• Agnieszka (7/5): Budget friendly - Specious apartment, good AC, very clean, nice and comunicative owner. Calm nighbourhood, 2 beaches very near (one very close -down the road - it’s not easy to find, no services available as it is hotel’s beach - but its very clean, calm, no vendors). You can reach everything by foot. Nice, clean pool, available till late. No loud guests mostly older men. Very fast and comfortable check in. Frying pan and pot were just awful, should be replaced. No lighter/matches to use the stove (anoying). No dishwash soap at arrival but was delivered later. There is some street noise during the day (nights with closed windows are quiet, no problems with sleeping). We had the room by the pool (more quiet) - but there are some smells ocasionally from the kitchen. Overall it is OK for this price. Nothing luxurious but a clean place to sleep :-) With some new kitchen equipement will be even very good for the price.

Zwar ist es nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles ist bestens gepflegt, funktioniert einwandfrei und vor allem ist es überall sehr sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt – in nur etwa 5 Minuten ist man schon am Strand. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Restaurant: Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

• Donna (6/5): Don't stay if you like cooking - The apartment is spacious and the beds are good. It is not so far from a good supermarket and beach. The kitchen was terrible. Less than basic. One small frying pan where the eggs stuck to the bottom. A small cooking pot that also should have been thrown out a long time ago. No cutting knife, no cutting board, ect ect. Reviews were all good so I was wondering how this could be. Then I found that most reviewers and guests were (older) single men. And proberly most do not cook. In this hotel guys can only bring 2 ladies to their room at a time. Oke with me but that doesn't mean that I like the atmosphere that comes with this. For that group I am sure that this is an enjoyable place. As a backpacking couple we were big misfits here

The staff was really nice from Security officers, Cleaning crew, Chefs, Bartenders. I had a problem with my fringe and the owner replace it .I was able to cook my food as well. I had a great time and looking to return.

• Oliverav (8/5): Central but quiet location - I stayed nearly 2 weeks in Don Andres while attending a language school in Sosua. The location was perfect, only few mins walking from beaches Casa Marina and Alicia. The apartment was spacious and very quiet. I also enjoyed chilling by the pool and having a coffee at the adjacent restaurant. Henrik was very helpful with accommodating my requests.

Small kitchenette and fridge (but we didn't use it). Modern AC Towels didn't really dry the skin and were very thin. Breakfast was mediocre but there are plenty of other options nearby. Our room was directly next to the pool/bar and had a window to street. It was a little noisy. The clientele are mostly older white men and the house rules clearly state to have just two (women) visitors... We therefore rarely used the bar/pool area.

I would prefer to pay for hotel online, and not have to pay in cash. I didn't like that one of the two bedrooms did not have an air conditioner.

• Bryant (3/5): Things to know - Easy to get to the room. Nice size room. Team members are nice and friendly. Very close to the beach. Some walking is needed for other things. Didnt eat at the restaurant or at the bar. I didnt feel safe sleeping there and i didnt. The room is accessible from the street only. I didn't like that at all. If the room was only accessible from inside the hotel i would feel alot safer and would have stayed the whole night.

Great water pressure and hot water for showering. Beds were comfortable with nice bedsheets. Appreciated the spacious kitchen and loved the large counter with bar stools! Felt safe and secure. Some road traffic noise, but less than other places in Sosua. Road noise. Would be nice if both bedrooms had AC. Kitchen should have a small microwave.
• Antonio (8/5): Great time, will absolutely return. - The bar staff is awesome, those women go above and beyond to accommodate the customer. There was a kitchen in apt but no matches to turn stove on or soap and a sponge to wash your dishes, it’s a small thing to ask for that should be there.
