal - then to walk down to depart Saturday the down stairs child throwing rocks at my car ....... people are do disrespectful
- Philip (6/5): - This was a mixed bag. Beautiful location within a 5 minute walk to shops, cafes and movies. However we had a number of issues with the room. Fridge stopped working while we were there. The noise from the apartment upstairs kept us awake at night. Some of the furniture looked damaged. Not suitable for a family of four as no ensuite and just one toilet and shower.

- Felicitie (8/5): - Property itself was lovely. Plenty of room, tidy and in a quiet location. We booked for 6 people but a few things were disappointing - not enough cutlery, the toilet seat broken and dangerous for a mobility impaired person, lamp in bedroom didn’t work (important for small child) and the sofa bed was not able to be slept on (the springs in mattress are revolting). Two adults therefore had to sleep on loundes. Not ideal.
- Rod (8/5): - Nice stay but walls are a bit thin, we were asked to keep the noise down even though it was only 10pm and we were not playing music it was just general chatter over dinner This must be an ongoing issue as there are carpet runners on all the tile floors we were on the upstairs init

It's also conveniently close to Aldi and other shopping options. I highly recommend it for families with young children and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Wangaratta!

- Michelle (10/5): Hidden Gem. - Lovely quiet location and an easy walk into the town centre. Great apartment style accommodation with good amenities. I was there on business with a colleague and we found it comfortable, the wifi good and easy to find.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very clean and well supplied for a self catering apartment (eg had tissues and kitchen wraps). Apartments are in an excellent location, diagonally opposite Apex Park and a short walk from a range of good restaurants.
- James (8/5): Quick overnight - Arrived late had trouble finding the lock box but was pleasantly surprised on entering the apartment. It was clean and well appointed it was a shame it was just a quick overnight as a longer stay would have been enjoyable.

- Trevor (10/5): Excellent spot for a Wangaratta o/n or longer - Located near the river on the edge of town Apex is a comfortable, modern block of 4 apartments with views across to the park. Well equipped and quiet.
- Ross (8/5): - On the good: Nearly opposite a park with a childrens playground that has a short walk to the town or to along the river. Can get two upstairs apartments with an interconnecting door for which you can get a key. Less good are minor things...one of the apartments had a somewhat noisy ceiling fan in a bedroom, it would be nice if the coffee provided was better than sachets of international roast as I had forgotten my coffee and most of the stores/cafes that would have had good coffee were closed at Christmas.
- Aarne K (8/5): 2 nights at the Apex Park - We loved the spacious and modern apartment. We had everything we needed and the location is just amazing since there's the Apex park right in front and the city is literally stone's throw away over the pedestrian bridge. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cleaning. Some of the places had visible dust on them and around the night stands and under the beds there were huge clutters of dust. I have a slight dust allergy and this was the only place were I felt a bit of a reaction to the dust (out of 14 apartments we visited on our 7 week tour). With proper cleaning the place will be amazing.

The accommodation was very close by in a lovely treed setting, and was very convenient to town. The Apartment (No.3) ground floor was itself was clean, light and spacious and very well laid out. It made for a pleasant and comfortable stay, It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the peace and tranquility this property offers. The water temperature and heat could be improved, but overall it was a lovely stay and we would prefer to stay here over a hotel when next visiting. Would highly recommend staying here.

- Lib (8/5): - Lovely set of apartments. Large, well resourced and a great location. Fantastic kitchen space and big walk in shower. Lots of room for kids to play outside, both on the property and in the park adjoining. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and couch and great heating and cooling. The only comment I would make is that there were spider webs in the corners of the windows and marks on the walls which need a wipe down. Loved it, and will definitely stay again.
- AJ (10/5): Beautiful accommodation close to town - Beautiful two bedroom apartment right on the river and a short walk over the footbridge into town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and excellent value for money. Perfect for families, friends or couples holidaying together.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible - Booked in to stay at this property over a month in advance. Received a call the night before my stay saying they had double booked my room. Said they could try and find me a room in Benalla (over 30 mins away from Wangaratta) instead. I was booked in to run the marathon (6.30am start) the following day which was why I booked in Wangaratta. Staff were extremely rude on the phone - she even hung up on me when I expressed my disappointment! Avoid this place at all costs.
- Chris (8/5): - Great place to stay. Very clean and had a view to the near by park. Also a short stroll to all the shops etc. Only negative is that we were sent a text with the code to get the key and room number only to find out we walked in on another family in the room number we were sent.

Bookin time was 2:00pm, however on my arrival I could not get in before 5:00pm. I had to ring to find out the what the problem could be. No notification before hand. Rather inconvenient. I expected for this price towels sheets extc to be changed daily, not so. The service needs to be improved.
