• Gougeon (4/5): - Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce studio. L'accueil de Kiki est agréable, elle donne des renseignements utiles. Le jardin est calme et les plantes méditerranéennes l'agrémente avec charme. L'odeur vraiment désagréable et tenace d'humidité gâche le séjour. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Seule la porte d'entrée vitrée fait office d'ouverture. Nous sommes obligés de la laisser entre ouverte la nuit pour le renouvellement de l'air. C'est une vieille maison. Le confort est simple. Le lit grince. Pas de lave linge dans le logement comme indiqué sur Booking. Un garage est à disposition pour déposer vos bagages. Seulement, la rue pour y accéder est étroite et avec une grosse voiture, les nombreuses manœuvres sont très compliquées voire impossibles. Donc, pour décharger ou charger votre voiture, ce n'est pas pratique du tout. Le parking public n'est pas tout à côté. Il faut donc porter les bagages jusqu'à ce dernier. Décevant, nous ne conseillons pas ce logement.
• Ahmed (10/5): Alles war wunderbar wir haben wunderbare Zeit erlebt, wir kommen gerne bald wieder 😊 vielen Dank Kiki - Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung und saubere Pool in einer Romantischen Anlage mit eigenem Grill 😊 Alles was man braucht war da und mehr.. Die Verwalterin Kiki hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und alle Informationen zum Ort und Umgebung gegeben und sogar Rabatte und Gutscheine geschenkt 👍 Sie stellte sich hilfsbereit für uns jederzeit. Der Besitzer hat uns beim Ausreisen persönlich begrüßt, er ist ein wunderbarer weltoffener Herr♥️ Nichts

• Jörg (9/5): Ein wunderschönes Urlaub in Toscolano-Maderno. 🥰 - Die Lage der Anlage im Innenhof, ein kleines Paradies. Die freundliche und kompetente Betreuung durch Kiki. Die Größe war für 2 Erwachsene in Ordnung, max. wäre noch Platz für ein Kleinkind.
• Erik (5/5): Mooie foto’s van buiten, troosteloos interieur en verder is deze vakantie niet voor herhaling vatbaar - De binnentuin is echt bijzonder mooi. Het zwembad is klein maar onze puberdochter hebben zich er prima vermaakt. De ligbedden zijn deels doorgezakt en dus aan vervanging toe. . Ons contactpersoon Kiki was zeer enthousiast en kon heel veel vertellen over de omgeving. Wij zaten in appartement 3 (direct rechts bij binnenkomst) en na binnenkomst konden wij onze teleurstelling niet verbergen. De matrassen waren vanuit ons perspectief toppers en we voelde de lattenbodems. Kon niet opgelost worden en uiteindelijk hebben we extra dekbedden onder het matras geplaatst. Kiki kwam er nog meer dekbedden brengen. Het metalen stapelbed van de kinderen was aan vervanging toe. Na iedere keer draaien waren de kinderen wakker door gepiep en gekraak. Verder had je bij het terras geen enkele privacy. Iedereen die vertrekt en aankomt bij 1 van de 6 appartementen groetten ons vriendelijk en keken direct bij ons op tafel. Ook het afdakje lekte waardoor we met regen niet buiten konden zitten.
• Magdalena (10/5): - Cicha i spokojna okolica. Typowy włoski styl. Obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam! Brak parkingu w obiekcie ale można parkować niedaleko na miejskim parkingu.
• Catherine (8/5): Fabulous. Would go back. - The host Kiki is excellent and responded to all our requests. She also went out of her way to help us. This is not an easy place to get to by public transport (train plus 2 buses) but it is well worth the location. Its so beautiful in the old part of town and quiet and you get a real sense of the place. There are also not many people who speak English (which we loved) so you will need some Italian to get by and it's worth making the effort as people were so warm and friendly as a result of trying. The accommodation itself is clean and well equipped and the pool though small is clean and excellent with lovely well kept gardens. It was advertised as being big enough to sleep 3 adults (I clarified this on booking and this was confirmed to be the case as my son is a tall teenager) but its not although the sofa bed is comfortable. It's suitable for 2 adults plus a child up to 10 years and should probably be advertised as this. The additional bedlinen cost is odd. Never had that before. But overall a fantastic well kept place in a beautiful part of Italy. Thank you for a great stay. Hire a car! We didn't and this proved tricky.

