He is so kind hearted and respectful and makes nice conversation when you’re open to it and gives you all the tips and recommendations you need. The apartment is so very clean in charming Italian style. The mattresses are AMAzingly comfortable. We loved the allround green view on the green mountains, the nice places to sit everywhere, the nature sounds all around. Every day Rafael cleans the pool so it’s very clean. • ZMC (10/5): 托斯卡纳美丽乡村的放松住宿 - 房东十分热情。在到达之前，他已经将住宿和周边的信息发送过来了。这里面包括了景点，餐厅，停车，超市等常用信息。而且他基本上时刻在线，有任何问题都可以问他。房东一家人用热情经营这家民宿。该民宿地理位置还不错，离好几个城市都不远。停车方便，有停车场。如果你想吃早餐，又不想自己做或者开车出门，那每天早上有贩卖面包的车会过来。该民宿有游泳池，而且有一个机器人经常清洁泳池内部。室外有儿童游乐区和烧烤架。这栋楼房虽然不算很新，但是房间内的设施都更新过。床头的接口居然有USB接口。客厅的沙发床也很新，很舒服。厨房用品比较全。房东准备了第一天的咖啡，饼干，果酱等。房间门口有晒衣服的架子。二楼的公寓拥有两个独立房间，视野不错，可以看到谷底，早上的日出很美。 卫生间的马桶盖可以稍微拧紧点。

• mirellaesp (10/5): - Poggio Olivo ci è rimasta nel cuore, immersa nel verde a pochi minuti da Montepulciano. La struttura ha diversi appartamenti indipendenti (il nostro era al piano terra, con patio) e bellissimi spazi comuni: giardino, piscina con area solarium dotata di lettini e doccia, 2 aree barbecue attrezzate, due gazebo con tavolini, spazi in giardino con poltrocine, tavolini e sedie a dondolo, una piccola area giochi per i bambini e parcheggio. L'arredamento interno è in stile calssico, con mobili in legno, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, doccia perfetta, letti rinnovati con materassi e cuscini nuovissimi, riscaldamento perfetto e condizionatore. La notte si dorme benissimo, gli unici "suoni" sono quelli degli uccellini :-) Tutto è in ottime condizioni, si nota ovunque una gran cura, sia negli interni che all'esterno. La vera anima di poggio Olivo è infatti Raffaele, innamorato di questa terra, che trasmette anche agli ospiti questo immenso amore per ciò che fa, lo si vede costantemente gironzolare per la struttura a fare piccole manutenzioni ed assicurarsi che i suoi ospiti stiano bene e si sentano a casa. E' sempre piacevole fare quattro chiacchiere con lui e sedersi fuori a prendere un caffè mentre ti dà qualche consiglio sugli itinerari nella splendida Val D'Orcia o sui ristoranti da lui stesso testati. Spero vivamente di ritornare in questa splendida vallata e di soggiornare di nuovo qui, lo coniglieremo sicuramente. solo come consiglio: sul letto matrimoniale i materassi erano singoli (comodissimi) ma ad esempio il mio compagno sentiva il punto di separazione. Consiglierei un eventuale topper ovviare a questa cosa che per qualcuno potrebbe essere scomodo. Non è stato un problema per noi, ma sarebbe stato sicuramente un punto perfetto in più :-)

Расположение дома великолепное, до достопримечательностей очень близко. В непосредственной близости от Монтепульчано (15 мин на машине). Апартаменты укомплектованы всем необходимым, на территории есть всё, что может понадобиться для приготовления еды либо просто посидеть и поболтать с изумительным видом (в любое время суток). Очень удобные матрасы, высыпаешься на 10 из 10. Лучшее место, всем рекомендую. -

• Eleni (10/5): Wish we could stay longer, definitely coming back! - The apartment was located in a peaceful area really close to Montepulciano. It had a traditional architecture beautifully aligned with the breathtaking Toscana. And when we got there we realised that besides the beautiful place the "filoxenia" as we say in greek was amazing. Our host was kind enough to answer all our questions and give us incredible recommendations 24/7. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who wants to experience an authentic Toscana experience.

