• Bill (2/5): - There were bed bags in the room, on the bed and on the floor. The electricity went out during the middle of the night and we were without air. There was a party going on on the same floor and it was very very loud.
• Holly (6/5): - Check in was awkward as there is no actual lobby. Landscaping is very nice. The room is average. It was clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and had small dead bugs on the floor and in the tub. Also crawling across the floor. There is a decent size tv and comfortable bed. One of the locks on the door was broke so i put a chair in front of it. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room but no coffee pot and no breakfast. We left very early in the morning. If you are looking for a place to sleep this is it as it is simple.

• terry (2/5): Sucks would never stay again - They gave me a room that was not being used it was dirty stains on the walls, grout missing from the bathroom floor dirt on the floors no shampoo, no mattreses on the beds had to sleep on box spring.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible experience - I went ti the Super 7 hotel. Rang the bell several times. A man came to the small window and took all my information including my Debit card, then tried to tell me something, which I could not understand him. Finally, he handed me a business card with Motel 6 on it. In other words, I had to go to a different hotel down the road. Took me forever to find it, but I finally did. The process was horrible. I talked to others that had to do the same. Never, ever go to them.

• Jessica (4/5): - The price was great, but once we got inside, I realized why the price was so cheap.The beds seemed to be clean (hopefully), but that was the only thing, that appeared to have been cleaned. There was toothpaste still in the sink and splattered on the mirror, the shower had hair and things in it still. The floors were filthy. The bolt lock on the door didn't work so I moved a chair against the door, and there were dead bugs and food. Again, the price was great, but the cleanliness was lacking.
• Mike (8/5): - Overall great stay for the rate! Breakfast was great and the room and property clean and safe feeling. The bottom inside of our bathroom door had significant moisture damage and was coming apart. The corners near the drapes had very visible cobwebs. Outside of these two negatives, the room and facilities seemed clean and in good shape.

• Kristopher (2/5): Owners don't care - This place should be torn down. The owners obviously just don't care or have the funds to improve. My room only had 1 towel and no wash cloth. There was black mold in the bath room. Room wasnt clean obviously because i found some ones sock on the floor near the chair. Bath tub extremely slow to drain so you stand in water while taking a shower. The only positive i can say about this place is the shower had one of those rain fall shower heads(awesome). You are able to park in front of your room, which is good because you will want to keep an eye on your car.

My only complaint would be that the bathroom should've had a better cleanup, but compared to the motel I stayed in further north, it was immaculate.

• Hope (2/5): - We ended up just leaving the property.. it was so nasty, there was a big whole in first room they put us in , the floor was laminate flooring and it was all comming up like there was a flood in there! I couldn’t even sit down I was to scared .. the second room they put us in was just as bad .. there was blood on bathroom wall and it look like someone had a dryer in there with all the sticky nasty brown stuff on everything! The people were nice , but this is not somewhere anyone can sleep it was so gross I’d rather sleep outside ! We didn’t even ask for our money back we just got out of there!

It was ok for just a place to sleep and shower. Very outdated but the bed was super comfy and the sheets were clean. Like I said you get what you pay for. Cheap place to stay , just take air freshener and Clorox wipes…. It could have been worse for a cheap stay.

• Scott (2/5): - My original room had what looked like black mold on the ceiling near the bathroom. It was missing part of the door handle, you couldn’t close the bathroom door, dead flies on the floor, dried vomit on the bathtub and extremely dirty towels. Though they put me in a different room, it wasn’t much better again: dirty towels, dead bugs and cockroaches at night. They apparently don’t have any concept of how to clean properly. Unless you’re homeless or a drug addict, I wouldn’t recommend that motel to anyone!

• Heaven (2/5): - Room was falling apart, there was food behind my fridge and in my AC unit, a metal pipe piece w a sharp edge next to my bed, the frame was breaking off the wall in the bathroom, and the lining of the inside of my microwave was breaking everywhere. Staff also charged me $5 more than what I set in the app.

She already took my credit card and charged it knowing my room was not available. She said Motel 6 was only 2 miles away, turned out to be 4.4 miles away. Although told I wouldn’t need to pay again the manager there tried to charge me again. Room was average, cockroach greeted us, tv was non operational and curtains were barely connected to the rail.

When i asked for someone to clean it he only used toilet paper and no cleaning products!The floor was sticky. The covers on the bed consisted of 2 flat sheets basically. The bed was hard.