• Sofia (10/5): Perfect stay close to the beach - Everything was just perfect! It is a very nice property with a pool in the center. Our apartment was clean, the bathroom seemed to be pretty new and renovated. We had a small terrace in front of our door making it really comfy. The kitchen was pretty much fully equipped- so there was everything one need. Special thanks go out to Kiki, the host of the apartment! Thanks for making our stay perfect!
• Marcin (8/5): Great place to stay when you visit Lake Garda - This apartment may surprise you positively. When you come to the town and enter a narrow street, you see typical Italian tenement houses. There is nothing to indicate that once inside there is a garden with a swimming pool around which there are 5 apartments. From the outside you have the impression that you will live in an ordinary tenement house, but after entering the garden you feel as if you walked through a "secret passage". Thanks to this, the apartment is very intimate. Each apartment has a table with chairs in the garden, so you can have breakfast or drink coffee outside. The pool is fine although not very big. Kiki who was our host is very helpful. She told us about all the things and suggested where to eat, what to visit, where to go. We spent a very nice time here. A few notes: 1) parking - not guaranteed, so you have to look for a place around, on the street. It is not easy, especially during the holiday season. But that's typical on Lake Garda. I was specifically looking for an apartment where parking is available, so the information that "it is available, without reservation", is a bit misleading in my opinion. 2) Bed linen - is available for an additional fee (10 EUR per set). While the additional fee for towels can be understandable, it was the first time I encountered a situation where I had to bring my own bed linen without knowing the dimensions. However, I must admit that the owner informed me about these costs when I asked through booking. 3) a deposit of EUR 150 is charged at check-in. This is not a problem, because the deposit is returned, but it is worth informing about it in advance. The above comments are to inform other guests, but it doesn't change my opinion that the apartment is very nice and I will gladly come back here again.
• Juhana (6/5): PLEASE DON`T CLAIM YOU HAVE FREE PARKING SINCE YOU DON`T - The rooms are nice and spacious and there are all things in need in the kitchen. Garden is beautiful not so big it seems but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. AC worked fine. Location is all right thought there is a good walk to beach and not much to experience in this corner of Garda. They do promise you a free parking. This is complitely false. We spent two hours in the middle of night driving very narrow nearby streets desperately looking for one and never found and then carrying sleeping kids on our shoulders. Free parking was one of the main reasons for us to book the place. We are not the first ones to shout about this. They keep on promising something there just isn't but i guess its business first. Also there is this low ball that non of the linen is included so if you don't travel with your own linen and kitchen towels(why would you if you pay more than 200 per night??) etc. they'll charge you big time with no obvious logic for all that. Third thing is a deposit they collect in cash. All this you can find in small print but comes as a surprise if not alert.

• Robert (8/5): Lake Garda with family and dogs - Nice appartement in a small residence in a backyard. The appartements build a square around the pool in the middle of the residence. We have beem travelling with our three kids and two dogs, and there was plenty of space in the appartement. There is a spacious living room with a television and a chimney (we didn't use in the summer time, of course). The bed rooms are okay in size for some days of vacation. There is only one bathroom on the appartement, what could be a problem with 4 women (my wife and three girls), but that's okay, too, for some days. The kitchen is small, and I don't know, if I would like to cook there, but we only had breakfast in the residence and went out for dinner. There is a small terrace in front of the appartement. As the residence is build in a square surrounding the pool, the terraces of all the beighbours are side by side, so there is little privacy. The pool is quite small and the water temperature is quite cold. But the kids had fun. But again, we have been travelling with our kids and dogs, and we chose the residence because of the dogs. The beach on the lakeside accesible with and for dogs is only a 5 minute walk away. During the daytime we were out of the residence most of the time (visiting the beach with the dogs, going to the other towns on the lakeside, visiting Venice, and so on). We left the dogs in the residence from time to time and there was no problem. Kiki, the owner or manager of the residence is very nice, and she had some good suggestions for restaurants or things to do. Be aware, that you have to pay extra and xah for bedclothes (unless you bring them from home), taxes and a security deposit. But with the deposit there*s no problem, you'll get it back on departure. All in all the appartement is a little expensive (compared to other appartements in other places), but on the other hand, that's the price you need to pay, if you want to be at the Lake Garda. See above.
