It´s my second time in here, and I would return. Just needs a bit of attention in certain details; for example, the light in my side of the bed wasn´t working. But otherwise, I highly recomend it.

Roberto (2/5): Dont stay here - They did not have the room at the location i reserved months in advance, never communicated anything until I arrived at the building. They moved us to a location that was far away from our original plans so we had to spend at least an extra $150 on transpotarion during our trip. The rooms dont have air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan so it was extremely hot I could not sleep. To make it worse the windows dont have screens so if you try to open it to let the air flow a ton of mosquitos will come in. I would not recommend trusting this "hotel" chain with your plans. A reservation is called a reservation for a reason.

Carlos (2/5): No querían entregar el depa de último momento - No querían entregar el apartamento de último momento argumentando un problema de tubería etc etc, y no se querían hacer responsables a pesar de que ya estaba reservado y pagado el lugar. Argumentaban que me quisieron contactar cosa que no pudieron demostrarme porque yo había hablado una noche antes de la fecha de entrada justamente para pedir entrar temprano al apartamento. Y al día siguiente que era el check Inn, no nos querian entregar, Tuve que exigir una solución porque eso no era mi responsabilidad. Al final nos dieron un apartamento en otra zona. Que aunque el apartamento estaba bien, nos quedaba muy muy lejos de todos los planes que ya tenia con mi familia, lo que resultó en un gasto mayor en transportes por la ciudad.

Michele (10/5): Location, location - Second stay. Cleanliness is outstanding. I only wish that the beds were more comfortable—very hard—with some extra pillows. Laundry is included if you purchase the detergent. This is extremely helpful and the ladies do a great job. The location is safe and walkable. I will stay again.
David (6/5): Mucho por mejorar - Buenisima ubicación y estacionamiento. El depa tiene lo justo con camas ya para cambiar. Sin tele en los cuartos ni clima, en verano no me quedaria alli. Solo te dan champu una vez por estancia, si pides más te lo dan como de favor después de rogar. El papel del baño y las toallas también tienes que mendigarlas

Everything is clean, but you have to go to the store for basics such as coffee... Very few restaurants/bars in the immediate area..

Alejandro (6/5): Nice place to stay (not a hotel) - This is not really a hotel. It is more like using AirBNB. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one TV, WiFi and a small kitchen. It is located in a nice area. There were three things that are not like in a hotel: 1. It was a long weekend (Monday was holiday) and therefore, they did not clean neither on Sunday nor on Monday. 2. Since it is not a hotel, no room service, no lobby/concierge or anything you will normally find in a hotel. 3. Neighbors were very noisy and the walls are thin.
dww (10/5): This is a super apartment with housekeeping includ - We loved Grupo King Suites. Our preference is to stay in apartments rather than hotels where we can cook if we like. The apartment is in Polanco, an upscale area of Mexico City and is within easy walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, shopping, parks and museums. The apartment was scrupulously clean and you can have housekeeping come in daily. If you leave dirty clothes in basket provided your clothes come back washed and folded, same day at no additional charge. King bed was very comfortable. The sofa and dining set were basic, but that was of no concern. Excellent WiFi. Excellent water pressure in shower. Plenty of hot water.
Felipe (6/5): No hot water! - We had no hot water. We had to warm up water in cooking pots over the stove to take a shower. We did notify the staff, but the problem wasn’t fixed. We only stayed 3 nights, but those three nights with no hot water overshadowed the good of the place. Very nice neighborhood, although, a bit far from places to eat. The coffee shop right in front was always closed. The place was clean and perfect for our family of four. The WiFi worked excellent and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment. We felt safe....however, the hot water issue needs to be resolved!

The suites are quite large, with well-appointed kitchen and very large bedrooms. The price was exceptional. The only drawback- which may have been built into the price- was that there is construction next door. Loud building noises from 8:00am to 7:00pm. It didn't bother me so much because I am out of the room all day but might bother someone who spends time in the room during the day. Overall, nice set-up in relatively good location. 4 blocks further south and the rates would be double.

ANDRE REGIS (10/5): Nice place in Polanco. - Very nice place to stay. Great location. They clean your room and change your sheets every sigle day. And for a small fee, you could have your clothes washed and pressed. Definitely recommend it.
