- Richard (8/5): Good value and great stay - Son, who works reception, cooking, service, is absolutely great and does everything he can to help and make you feel welcome. Nice relaxed ambiance in the reception / dining hall. Excellent breakfast ($) I stayed in 2 rooms, 201 and 301, and both had a fairly annoying compressor noise in them more than half the time. This was independant from the room's air conditioner. Like a vibration or hum. I noticed other rooms did not have that noise. Since I spent very little time in the room I did not bother them with it.

- Jeauneau (5/5): - Emplacement On m a force presque a paye en liquide je voualis par carte par principe je l ai fait a l arrivée et lors dé mon départ le réceptionniste m a dit que je n avais pas payé.. vraiement pas terrible de plus le check ou était a 12h a 11h la femme de ménage est venu faire la chambre alors que toutes les affaires étaient encore dedans et j etais a la piscine je voulais prendre une douche donc la fin très décevant.. de plus je ne suis pas sur que le réceptionniste m a donné un reçu lui en avait un mais il ne le trouvait plus comme de par hazard

Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt einem Ratschläge und ist sehr Hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Kleiner Supermarkt nur 3 Minuten Zufluss. Wegen dem Gastgeber gebe ich statt 9 sogar 10 Punkte.

A little tucked away, so you do need either a scooter or a grab taxi to get into Hoi An old town, Bicycles are available to use free of charge which is great, however the bikes are a little tired as are the two scooters that are for guests to use. But overall they are functional. Sunbed cushions could also do with a refresh although they are also functional...

We booked the Connecting Family Suite with Garden or Pool View, which was perfect for traveling with a child – separate rooms and bathrooms for parents and child, connected by a private hallway. The pool was large and spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly kind, often treating us to fresh fruit and helping with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

The staff is amazing and try to accommodate every request. There is a lovely pool to cool off on a warm afternoon. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and downtown is a short 5 minute drive away.

- Hayley (10/5): Excellent place to stay - highly recommend - We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely hosts, who were so helpful with transfers and tours. They were very kind to our family and even gave our son a birthday present. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They cleaned the rooms daily too. The bathrooms were modern and the water was good pressure and hot. The breakfast we purchased was fresh and tasty. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was so relaxing as the area was quiet. It is a 20min walk to the old town and a 5 min Grab ride. We enjoyed some of the typical restaurants around walking to the rice fields close by. Overall an excellent stay. Recommend the family room especially as so much space for our children and ourselves. If we had to name something we would have liked an extra pillow. That is nothing to complain about though.

- Marko (10/5): Kindness hotel - Amazing kindness and good will. The hosts were great to us all the time. They let us in the room few hours earlier. They rented us a scooter and we had to pay 3 times less than normal, since we didn't use it for a whole day, but we did what we wanted. They showed us how to use the motorbike, since ot was our first time. The prices of the food, drinks, etc are less then in local supermarkets. Everything was perfectly clean. They did our laundry and packed it cute little bags. We are so happy with this place and will come again.

- Kirstyn (8/5): Big room, good location & Free bikes - The room was a very good size and we loved that the bikes were free to use which was super useful - the bikes aren't in the best shape but they were good enough to get us around for a couple of days without any major issues. It's in a good location away from the busy streets but close enough to some restaurants. They were able to recommend a good cooking class and also helped to book us a car to the airport for a reasonable cost. Would stay again The WiFi was very poor, if this was better it would be a 9/10 for sure! also the room would benefit from a mosquito net as we found lots of them

- Lisa (9/5): Great value, peaceful stay - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The two inter leading rooms, both en suite were optimal for our family of 4. . It was a bit of a walk from the old town. We used Grab when our feet got tired.

- Alistair (9/5): Very welcoming and felt like I was staying in a more expensive hotel, would definitely come back - Staff very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. I only planned to stay a few nights but extended to ~10 nights. Very nice looking homestay in a great location, I would’ve happily paid much more per night- great value for money. Very minor comments (small details) but some small details in the room would be helpful - there was no bin in the bedroom (although cleaner would still remove my rubbish every day), only a couple hangars in the bathroom, bedroom safe would be more convenient if the battery code worked instead of carrying the small key which could be lost easily, and the pool had no chlorine but it felt like there was some other chemical in it which was unpleasant if it went in the mouth.
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional - This was a wonderful place to stay. There was so much attention to detail and Son and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room, building and pool were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Son has designed a peaceful villa with beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our conversations with Son. We would definitely come back and stay here.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. You get a bicycle for free to explore Hoi An, the beach, and everything around. I would always come back, thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

- Lukas (5/5): Weird place - Location. Blackout curtains are helpful Felt like staying in a scary house. The rooms are old and not well maintained, there's noise all night long from the roof in top of the noise from outside. When we came in the evening, the receptionist was sleeping on the ground or on the bench and on top didn't speak a word of English. Really weird experience
- Sophie (8/5): Good place to stay in Hoi An with a nice pool area to relax around. - Good sized room with balcony. Good pool space with deck chairs to sit and relax. You could borrow bikes for free. Good location, outside of the main tourist area but easily walkable. Really helpful friendly staff, even let us borrow cutlery and wait by the pool for our transport once we had checked out. There was a smell of marijuana around the property so you could not leave any towels to dry on the balcony. There were no chairs on the balcony to sit out there.