He made all arrangements for the replacement and repaired the tire until we could exchange vehicles. Anything we needed, he was there to help. If I return to Italy, I will definitely stay here again. • Tobias (10/5): Perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Raffaele und seine Frau sind als exzellente Gastgeber nicht zu übertreffen. Das Anwesen mit dem Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist sauber und in der Realität um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos. Bei Fragen stehen sie jederzeit unkompliziert über WhatsApp zur Verfügung und bieten einem in jeder Lage Hilfe an. Zudem bekommt man wertvolle Informationen über die lokalen und in der Umgebung angebotenen Aktivitäten und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Unsere Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Ob am Pool, der immer in einem exzellenten Zustand war oder auf dem süßen Spielplatz. Zudem durften eine Vielzahl von Gefährten auf dem Anwesen benutzt werden. Wir sind ganz angetan von der Liebe und Mühe, die Raffaele und seine Frau in die Gastfreundschaft und unser Wohlergehen investierten. Kurzum kommt es einem so vor als wäre man von guten Freunden oder der lieben Familie in einen Urlaub eingeladen!

• Mariangela (10/5): La scelta migliore per una vacanza in Toscana - Siamo stati a Poggio Olivo per una vacanza di fine anno in famiglia, eravamo in 11 e abbiamo preso due appartamenti. È stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. La struttura è in una posizione ottima, che ti consente di spostarti comodamente verso varie località, e allo stesso tempo è immersa in un contesto naturale meraviglioso, in cui godere di pace, tranquillità e vedute splendide. Gli appartamenti sono caldi, puliti, con letti e divano letti molto comodi, e sono attrezzati in ogni dettaglio. Il proprietario, il signor Raffaele, è presente e super disponibile per qualunque richiesta, ci ha accolto dicendo che eravamo a casa nostra, ed è quella la sensazione che abbiamo provato. Ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti, aiutandoci con la scelta del cenone di Capodanno, ci ha suggerito posti da vedere e attività da fare e tutto quello che ci ha detto ci è stato utilissimo. Una cura per la struttura e per gli ospiti veramente rara. Speriamo di poter tornare a Poggio Olivo in primavera o estate per poter godere anche dei magnifici spazi esterni e della piscina.

• Rommel Wallace (10/5): Não vemos a hora de podermos voltar! - Minha família e eu havíamos reservado inicialmente para 4 noites, porém gostamos tanto da região e do acolhimento em Poggio Olivo que estendemos por mais 2 noites. A localidade é maravilhosa, perfeita casa de férias para a família. Apesar de não ter serviços de hotel, nosso anfitrião Rafaelle sempre muito atencioso nos deu todo o suporte! Não houve aspectos negativos.

Spokój i cisza, a przy tym blisko do malowniczych miasteczek Toskanii i piwnic, gdzie można degustować wino z regionu. Apartament czysty i ciepły. Posiada wszystko czego potrzeba na wyjeździe. Nie w sposób nie wspomnieć o właścicielu Raffaele, który jest dobrym duchem tej posiadłości.Człowiek, któremu zależy, żeby goście czuli się dobrze w jego domu. Serdeczny, uczynny, chętny do pomocy. Udzielał niezbędnych informacji, aby nasz wyjazd był udany. Polecam każdemu to urocze miejsce! Nie było takiej rzeczy!

