• Jessica (10/5): Most amazing caravan park, hands down. - 5mins to Cowaramup town. Beautiful grounds, well looked after facilities. Sites are large and nestled amongst trees. Camp kitchen is immaculate and over looking the working beef farm is picturesque. Been coming here for over 30 years and still very fond of this place. Needs shade sails over the playground, but I hear this is in the pipeline, which would be great. The bounce cushion and playground is unable to be used during the day as surfaces are too hot.

• Christine (10/5): Discovered a great park!!! - Everything! It was pleasant, comfortable, family friendly but also great for me as a solo traveller. Price was very good, had an on-site shop for essentials, surrounded by beautiful countryside, lake in middle, animal feeding times, fun things available for hire, huge jumping bouncy pillow. Group facilities for BBQs and gathering for a chat. Considerate guests, terrific, friendly and helpful staff. The park was full for the three nights I stayed. Perfect position for radiating out to lots of tourist spots. Loved it!! Will definitely return if in WA and have started staying in Discovery Parks in other places. Having to leave after a wonderful stay.

• Kacey (8/5): Best Christmas yet made relaxed and comfortable by amazing staff and great facility - We absolutely loved staying here! It was our first holiday with our almost two year old and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Staff were all so lovely, animals, playground and camp kitchen was a bonus! The only disappointment was the cleanliness of our cabin. We had to mop the floors when we arrived as our toddlers feet were black from the floor.

• Suellen (8/5): Beautiful Grounds - Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you could need. The location and grounds are beautiful. The bathroom was very basic and the shower lacked pressure and the door was difficult to keep shut. The pot belly in the big barn was a little small to be used for warmth.

Kids loved feeding the animals and the big jumping pillow was a hit! We will definitely be back The only thing that needs improving is the WiFi, it didn’t work in our cottage & the internet coverage for Telstra didn’t work well in the area.

• Belinda (9/5): Overall enjoyable stay with many activities for the kids. - Spacious and fun for the children. Great activities and room for them to explore. Our shower in unit one was not working properly so had to fill a cup up with water to wash ourselves.

Will stay here again for sure! - We loved our stay at the Discovery Park in Margaret River. the staff were quick to respond to questions, were happy, professional and courteous. We loved our little cabin, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids were happy with the bouncy pillows and animals and their bunk beds and the activity books reception gave us for the rainy days. Honestly, there wasn't anything we'd change.

• Gillian (8/5): - Great facilities for families. Being able to hire the 'schoolhouse' is a great feature for a special event/gathering. Signage around the property could be improved, for example regarding the animal feeding when it is wet weather.
• David (10/5): Great value for money and very kid friendly. - Location and the cabin. Such a good place for kids with plenty of activities. The cabin is perfect for a family with young kids. We were made to feel welcome at all times. The wifi was quite slow and at times we struggled for phone reception.

The cabin was spacious with everything we needed and the park managers were amazing. Will definitely be back!

• Jemma (9/5): Super clean accommodation! - I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. My expectations were low. It was basic, cosy and exceptionally clean, which is all you need in Margaret River. The cabin had sufficient loo roll, rubbish bags, good tea /coffee and kitchen facilities, inc salt and pepper sachets. The internet is poor (if you're hoping to do work/stream anything..) - 4G with one bar. Will definitely return to this park. My only complaint is our cabin didn't have doonas on the kids beds (in winter). Luckily our friends next door had spares. Also the mop head on the mop was broken. Very minor things...

• Cai Wei (10/5): - A very nice place away from Margaret River town where you can get close to nature, feed the animals and gaze at stars on a clear night. Design of the chalets are a little outdated but they are kept clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

• Cai Wei (8/5): - Whilst the property is not new, it was well kept and there was no musty smell. Kitchen utensils were sufficient and clean. The kids enjoyed the daily animal feeding and the staff who were conducting the animal feeding were very friendly. Amazing view of the stars at night on a clear night. Overall an enjoyable close-to-nature stay at discovery parks.
• จันทนา (6/5): The misinterpretation - The location is good. The room is not what we select. We book standard 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds with the price 271 aud but we get the standard 1 bedroom with one bunk bed the price 203 aud instead. The staff said booking.com would arrange the room assignment. The room was not the same as in the picture shown. The staff said they are fully booked and cannot change the room due to the booking.com room assignment since we booked for two people. We thought that the room type we selected can accommodate six (as indicated in the description when booked ) so we paid for the higher price and we did not bother to change the # people option. Anyway they brought us some more blanket and pillow. For this room, the upper bunk bed was not covered by the bedsheet yet. A couple cooking stove on off buttons were broken. We cooked for a while and the gas run out too. Other than that, there is a microwave and kettle. There are plenty of dishes and dishwasher soaps. There is no wifi and the 4g LTE signal strength was not good.

• Marion (3/5): Extremely disappointing - Great location surrounded by trees and close to Cowaramup. We booked on Sunday to arrive the following Monday for 2 nights. On Monday morning the power for the park went out unbeknown to us it was a schedule outage due to upgrading current electrical boards. At no stage did either the management or staff advise us of the prearranged maintenance. When you pay $235 per night you expected the basics - hit water, power for kettle, fridge never mind the other essentials like wifi. This property was not fit for purpose for our stay and management did not offer a refund only a 10% discount when we did not receive 50% of advertised services.
