Ann (10/5): Great stay! Exceptional manager! - The location was wonderful! The view was exceptional! The property manager was awesome. The shower had black mold on the grout. Floors were not clean upon arrival.

Yui (3/5): 散々… - ロケーションと部屋の広さ、食器類などの準備は整っていることはよかったです。高層階なので強風が吹きつけるため、風の音がすごくて眠れませんでした。掃除は並でしたが、掃除した際のゴミがベッド下に残っていたり、ハンドウォッシュが一方は切れていたり、もう一方は置かれてもいませんでした。壁が薄いのか隣室の話声がかなり聞こえます。睡眠が足りない状態での観光となり、ストレスが大きいです。

Dale (8/5): Very excellently located! - Beautiful views! Great location and close to Waikiki beach! Lots of great shops and restaurants close by! Great other than anyone coming in from other countries as exchange rate is not good right now.
Arline (9/5): - Even though we had an issue with this particular property, the property manager made it right by giving us another place to stay which was wonderful. It’s not about the mishaps or mistakes that happen but always about what gets done to rectify the problem. In this case they went over and beyond and saved our trip from disaster. John (10/5): Perfect! - Has pool on site. Views are amazing from the room. Huge windows in the living area and bedrooms. Location is perfect. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, beach, and excursions. Parking is more pricey than I would like, but being in the middle of Waikīkī, it’s not unreasonable. Staff is very accommodating.

Didn’t like we had to use the key each time we used the elevator. Made it hard when my family of 6 would split up and we didn’t have enough keys.

Jasmine (10/5): Best ever place to stay. Amazing views and well worth it - Absolutely fantastic stay, beautiful , great location, clean, tidy, huge and the views amazing. Car hire in the building , 711 and subway next door and about 20 food vans on corner 1 min walk. Yum! Loved everything
Lily (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! - The place fit us comfortably with the number of people we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware and cookware. There was a couple convenient stores nearby so that made it a lot easier. We were at the end of the strip so it wasn't so busy but if you wanted to get to the strip it was about a 25 minute walk. We were closer to the boat docks which was convenient for us. The view was incredible. Temperature was easy to control plus being up there we were able to crack the windows and enjoy the Hawaiian ocean breeze. The condo was comfortable but could use a little updating. There looked like there maybe had been a big leak on the ceiling in-between the kitchen and the living room. The bathtubs had some stains from what looked like non-slip mats that didn't seem like it could be cleaned off.
Phillips (4/5): The place had nice furniture and comfy beds . I will leave it at that , for price it was sub par - Coffee shop was great in lobby . Location is also great. Comfy furniture . The windows leak horribly and being all the way up the wind whistling was literally unbearable at times. We had issues sleeping . Shower curtains are moldy , considerably water damaged ceiling in kitchen giving off very musty / mouldy odors . Bathrooms were not the cleanest my daughter re cleaned hers as there was hair and toenails present . Never heard from hosts once , I sent a few emails prior to arrival, zero response .
Michal (8/5): Good location and amazing view but quite expensive for the value what you will get - Location of apartment is really good really close to everything and right on Waikiki. Apartment is big enough for 4 adults and 1 baby. Bedrooms are really big and comfortable. View is absolutely amazing from the apartment. If we are comparing price and value its little bit expensive. We had problem that some parts of the apartment were really dirty but we asked managing company of the apartment to make deeper cleaning and they did that next day. Building is quite old but nothing what will distrub you during your stay. There is little bit tricky A/C as system is centralized for the whole building and you can not control temperature so much as system is really old.

Deanna (10/5): I recommend the penthouse suite for the view. - The view from the penthouse is to die for. Every room has a view of the Waikīkī skyline. It was breathtaking both night and day. I loved that there was a washer and dryer available in the suite, since my family did not want to pack a lot of clothes for the trip. The elevator to the penthouse was a little slow and my nephew got stuck in the middle elevator. Maintenance got him out within a half your or less.
ちぇんりぃ (6/5): リピーターにはちょうどよいホテル - 何度もハワイにきているならちょうど良い感じ。１階のパンケーキ屋さんもスフレタイプでふわふわとしていてとても美味しいです。ワイキキの端っこなので人混みでごった返すこともなく、リラックスして過ごせます。川沿いをお散歩５分でホノルルコーヒーの新しいお店があります。これが1番良かった。
Judy (4/5): Too noisy ie: too much traffic noise. - We felt the room was stuffy, even with the noisy air conditioner. Our room was ok but the comfort level was minimal. The code for our lockbox was incorrect. I don't know how we got into it when we "checked in." If it hadn't been for the security department we'd still be trying to return our key card.