Very good recommendations what to do and see, where to park our car if going to all the nearby old towns etc. thank you for always booking dinner tables for us at the restaurants. • dima05 (10/5): Великолепно, лучший хозяин, удобное местоположение, удобные кровати, умиротворяющая тишина. - Месторасположение очень удобное - сердце Тосканы. Територия большая, чистая и ухоженая. Много оборудованых мест (столы, стулья, гамаки). Так же есть детская площадка. Великолепный вид. Подерживается тишина - подходит для тех кто хочет отдохнуть от городской суеты, вообщем то для чего многие и приезжают в Тоскану. Номера чистые, довольно просторные. Вся мебель в хорошем состоянии, матрасы очень удобные. На кухне есть всё, от столовых приборов, стаканов, фужеров, тарелок и кастрюль до микрогали. Вообщем всё! Но самое главное в этом прекрасном, полюбившимся мне и моей семье месте - это его хозяин. Рафаэль напишет вам сообщение в ВотСапе ещё до того как вы приедите, всё обьяснит, ответит на любой ваш вопрос, пришлёт вам много рекомендаций от удобных парковах до хороших ресторанов по всей Тоскане. Рафаель настолько любит своё дело и настолько хочет помочь, что даже будет переписываться с вами на вашем языке, например со мной он переписывался на иврите. Он человек настолько полный положительной энергии, искренний и добрый, что у вас возникает чуство, что вы давнии приятели и сейчас едите в гости к другу, которого давно не видели. Ну а если у вас во время отдыха возникли вопросы или сложности которые надо разрешить, хоть они и не касаються Рафаеля, вы можете смело к нему обратиться и он очень постарается вам помочь. Рафаель - ты супер! Я не встречал много таких людей как ты и очень был рад нашему знакомству. Всем рекомендую и сам обязательно надеюсь приехать ещё и ещё. המיקום נוח מאוד - בלב טוסקנה. השטח גדול, נקי ומטופח. יש שפע של אזורים מאובזרים (שולחנות, כיסאות, ערסלים). יש גם גן שעשועים. הנוף מדהים. שקט, מושלם למי שמחפש לברוח מההמולה של העיר, בשביל זה אנשים רבים מגיעים לטוסקנה. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים . כל הרהיטים במצב טוב, והמזרנים נוחים מאוד. במטבח יש הכל, החל מסכו"ם, כוסות, צלחות וסירים ועד מיקרוגל. בקיצור, הכל! אבל הדבר הכי חשוב במקום הנפלא הזה, שאני ומשפחתי למדנו לאהוב, הוא המארח שלו. רפאל ישלח לכם הודעת וואטסאפ עוד לפני שתגיעו, יסביר הכל, יענה על כל שאלה שתהיה לכם וישלח לכם המון המלצות, מחניונים נוחים ועד מסעדות טובות ברחבי טוסקנה. רפאל להוט לעזור, הוא אפילו יתכתב איתכם בשפה שלכם; לדוגמה, הוא התכתב איתי בעברית. הוא מלא אנרגיה חיובית, כן וחביב, כך שאתם מרגישים כמו חברים ותיקים. ואם יש לכם שאלות או קשיים במהלך החופשה שלכם שצריך לפתור, גם אם הם לא נוגעים לרפאל, אתם יכולים ליצור איתו קשר בביטחון, והוא יעשה כמיטב יכולתו לעזור. רפאל - אתה מדהים! לא פגשתי הרבה אנשים כמוך, ושמחתי מאוד שהכרנו. אני ממליץ מאוד לכולם ובהחלט מקווה לחזור שוב ושוב.

• Rohan (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Everything about our stay was perfect. Raffaele is the best host we have ever had in any guest house anywhere. He was friendly and always offered to help. He communicates frequently with guests on WhatsApp to check in and make sure we are happy. He booked a restaurant for us when we asked him. There is nothing that he will not do to ensure his guests are well cared for. The room is beautiful and clean and the view over the valley is the consummate Tuscan view. A perfect stay! • Viviana (10/5): Fine settimana incantevole! - La struttura è in un posto strategico per raggiungere i vari borghi vicini. Molto pulita e confortevole. Le giostre sono state il tocco in piú che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ,con una bimba di 3anni, ancora piú piacevole perché ci ha dato la possibilitá di rilassarci mentre la piccola giocava. Peccato che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la piscina perche ormai il fresco si fa sentire. L Host Raffaele,insieme alla sua famiglia,sono stati deliziosi e hanno fatto sí che ci sentissimo coccolati in ogni occasione e tranquilli per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio vivamente!! Torneró probabilmente nel periodo natalizio per i mercatini di natale!

Rafaelle foi um anfitrião fantástico nos recebeu e deu todas as dicas da região e suporte. Ótima localização pra quem quer aproveitar a área rural, e também fica a 10 minutos de carro de Montepulciano (importante ter transporte), beleza natural exuberante, lugar excelente para família, área comum com lazer para crianças e áreas para desfrutar o ar livre a qualquer horário do dia e da noite. Quem tem curiosidade de conhecer a Toscana deve começar por aqui. Muito em breve voltaremos!! Sem pontos negativos.

