Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse reicht völlig aus zum Erfrischen nach einem Städtetrip. Man kann in Old town laufen, aber lieber ein Taxi nehmen bei den Temperaturen.

The room had tiled floor and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. A large double bed with comfortable linen and mattress, providing a great sleep. There is a safe in room and daily provision of bottled water. The bathroom was of adequate size with an over bath shower with a plastic curtain. All amenities were available.. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent choice, however the breakfast room became manic at busy times and as the hotel caters for tours a lot of people descended at early times creating a battle for the food stations and available chairs. Overall, a comfortable hotel with nice rooms, good breakfast and a central location.

Nous avions besoin d’un endroit calme et confortable pour nous reposer, c’était parfait. Ils proposent également des massages de très bonne qualité, nous sommes ravis ! Et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous avons voulu profiter de l’espace Spa, qui est très bien, avec comme bémol que le jacuzzi était un peu sale.

Maria del Carmen (10/5): Unser erstes Ziel in Vietnam hat in diesem super Hotel gestartet. - Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ausgesprochen sauber, tolles Service und Personal! Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen (vom vietnamesischen Pho über Ham&Eggs und frischem Obst ist einfach alles da - auch bei Glutenunverträglichkeit gibt’s Alternativen). Zimmerservice war auch spitze. Alles war top!

Truly, a wonderful asset to the Team and most definitely a future Manager. The housekeeping team that made our room look even more exceptional and cleaner than any other hotel room we've stayed in across the globe !!!! The staff at the Onyx Restaurant for breakfast were very observant, helpful and cheerful even at the early hours of the morning !!! A truly remarkable team you have here at this property. We have already highly recommended our groups to stay here. Not having a temperature controlled swimming pool.

The rooms didn't smell like sewage water. The staff are very nice, unobtrusive.

wongchiu (10/5): Luxurious - The swimming pool is too good. The people opening the door for us when we walk in and out of the lobby. You guys are the best! Service is excellent from all staff including the cleaners are top notch. They are always smiling and attentive. Expensive drinks at the roof top pool. Paid $800k for a cocktail, a mocktail and an orange juice for my 7 year old son.
Sofia (7/5): Not in the most interesting area in Hanoi but good hotel with clean and modern features - the rooms were nice and comfortable, the beds and sheets were fresh and clean. It was very nice that we got new towels and robes each day. The pool area was small. Also the hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom which means we had to use it in the room where there were no mirrors. A mirror in the room would be nice.

The server were very attentive specially Ann. Only thing I have to remind management is the shower stall floor, it did not have shower floor mat making it very dangerous for seniors and should at least have handle bars.

Klein (7/5): Great value for money - Extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location that is a bit quieter about 700m of the opera house. Commodities around the hotel were excellent. Kircle K across the stress same as hairdresser restaurants, cafés, streetfood, e.t.c. The pool was okayish, the gym however was a joke with weights only up to 20kgs. No handle bar. No a/c in the gym and worst no water. I had to argue to get free water but "no possible". The bathroom floor very dangerous and slippery. A towel on the floor however fixes the issue

Eef Boas (9/5): Fijn hotel met lekker zwembad - Locatie is super, ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid, vers en heerlijk. Bedden zijn super. Zwembad is best groot, fijn voor baantjes zwemmen. Er zijn maar 5 ligbedden, dus krap. Wij hadden eerst een kamer met een connecting door. Aan de andere kant zaten vreemden en ieder gesprek was letterlijk te verstaan. Het gaf veel lawaai. Toen we dit bij de receptie meldden kregen we een upgrade naar een mooie grote kamer.

Het hotel lag net iets buiten het drukke centrum wat fijn kan zijn maar vond de straat daardoor erg stil en oogde daardoor minder veilig dan in het drukkere gedeelte. Best een eind lopen naar restaurantjes enzo. Volgende keer zou ik weer dichter bij the old quarter willen zitten. Ik had een 3 persoons kamer geboekt, bleek een 2 persoons kamer met vouw bed te zijn voor de 3e, dat was wel teleurstellend
