- Alberto (10/5): - Está en el centro de Fuenmayor. Nuestra habitación tenía lo mínimo y compartíamos baño. Instalaciones respetuosas con el descanso pero con poca insonorización. La insonorización y que el baño era compartido con otra habitación.

- Manuel (9/5): "ESTUPENDA PENSIÓN" - Todo en general nos gustó, pero si tenemos que destacar algo superior sería, tener una máquina de cafe en cápsulas en la habitación y otra en la sala de estar con café en grano molido al instante, para tomarte tú cafecito por la mañana nada más levantarte. Además de variedad de infusiones. Fantastico detallazo por su parte. Un pequeño error que tuve yo con un detalle de bienvenida en la habitación elegida, el cuál me aclaro María( recepción). Por lo demás, no tenemos nada que más que destacar, porque todo estuvo estupendo.

Einfacher Check-in.Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserspender in der Küche schmeckte leider etwas faulig. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nach 1 Kaffee nichts mehr ausgegeben. Ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank in der Küche wäre nicht schlecht.

- Robyn (1/5): Preferred to pay €65 cancellation on arrival date to avoid continued pestering and lousy customer service. - Quirky and room was okay. I’ve stayed here before but preferred to pay cancellation fees on arrival date rather than go back. Incessant nuisance messages on email from booking .com and Ubeda and WhatsApp messages almost daily since making the reservation and insistent online registration with personal details on date I was due to arrive while I was traveling. As I result, I got very frustrated as I could have provided all my personal details on arrival. The staff was rude, like my previous visit because I arrived 6:20pm due to delayed ferry at Santander. A simple booking with guaranteed payment should be enough to warrant a booking. Everything else can be handled in person on arrival like everywhere else. The nonstop messages made me feel harassed and impolite customer service made me not want to spend a moment there, knowing it would be another unpleasant experience. In the end, I preferred to pay €65 cancellation fees for peace. Still they continued, so I had to block them on WhatsApp. I found alternative accommodation at San Camilo Hotel 5km away on the same day and had a wonderful stay - same price, professional and above all, hassle-free.

- Kumli (8/5): Cute pension with exceptional attention for details - I really liked the small presents and the caring attention (small welcome gift, bathsalt, etc), the location is very close to the center, and the rooms were facing to the garden so they were really quiet. The bar at the same house feels really local and eventough you won't tell, but we ate one of the best pintxos in Basque country there.

- Zsuzsanna (8/5): Very good - The lady managing the property was soooo friendly and helpful. The room was also good, not very fancy but just right for a few nights. There is a lot of attention to small things which I really liked, for example a note under the bed reassuring guests that there are no monsters under it. :) Close to the bus stop too and very central. No parking, but there are enough places in the residential area nearby.