• Wojciech (10/5): - Właściciel obiektu, to wyjątkowo miły, sympatyczny i pomocny człowiek, który zaopiekował się nami i sprawił, że nasz pobyt zyskał dodatkową wartość. Sprawił, że poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo. To jest coś, co nie zobaczy się na zdjęciach, to jest coś, czego trzeba doświadczyć. Nie zapomnimy tych wakacji nigdy. Poza tym wszystko pasowało. Przede wszystkim oszałamiający, przepiękny widok z terenu wokół obiektu na dolinę val d'orcia.
• BAYRAK (10/5): Rüya gibi bir yer - Gerçekten rüya gibi bir yer. Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgili ve çok yardımcı. Çok geç check-in yapmamıza rağmen bunu çok anlayışlı karşıladı. Her zaman ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Konaklama gününden önce tüm gezilebilecek yerlerin konumlarını iletti. Ayrıca ev de gayet yeterli ve temizdi. Konumu çok merkezi değil ama bizim için hiç sorun olmadı.

• Marta (10/5): cudowne wakacje jak u bliskiej rodziny - przepiękne miejsce, super basen. Widać, że Gospodarze bardzo dbaja o obiekt, duzo foteli wokół basenu, dmuchańce, miejsca do grillowania, kąciki do odpoczynku. Nawet odstraszacze na komary:) Przemiły gospodarz Raffaele bardzo sie opiekuje, doradza, wszystko tłumaczy. Czulismy się jak z wizytą u rodziny:) Można zrobić pranie, z czego chętnie skorzystaliśmy. Parking w cenie. Pokoje ładne, łóżka wygodne, czysto, klimatyzacja. To były wspaniałe wakacje:) I piekarz każdego poranka, można kupić świeże pieczywo:) trochę większy prysznic, ale to chyba taki standard we Włoszech:) wszystko ok!

• Rosa (7/5): - Unsere Familie musste das Sofabett selbst einrichten und den Müll auch selbst entsorgen. Dazu durfte mein Minihund trotz Hundgebühr nicht ins Zimmer,allein bleiben. Die Präsenz des Eigentümers war die ganze Zeit zu spüren. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre wäre ideal. Unfortunately, we had to set up the sofa bed ourselves and take care of the waste disposal. Despite having paid the dog fee, our small dog was not allowed to stay alone, in the room. The constant presence of the owner was quite noticeable, which limited our sense of privacy. A bit more discretion and the opportunity for personal space would have been appreciated

• Lorelei (10/5): Perfecto! - Staying here was like a dream: tranquil and beautiful with gorgeous vistas. The host goes above and beyond. He not only provided great info on restaurants and places to visit in neighbouring towns, but he also set up a wood fire bbq so that we could bbq steaks from a butcher he recommended. The apartment was very clean, perfectly furnished and outfitted with kitchen things (including some yummy goodies), the beds were comfortable, and the hot water ample. I can’t say enough good things about Poggio Olivo and wish I were back there enjoying the peacefulness. Nothing. Everything was wonderful, beyond expectations.

Iniziamo dalla location : appena arrivati sembrava di essere in un angolo di paradiso, casa vacanze immersa tra le colline , ulivi e vigneti che ti fanno immergere in una tranquillita' e pace assoluta. L'abitazione a noi assegnata per 4 persone, era letteralmente una bomboniera, con tutti i tipi di confort , aria condizionata , letti comodi, doccia , rilevatori di fumo e gas un giardinetto privato con ombrellone e tutte e comodita'adiacenti , gazebo, barbecue e una piscina ad uso comune davvero fantastica con lettini e gazebo nel perimetro. Il gestore Raffaele e sua moglie Carmela sono davvero due persone molto educate e fantastiche. Quello che ci ha colpito'di piu'e'stata la continua attenzione nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti, sempre a chiedere se andava tutto bene e se servisse qualcosa, consigli su dove andare dove mangiare dove acquistare. Sono persone davvero umili e con tanta voglia di fare bene il loro lavoro. Raffaele e Carmela, avevate ragione, appena arrivati avevate detto che il vostro intento era quello d farci sentire in famiglia, oggi a una settimana da quella bellisima esperiena possiamo dire che non siete due semplici gestori che fanno bene il loro lavoro ma DUE AMICI........................ Raffaell kedvessége, segítőkészsége határtalan, végtelenül kedves ember, nagyon örülünk, hogy megismerhettük. Nem volt ilyen, bármikor visszamennénk.