• Janice (10/5): Pleasant stay, bring earplugs - Very friendly check-in. Doors were being prepped to paint, so room numbers were hidden. Street noise was rather loud without earplugs. Carpet and surfaces were clean. Ceiling texture and wall paint needed help, but did not affect our comfort.
• Duane (6/5): - Once I checked in to my room, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. The sink had something in it that looked like tobacco juice. There was also a bad smell, like mold or mildew. I left to run an errand and when I got back the door was open and someone was inside trying to clean the room. She was courteous and apologetic, but I'm wondering why they let me check in and give me a room that was obviously not clean... You get what you pay for.

• Terry (6/5): - We have used this motel on several occasions over the past several years. It's always been cleaned even if a little run down. This time however it was disappointing. The whole room had a shabby look to it. The floors hadn't been swept in several days or more. It felt bad to walk barefoot on them. The bathtub wasn't very much better. The fixtures were dirty and had calcium buildup on them. There was duct tape on the tiles under the spout. For what reason I'm not sure. Both the tv and the refrigerator wouldn't turn on until a staff member came and fixed them. We stayed 4 days this time and housekeeping only checked our room once during that time. I'm not sure if the property has changed hands or if they just have lost interest in it. We won't stay here again.
• John (4/5): Not so good!! - The website said pet friendly but when we got there, they said cats aren't allowed and then charged us $15.00 for a pet fee, when their site says nothing about that either. The ceiling was falling down, paint was coming off the walls, the place was in serious need of upkeep.

• Jamey (8/5): - Average motel, nothing fancy but was fine for a stay during the state fair. Air conditioning was cole, shower was warm, beds weren't rock hard. Cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen though. No breakfast of any kind.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Did not have great expectations - They were immediately very accommodating, brought me the 4 extra pillows I had requested when I placed the order on hotels.com. The bathroom had some dead bugs in it when we arrived. I put a used wash cloth over a bug thinking when they picked up the towel the bug would go too. Nope, bug stayed as did the one on the floor. The sheets were clean and had a freshly laundered smell. The cleaning agent used had an overwhelming smell- had to leave the door open for a while to air out the room because it made me cough. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I plugged my hair dryer in the socket and it smoked up. Had to throw it away. The motel’s hair dryer didn’t work. The refrigerator was clean & kept our waters cold. But the freezer had something spilled on the bottom - looked like a dirty paper towel, but was frozen liquid. The nice thing was they straightened the beds and automatically brought new towels. They did not bring new soap so last day we had to squish together the soap chips to wash hands. The shower soap was hard as a rock & didn’t lather up. They also didn’t pick up the empty soap wrappers that were left on the sink counter, or the used plastic glasses.
• Arath (2/5): - A horrible place, super dirty, there are cockroaches.. and the cost is exaggerated for such a horrible place. Why aren't there more hotels that cost 150 dollars a night when I'm checking the page today, other days they charge $50? I feel cheated

• Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel.com come on - Where to start. We pulled up to Super 7. Went inside lobby. Well not really a lobby it was a 4 x 4 stuff, hot, smelly room. Waited a few minutes for an man whom spoke very little english. Took my driver license and walked away for like 5 minutes. Came back with a phone. Remember im in a small stuffy room and had to stick my head out the door to breath. Give me the phone and i had a hard time understanding the female on the phone. Finally, i realize they were not goibg to give me room. Told me to go to Motel 6 on Broadway Blvd. With no reason. Now this is the first time i ever book with hotel.com. im not happy with not receiving a phone call, text or email telling me i wont be staying at super 7. Hotel com you must do better than this!!! Is this normal business for you and your hotels booked through you???

Very great location staff is awesome very friendly and always ready to make customers happy. Great customer service. I recommend Super 7.
• Janell (2/5): - We had previously stayed here and had a great experience. This time however the hot water was not working. We were not told this upon arrival and did not find this out until we were all settled in. The staff offered to move up to a different hotel across town. Once we got to the new hotel we were given a room where the AC was broken we were then once again moved to another room that had AC but sadly no working TV. By this time were were exhausted of moving and went to bed. The next day however we all ended up with several insect bites all over our bodies.
• 66courtneyo (10/5): Super 7 - It was raining and we had to make an emergency stop on the way home from Camdenton, Missouri to Kansas City, Missouri. They had a room for a good price and the room had comfortable beds. They were pet friendly thank goodness because we had our two small dogs. Would recommend!
