- Даниел (7/5): Задоволително - Няколко пъти отсядам там в различни сезони, мястото не е лошо има какво да се прави по време на престоя. Спа центъра не е голям но е хубав. Като цяло базата е доста остаряла, мокетите в стаите са доста замърсени с петна по тях от какво ли не. Паяжини имаше по ъглите на стаята, възглавниците изключително неудобни. Обзавеждането в стаята доста старо и от хигиената има какво да се желае. Закуската не отговаря за категорията на този хотел. Едва ли ще го посетя отново

Плажната ивица е на 2-3 минути, а до летището са по-малко от 30 км. Комплексът има чудесен СПА-център, няколко ресторанта и предлага възможности за допълнителни забавления през уикенда с музикални участия. Хотелската база има необходимост от известно освежаване, но това неизбежно ще рефлектира и върху цените...

- Daniel (9/5): - I love the hotel architecture, the exquisite panoramic view, the surroundings. I keep coming every year to enjoy all these. There are signs of some maintenance needs which are to be addressed
- Lora (5/5): Not a five star hotel - The spa and indoor pool was good. Location was excellent. It was unclean in the communal areas. We had a leak from the ceiling on to the bed and floors. We asked to move room which the staff tutted but agreed to. We’d booked a 2+1 room for 2 adults and a child. The new room had no bedding for the child’s pull out bed. Beds were uncomfortable.

For a hotel that has “Beach Resort” in it’s name, either there should be a direct, nice-looking access to the beach, or a hotel-owned beach where you don’t have to pay for the umbrellas each day… Rooms and the overall state of a 5 star hotel is rather dirty & maids keep ignoring the “do not disturb” signs.

- Giulia (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AVOID AVOID - Nothing. ZERO STARS! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. EVER. I will start by saying the attitude of the hotel staff is completely out of order. The receptionist I spoke with was in no way helpful and was extremely rude. A revolting first impression to the hotel. The spa facilities are an absolute disgrace. The swimming pool was dirty, the sauna and steam room area had a smell of wet dog/dog pee. To use the swimming pool you must purchase a 5 leva swimming cap at the entrance (in an all inclusive?? Unheard of) otherwise you will not be permitted inside. The hotel room had hair everywhere from previous guests, spider webs and spiders in room corners, the shower had mould all around the bathtub and all over the walls. The shower plug was not working so the shower water was not draining. The kitchen in the room was filthy and full of dust, the kitchen appliances were non-existent. Of course, seeing all this, we went down to complain and the response of the staff was inexcusable and unacceptable. I have travelled to many places and stayed in many hotels and never have I encountered such arrogant and ignorant behaviour from hotel staff. I would not want anyone to encounter the awful experience I had in this hotel. Truly disgusting, both the hotel itself and the hotel staff in it. I requested a refund as I immediately left and had to find another place to stay for the night. There was no way I was going to stay there. And they refused to refund me that night, they sent me an email to confirm I would have received the refund but this is three weeks later AND STILL NO REFUND. THEY WINT ANSWER EMAILS & THEY HANG UP THE PHONE. It's an absolute disgrace.
- Konstantin (4/5): Be carefull with payment with foreign credit card! - The staff was in general very friendly. The view from balcony was great, breakfast was ok. Be carefull when paying with foreign credit card, better pay cash with Lew! Maybe this hotel have some shady deal with the bank who provide the credit card terminals, to rip off the tourists. When paying with credit card, they will charge you in your home currency (such as Euro) with a very bad exchange rate from a bulgarian bank. In this case you will pay around 3% to the bulgarian bank! The staff dont know and understand how their machine and the payment system work, and even if I said 2 times that I want pay in Lew, NOT Euro, they still charged me in Euro, where I lost 3%. (maybe there choice to pay in Lew was deactivated in the payment machine, see the added picture of my receipt) —> thats a rip off (as example, with 500€ bill, you will loose around 15€ to the bulgarian bank) Rooms are very old fashion and not feel comfortable. Shower does not well and is full of fungus. Staff should know better what they are doing, and discuss less. Would not go there again.

Huge portions, which we were surprised by. Fantastic fish soup! Clean rooms, amazingly warm even at night, even though we were here in late autumn... Delicious and varied breakfast. Balcony connected to the second room.

- Nikolina (6/5): Pleasant - The swimming pools were very good and the SPA. Staff was not very polite and did not give me any information on arrival, just handed me the keys, had to ask about the breakfast, facilities, etc. Also, when I booked, it said the room had a swimming pool view, but it didn’t, it was looking towards the street. The breakfast was basic for 5 stars hotel and every morning was the same. Also the cleanliness of the room was not 100%, it was dusty and the floor was not very clean. The worst was people leaving towels on the sun beds by the swimming pools to reserve them, so you can’t get any, if you don’t go very early.

- Amy (4/5): Could be Better - Good facilities. A number of pools and good food at the restaurant. Staff were rude, it was as if you were annoying them just asking a basic question. Paid for 2 breakfasts and at 10.01 we were told we had to pay for coffee as the breakfast ended at 10. Parking is awful, it’s practically a free for all on small narrow roads. Room was quite basic for 5 stars. Altogether definitely overrated.

- Antonios (1/5): Won't come back - The pools were nice Cleaning was awful, the majority of staff did not speak English, the shower was covered in mold, the resort is NOT beachfront! The service is not even close to 2 stars!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It feels like the hotel was built in a different era by different beings. Since then the original staff has disappeared and a different species has moved in like a hermit crab. They try to mimic what they are supposed to do to keep Ravda's turistical flagship afloat but they are failing miserably. Their English is okish at the reception and some bars. The food that they give at the all-inclusive meals is the kind of canteen food that you should not need to pay for. The bar staff friendliness is ok but their manners are very poor. If they are sitting doing something or talking to someone you need to wait for them to finish. Sometimes they are not even there. All-inclusive drinks were what you would expect.. beer, wine and component fabricated juices (sludge+water). Bars in general were kind of poor. The main bar said they were closing at 2300 but at 2230 they were cutting the music and kindly asking you to move outside to lock up. The sky bar which is a paid only was poorly stocked and had no cocktails on the menu. Beer, fizzy drinks, liquor and wine. And it was very dirty since it was exposed to the elements. Outside pools were fantastic, gardens and parks were fantastic since they were built by someone else. Their spa was amazing. The inside pool also but lack of care and maintenance made it lackluster. The bar there was not functional, the water was freezing even though it was a rainy day and everyone was inside at the pool and a piece of ceiling fell. A nice but bad experi
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great place but not kept in a good shape. Only one recepcionist that speaks languages different than Bulgarian. Not always working elevators in the far corners of the hotel. Nobody gives a damn about the garbage bins or for cleanliness of the free tables near the big pool. And every morning is the same story with angry willing to fight with you elder ladies and gents from Russia with the massive problem of the sunbeds near the pool. I dont think I am going to visit this place again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended - There is no air conditioning in the lobi and reception.. when we arrived we found out that there is no breakfast in the hotel. We were stunned. The manager tried to be considered and offered 50% discount if we’ll show him the receipt where it says there is breakfast in the hotel. Due to low internet connection I couldn’t translate the order to english so they said it’s ok no need. Everyday they had a diffrent excuse why the money is not ready for us in the reception like it was promised. 2 days before our cheack out they finally gave us the money but only 15% and they were very unplaesent and said that this is what they are willing to give. Take it or leave it. In one word not recommended
- Sue (10/5): Hotel was fabulous - Loved this hotel. Swimming pools are breathtaking, never a problem to get sunbed, loads of space, right on beach. ~hotel staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast loads of choice.
