• Verified traveler (4/5): Mauvaise expérience. - Notre chambre et la salle de bain n’étaient pas propres. La douche (cabine=paravents à fermer) avec normalement des caoutchoucs pour retenir l’eau, sauf qu’à peine l’eau allumée, la salle de bain était inondée. D’où l’odeur nauséabonde après avoir fait coulé l’eau. Les matelas faisaient très mal au dos (des ressorts ressentis). Et une chaleur étouffante, surtout la nuit où nous étions trempées de sueur. Avec juste un ventilateur. Et la porte-fenêtre du balcon ne fermait pas. Cette chambre ne valait pas son prix.

La douche faisait comme des paravents à fermer avec normalement des caoutchoucs en bas par retenir l’eau. Sauf que ça ne retenait rien du tout. À peine l’eau allumée, la salle de bain était inondée. D’où l’odeur d’égout après avoir fait coulé l’eau. Les matelas faisaient très mal au dos (des ressorts bien ressentis). Et une chaleur étouffante, surtout la nuit où nous étions trempées de sueur. Avec juste un ventilateur, sale lui aussi. Et la porte-fenêtre du balcon ne fermait pas. Cette chambre ne valait absolument pas son prix.

Il Parcheggio disponibile, la veranda a disposizione per colazione dolce/salata e la cortesia del personale hanno fatto buona la nostra esperienza. Ad un avaria dell' ascensore,il gestore ha prontamente risolto in poche ore .

Dommage que la chambre soit d'une autre époque (Baignoire sabot, pas de clim, litterie un peu fatiguée). Malgré tout, cela reste un bon rapport qualité/prix pour la saison estivale.
• chiara (10/5): - Un ottimo 2*. Ovviamente le camere con mobilio non nuovissimo, bagno pure ma pulitissimo, personale molto cordiale e accogliente. Colazione eccellente, le torte del cuoco ottime, il portico dove si fa la colazione è proprio una chicca. Inoltre è posizionato benissimo per godersi un vacanza rilassante vicino il mare. Complimenti!

Situazione vicina al mare ma in posto tranquillo. Parecchio silenzio nonostante la presenza di bambini, cani e gatti ( più rumorosi i secondi)

A quelques pas de la mer, très propre, petit déjeuner copieux et bon, bon service d’accueil et excellents conseils pour les restaurants . Seul bémol, une salle de bain minuscule (un pied dans la douche pour accéder au lavabo)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Quando mi trovo in zona per lavoro vengo sempre qui. L'hotel e la zona in cui si trova sono molto comdi. Il parcheggio interno non è grandissimo ma fuori non ci sono problemi per trovare un parcheggio.

• ISABELLE (8/5): Séjour à l hôtel de la plage - Séjour de 2 nuits pour visiter PESARO et environs, famille très agréable qui m a bien dépanné car je me suis trompée sur mes dates de réservation...Parking gratuit, petit dej très bien.

• Nancy (8/5): Great hotel and great value - Hotel Capitol is a great value in a great location with courteous and helpful staff. We stayed at Hotel Capitol for ten days in early September. We have also stayed at Hotel Capitol for weeks in the past. The hotel is two blocks from the ocean and the restaurants along the waterfront. If you’re looking for the amenities of a five star hotel, this may not be your place. But if you’re looking for an affordable, clean stay, in a good location with tasty and fulfilling breakfasts then this is the spot for you. On a side note, make sure to visit the Benelli Motorcycle museum while you’re in town. The brand defines the city and its history. It’s an 8 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel semplice (è un 2 stelle) ma con tutto quello che serve. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, colazione con ottima varietà di dolce e salato. Dalla stazione per chi arriva in treno si arriva a un minuto a piedi dall'hotel con l'autobus 9 o 41

Jeg har tænkt mig at lade dette hotel være mit faste under Rossini-festivalen i Pesaro, bekvemt tættere på byen end de mange andre hoteller, der ligger lige ned til vandet, og alligevel med havudsigt. Morgenmaden var også helt tilfredsstillende.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Staff couldn’t do enough to help, breakfast was am - Hotel had a lovely balcony, staff helped immediately when we needed a printer, an adapter or another cup of fresh coffee. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Room isn’t huge but it had everything we needed. Only 1 block from the waterfront. Will definitely go there again. Great value.
• Brysan (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast too! One down side was that every time we took a shower it flooded the bathroom since the shower door wouldn't close properly and there was nothing to keep the water from going all over the floor, just a drain, no tub or raised ledge on the floor to stop it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good place for the price - First of all, the staff are wonderful. Helpful and very courteous. This hotel is probabally the least expensive one in Pesaro and it is in a good location. One block off the beach and an easy walk into the heart of the city. Also, a short walk to the gold ball. Bed is comfortable if you like a fairly stiff be. Options for flatter or puffier pillows. The only thing I will say is that the bathroom is tiny. The door goes between your legs when you sit on the toilet. Also, there is rarely hot water. Mid-day might be the best time for a shower. And bathroom has a tendency of flooding out when showering. Other than those things, its a nice place. Good breakfast with friendly servers. Don't overlook this place. Just set your expectations appropriately when it comes to the bathroom.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - This hotel has only one problem - soundproofing in rooms. You hear everything from rooms around. All other things are great: people who work there, breakfast, beach, location
• Robert (10/5): A Great Find! - I booked this hotel at the last minute as a solo traveler. I neede a place to sleep and the price was right. The hotel, although it was only about 125 yards from the oceanfront, was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The entrance and the lobby area were attractive and updated. There was a small bar in the lobby and seating on the covered front porch area which also had an entrance from the ample sized dining room and it was possible to enjoy the typical and amply varied continental breakfast on the porch. At least in the summer, the hotel offers an evening meal by prior reservation on the same day by noon. I didn't get to see the menu or the price but I would guess that it is good and reasonably priced. My single room was small and compact but well laid out and had ample closet and other storage space. The bed was comfortable. The adjoining bath was spacious and uncramped and had only a shower in addition to the lavatory, toilet and bidet. There was also an adjoining balcony with a table and chairs. I was thoroughly pleased with my three night stay and I think I got more than I paid for. I will definitely return when I am in the area again.
