Guest Reviews
- Van Nunen (10/5): - It was comfortable and spacious, clean, bed was great. I just stopped for the night on my way through to Brisbane, undercover parking. It was pretty quiet too even though the main road was not far away, would recommend it was a good.
- Chris (8/5): Good location and clean - Location is good! Clean rooms good value for money! Beds need replacing outdated
- Desley (8/5): Very convenient. - The Tiaro Moror Inn is just where we need it to be cause it’s about halfway to Brisbane from where we live. Just when we need a break from driving. No breakfast available.

- Kylie (7/5): - Bed was pretty uncomfortable...
- Paul (4/5): Nice place unpleasant stay - The motel was comfortable & clean . A word of warning to fellow prospective visitors . The motel is used for worker accommodation, so end of day mini bus & 4 wheel drives arrive & place is swamped with workers . We had 5 blokes siting at our outside table next to our front door drinking & smoking till late at night .
Quite uncomfortable for family members.

- Rebecca (10/5): Very Comfortable - Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, very reasonable price. Very conveniently situated for us. All in all it was a great 3 day stay.
- Richard (8/5): -
- Sean (8/5): Excellent. - It was close to where we needed to be
- Geoffrey (7/5): Great little place with friendly service. Excellent value for money. Would recommend! - Great value for money and nice little place. The bed I had was springy and needed replacing, but the care of linen and rest of the room indicated this was not the norm but merely a mattress on its way to be replaced.
- Anita (8/5): Very nice place but bathroom was a bit small. - Easy to find. The bed was comfortable but didn’t work for my back.
- Chris (9/5): - Good
- Jodi (8/5): - Quick sleep and nice bed There was alot of noise outside after 9pm
- SUE (9/5): A great stop off location - Tiaro is a quaint country town worth the overnight stop and Tiaro Motor Inn is a lovely place to stay, just off the highway and close to amenities
- Keri Pereira (7/5): Tiaro Motor Inn - Perfect location when passing through Tiaro. Great place to lay your head, after a long drive, handy to supermarket, royal hotel, coffee, servo and christmas shop. The insects in our room. I understand it's located in a rural area, but more pest management and gap filler around the roof boarder would be greatly appreciated.
- Gary (8/5): A good value for money room. - A comfortable, value for money room close to the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful suggesting a place for dinner that was close by when we asked for suggestions. Nothing, the room was very good value for money .
- Josie (8/5): Clean and comfortable - A very convenient place to stay after a long drive
- David (10/5): Clean - Clean ans spacious room, staff was very helpful.
- Keegan (8/5): -
- Kerri (7/5): Perfect overnight rest stop. - Location and price.
Powerpoint beside the bed.
Powerpoint just close enough to the door for EV trickle charging or running vehicle fridge. Damp smell. (Corner of room near the shower looks like there may have been a leaking shower at some stage?)
Powerpoints on only one side of the bed.
Suggested Improvements could include:
A powerpoint just inside door or on the outside wall.
Remove the Ashtrays for smokers outside rooms - ask smokers to smoke away from the rooms.
Additional powerpoints so that they’re on both sides of the bed.
- brad (6/5): -
- Paula (10/5): Very comfortable staying with all we needed thank you - Nice clean units, with plenty of supplies for use Liked it all, and friendly staff
- Stephens (4/5): -
- Jenna (8/5): Tiaro, great stop over - Close to where I wanted to be. Clean The uncovered renovation in bathroom.
- Kay (10/5): -
- Michele (9/5): -
- Brown (3/5): - Staff were friendly and accommodating for our late arrival. The bed was uncomfortable and sloped to the middle. There were ants all over the basin in the bathroom and a cat was incessantly crying from 2am to 5am keeping us awake.
- Sue (9/5): Quiet location with all the amenities at a good price - Beautiful bush
Quiet
Economical

- Jamie (8/5): - Quick and easy to get to and park. Standard motel. :-)
- Lawrence (8/5): - Just a couple of things like no tissues or biscuits etc that have come to expect as standard at this level of accommodation. Room a good size and clean, beds very comfortable, staff quick, helpful and friendly.
- Mary (8/5): - Safe and quiet location just off highway. Great for travellers.
- Edward (8/5): - Property was clean, comfy and reasonably priced.
- Katrina (10/5): - Great service and hospitality. On the highway so there is a bit of road noise during the night. Would happily recommend.
- Steve (10/5): - Ideal location for us to split our travel between home & Brisbane
- Anne (8/5): - An excellent location in Tiaro for an overnight stop.