Sehr schön angelegter Garten. Ausreichend Parkplatz vorhanden. Hunde gestattet. Sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der sich um das Wohlergehen aller Gäste bemüht und ihnen wertvolle Tipps und Hilfestellung anbietet. Bitte unbedingt Moskitoschutz mitnehmen.
• Tobias (8/5): Fijn verblijf - Allereerst is de host super aardig, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De locatie prima, vanuit hier kan je alle kanten op om de regio te verkennen. Wij hadden het appartement op de eerste etage, dit was een ruim appartement. Er waren veel speeltoestellen voor kinderen, zoals een glijbaan, speelhuisje en trapauto en een skelter. Het zwembad was prima en er waren voldoende ligstoelen. De hygiëne in ons appartement was niet goed. Vooral de keuken, waar de borden en glazen stonden leek net of er al een lange tijd niet schoongemaakt was. De badkamer was ook niet schoon, schimmel en vieze donkere plekken bij de schuifdeur van de douche. We werden verrast dat het tot 9.00 in de ochtend stil moet zijn, ook in de speeltuin. Dit kan een uitdaging zijn met jonge kinderen zoals in ons geval.
• A (10/5): A casa di Raffaele - La vacanza a Poggio Olivo è una vacanza in famiglia. Raffaele ti fa sentire da subito come se fossi un amico di vecchia data. Sempre disponibile a dare consigli o informazioni o anche semplicemente per fare due chiacchiere. È un riferimento per tutto ed è li, sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre affaccendato a rendere bello e confortevole il suo regno! La posizione è strategica per visitare i dintorni, la casa è pulita e dotata di tutto l'occorrente, anche di cose inattese ( dal necessario per preparare un bel barbecue alle spirali contro le zanzare). Per non parlare della piscina, attrezzata non solo con lettini,sdraie e ombrelloni, ma anche con i gonfiabili per starsene beatamente in acqua. Insomma grazie alla gestione affabile e presente di Raffaele, Poggio Olivo garantisce tanto Relax,confort e tranquillità La vacanza è finita troppo presto😭

• Anina (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen. Alles war perfekt! - Es war alles sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Pool war sauber und perfekt für klein und gross. Rundherum gab es Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zum relaxen. Es ist alles mit liebe zum Detail gemacht. Es gibt zwei gemütliche Grillecken und einen Kinderspielplatz, wie auch viele verschieden Fahrzeuge für Kinder. Es wurde an alles gedacht, somit hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt und es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt. Nicht zu vergessen der Gastgeber. Er sorgt sich wirklich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste. Er ist immer erreichbar und zur Stelle wenn man eine Frage hat. Er ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er macht alles um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Vielen Dank Raffaele wir kommen sicher wieder! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Es war perfekt!
• Kristina (10/5): Wohlfühloase ;-) - Traumhaft gelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinfeldern, ein Stückchen abseits vom Ort, liegt diese Wohlfühloase. Vom ersten "Hello" zum Gastgeber Raffaele bis zum "bye" war unsere Urlaubswoche perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war da, sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Geschirrtücher, Haushaltsfolie.. eben alles, was man sich sonst kaufen müsste. Raffaele sendete gleich am Anfang per WhatsApp eine Liste mit Insidertipps für die Umgebung (Restaurants, Parkplätze, Weingüter, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Auch buchte er z.B. die Restaurants für uns. Man musste ihm nur per WhatsApp bescheid geben, was man möchte, er organisierte. (Sogar eine Zugverbindung nach Rom hat er uns herausgesucht..wow). Der Pool und die kleinen, süßen Sitzgelegenheiten im Gelände, die Lichter überall.. alles ganz wunderbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!! Nichts. Alles war perfekt!!

Szybki i łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, potrafiący udzielić szczegółowych informacji na temat dodatkowych atrakcji w okolicach. Na miejscu dostępny parking. Komfortowy basen. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dobre miejsce na zwiedzanie toskańskich miasteczek. Blisko do urokliwego Montepulciano, z licznymi restauracjami. W pobliżu dostępne również sklepy. Polecam!!

• Millie (9/5): We had a lovely family holiday, thank you 🤍 - The most kind host, mouthing was too much trouble. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and an error in our sat nav, and it was no trouble we had a happy smiling face waiting for us when we eventually arrived. Our son loved the pool, parking onsite was easy. Everything was very clean in the room, towels provided. Lovely little patio with table and chairs. Lots to do in the local area we had fun exploring and taking day trips, and also a few days just relaxing by the pool. Unfortunately due to the nature of a split villa the upstairs guests can be noisy. I am very sensitive to noise so if this is you book the bigger apartment upstairs. We were eaten alive by mosquitoes as we always are in Italy, definitely take some sprays.

Purtroppo avevamo a disposizione solo il week end, altrimenti sarebbe stato bello fermarsi qualche giorno in più. L'accoglienza di Raffaele va davvero sopra ogni aspettativa - ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno più bello e confortevole
• Olgierd (9/5): Serdecznie polecam - Bardzo fajne miejsce, prowadzone przez niezwykle zaangażowanego i sympatycznego Rafaela. Spory dom, w skład którego wchodzi bodajże 7 apartamentów, z oddzielnymi wejściami. Uroczy teren na wzgórzu, z pięknymi widokami na okolicę, w oddali od ulicznego i miejskiego gwaru. Super basen ( mniej więcej10 m x 5 m ) z przyjemnym miejscem do wypoczynku i wystarczającą liczbą leżaków i parasoli. Są na terenie także miejsca do biesiadowania i zrobienia sobie grilla. Poza tym zawsze na miejscu jest pomocny Rafael, więc każdy ewentualny kłopot jest rozwiązywany na bieżąco. Do sklepów dość blisko. Samochodem od paru minut (Acquaviva) do kilkunastu ( Montepulciano)
• Kornél (10/5): Minden szuper, csak ajánlani tudjuk - Tökéletes választás volt! Az első pillanattól kezdve csak ámultunk a látványtól, a környék csodaszép, felejthetetlen élmény. Az elhelyezkedése szuper, a medence tiszta, és kellemes volt a nyári hőségben. A szobák jól felszereltek. A szállásadónkról Rafaelről is csak szuperlativuszokban beszélhetünk, nem tudtunk olyat kérni, amit ne teljesített volna. Étteremfoglalás, ajánlások,mit érdemes megnézni, parkolási javaslatok(még egy gyógyszertári ügyintézést is lebeszélt nekünk), nagyon segítőkész, mosolygós, kedves. Tökéletes kiszolgálásban volt részünk. A reggel érkező pékautó is finomságokat hozott. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük!
• waldo (10/5): Incredibile!!! - In una parola... FANTASTICO!!! L'ospitalità e la cordialità di Raffaele vi faranno sentire come a casa. Tutto è pulitissimo, il nostro appartamento, la piscina. Tutto è ben tenuto. La sera, tutto è reso accogliente da luci e alberi illuminati. Il nostro posto preferito era la lounge con vista sulla città. Che accoglienza! Ma soprattutto la pace e la tranquillità erano incredibili. Non esitate a prenotare! Raffaele farà in modo che questo posto non lo dimentichiate mai!. Niente!
• Thomas (10/5): Perfekte und gut gelegene Unterkunft für Ausflüge in der südlichen Toskana mit einem sehr liebenswerten und rührigen Ver - Das Anwesen ist traumhaft gelegen mit einem tollen Garten, einem schönen Pool, einer tollen Aussicht auf Aquaviva. Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Familie perfekt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und er versucht auch jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Seine hervorragenden Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants oder auch gut gelegenen Parkmöglichkeiten haben wir sehr gerne angenommen.