- Ian (10/5): - Great to stop and have a break.
- Melanie (6/5): - Lovely staff
Was just cold all night as the blankets weren’t warm as they were thin.
Disappointed to learn that we had No heater in that room either
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was OK, but be prepared for the noise of the Hwy as well as Freight Trains that pass by at night (several times).
- Nadine (10/5): Great road trip stopover motel. - Homely, comfortable and welcoming.
- Jodie (8/5): - Friendly staff and cosy rooms.
- Travis (8/5): - Recommend
- David (8/5): - Good for an overnight stay. Downside there were lots of mosquitoes when we were there.
- Christel (10/5): - It was a convenient place to break our trip, nice place to have a rest, friendly manager who provided us with some tips, and a rural/country feel, still close to some shops and hotels.
There was nothing we did not like during our stay.
- Christine (8/5): - Ok
- Anne (8/5): - .
- heather (8/5): Over night stay on our trip to Brisbane - We stayed here as were too tired to go onto Brisbane. Lovely little motel with great meals close by at the pub.
- Tracey (4/5): - It was extremely noisy had no idea at night when we pulled in it had 2 main roads beside the motel won't make that mistake again.
- Ian (8/5): A well equipped motel. - Motel was a motel, but, quite well set up. Bed was comfortable, room was roomy with chairs to relax.
Overall, quite good. I'd stay again.
- Dennis (10/5): Handy Break - Deliberately pre-booked this accommodation to ensure I didn't over extend myself whilst driving from Coolangatta to Hervey Bay when heavy traffic was likely to be encountered.
I also wished to visit the local historical Station Hotel for my evening meal. And a delightful meal I did have.
The motel is easily found and the rooms are both spacious clean and comfortable. I could not talk the place.
I enjoyed a solid night's sleep and after a 60 minute drive arrived at River Heads (Hervey Bay) refreshed the next morning.
- Philippa (10/5): - Very good comfortable bed & pillows
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly check in, it’s right on the highway so has easy access. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, also has covered car parking. Places to eat are nearby.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This place is quiet, pleasant and peaceful. Staff are very pleasant. It's a pity that reception's opening hours are a little restrictive. Found one dead cockroach in the bathroom after the room was cleaned one day - both a disappointment and a surprise. Everything else was great. The room was otherwise spotless (including the bathroom), the room cleaned each day including the bed being made, and towels changed after three days. Would definitely recommend and consider again.
- Melanie (10/5): Highly recommendable - Wonderful service and a comfortable stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very dark at nighttime, when coming back to hotel, could do with more lighting . No biscuits to have if you made a coffee
- Toni (10/5): Great - Can not fault anything about our stay. Comfortable bed and clean facilities with fire fly and helpful staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Air conditioning was set too warm and we could not change it, the drains seemed to make the room smell when we showered.
- Sharon (10/5): Great Stop between Rockhampton & Brisbane - Great stop between Rockhampton & Brisbane Older Motel but very clean & comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything about my stay was fantastic... room was very comfortable and accommodating location was close to shops but far enough away for a quiet stay . Beds extremely comfortable and the owners were so lovely and friendly i was actually sad to check out.
- Hakim (10/5): We had a long drive we needed a nice rest - Nice and quite
- DEnis (6/5): noisy
- location suits me (next day in Hervey Bay) however tucks & trains noisy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Enjoyable - Clean and Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
- Lorelle (10/5): Quiet stop on Bruce Highway - Great little motel in Tiaro. Very quiet despite being just off the Bruce Highway. Staff were lively and it was very clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Small town delivers big - Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, clean room. What more could you ask for?
- David (8/5): - Facilities: Basic; Value: Affordable; Service: Sufficient; Cleanliness: Neat;
