Guest Reviews
- Shlby (9/5): Really a good place to stay for budget purposes. And would really recommend because pf how helpful the owner did for us. - The owner that was very hospitable and kind. It overshadowed the oldness of the hotel. It felt like home instead.
The place is near convenience stores and bus routes too. To be honest, It's old but still gold though.
- Lourdes (9/5): - clean and free shuttle ride to and from the airport
- maryse (3/5): A fuir.
- KOTNALA (8/5): Loved the stay , A lady we met at Airport pick up was so kind and helpful person . her way of communication and smart pr - staff was helpful and kind . needs to be renovate property to make its look more rich and refreshing .
- Carla (6/5): Convenient location for airport - Staff was helpful and sort out out of hours airport transfer for us Room decor was something from 60s

- Angela (8/5): This was a good base for my conference paired with sightseeing. - Location was good. It was quiet and easy to find. There was rust on all the metal…corrosion on sink fixtures, rusted hinges on bathroom door, and even the bathroom mirror had tarnished silver. The lighting wasn’t very good. But there were plenty of clean towels, hot water, complimentary water bottles.
- Sophia (5/5): - Friendly lady and kind. Old and grubby looking. When it was built probably in the 1950s it was well done but nothing has been updated or renovated since.
- William (8/5): -
- Mechelle (10/5): - Receptionist lady is so kind even she can't speak English but she is really helpful to us
- Chunyan (8/5): - People very good around area
- Thomas (8/5): -
- KAREN (5/5): Very disappointed in the room I had this time. - I arrived late in the evening to Incheon Airport and the hotel reception was open til Midnight. I advised the hotel ahead of time my approximate arrival time. The reception staff was polite. I stayed at this hotel once before in 2023 and for that stay I had a really nice hotel room and great experience. Based on past experience I booked once again but this time I had the worst room. I'm not a fussy person at all, but I didn't enjoy my stay at all this time. It may have been clean but the pillowcases were stained so bad I had to use towels on them before I could sleep on them. I didn't feel comfortable to use the shower or bath even after a day of travelling and enduring the Korean heat. I was disappointed knowing that the last time I stayed here I had a really pleasant experience.
- Thomas (10/5): - Overall good experience
- Emmanuel (4/5): - Stains could be seen on the sheets. Hair from the previous renter was found on the towels. The employee did not speak Chinese or English, as advertised on their website.
- Bala Murali Krishna (10/5): Good stay - Friendly staff Toilets could be more updated
- Joy (5/5): - The couple running the hotel were nice and tried hard to communicate. We didn’t know Korean they didn’t know English. I’m trying to be nice. It advertised shuttle but we had no idea how to get it. Turned out we had to call but they didn’t have our name for that time. Took a taxi but did get a ride back to the airport. Communication was a problem. Wouldn’t do it again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Down Under - The couple were very helpful and accommodating.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great hosts and good nights rest. Thank you for being willing to take us to and from the airport. - The hosts were so great! They picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep and a way to get to and from the airport. They gave us water, juice, and vitamin water which was so nice. It was great for what we needed.
- Duane (8/5): Great experience - There is no longer Kerioke on the roof which previous reviews complained about.
It was pleasantly quiet
- Nischal (10/5): - The staff was friendly and liked the ambience of the hotel.
- Brian (4/5): - I’ll start with the positive: The owners picked us up from ICN as promised. We paid our bill in full, as promised, even though we left before nightfall.
That said: There was simply no way we could stay the night here. Wikitravel talks about “love hotels” that Korea is known for, and no doubt this is one. I’m not trying to be mean, but how else to explain the 70s decor and the escort cards that were scattered all over the parking lot and alleyway?
Instead of complaining though, I’ll offer some friendly advice to the owners: (1) Remove all the personal items from the bathroom. I’m not using that bar of soap, nor the dental floss hanging on the towel rack. (2) The bathroom fixtures need to be spotless. Really. (3) Don’t use sheets on the bed with stains. I didn’t look under the bed cover; everything I needed to see was right there in full view. (4) Don’t advertise a “city view” when the rooms don’t even have windows.
I’m not asking for my money back. This one is on me.
I should also note the nearest bus stop is a long steep slog downhill, across severely cobbled streets and a rather nasty little collection of restaurants near the traffic circle. This appears to be an older section of Incheon. You’d do well to check out the area near Central Park. It’s much more modern and closer to several bus stops and the subway. And flat.
- Daechul (1/5): Bad experience - Friendly staff Hygiene - bathroom not cleaned, lots of hair and blocked bathtub and stained tap, shower tap was wrong angle and just dirty!
Bad smells everywhere .
- Charmaine (7/5): Good - The staff were very helpful, and a much appreciated airport pick-up was also included.
- Alistair (8/5): Nicest staff ever - The staff were amazing. Even with no english using a translator app they were super friendly and helpful.
Room is big. Not flash but comfortable The bed was quite firm but thats standard for korea I think but thats about it.
- Christian (10/5): Marvelous - The service was more then I was expecting...in all I highly recommend of you need to go to seoul There was nothing to not like
- Tamanna (7/5): Good -
- Troy (10/5): - Very friendly owner and very helpful.
- Stephen (8/5): - Great value! The staff, although unable to speak English, ensured that I was comfortable.
- Christopher (8/5): - Very friendly staff and a much-appreciated free shuttle service from the Incheon airport. For less than $50 total, it was a completely adequate experience. The room decor/furnishings are probably a bit too dated for many of today’s travelers, but they had all the amenities I needed for an overnight layover.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - The room was a good size and comfortable. There were no windows but we only needed to sleep before a flight so it was good. And the shuttle bus and parking was really good.
- Sarini (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good enough to stay - The managers so much good attention. Always there to help.
The hotel was good to sleep, that's the intention.
- Smith (10/5): Great hosts, very accommodating. - Owners are so nice.
Free shuttle from airport. Beds slightly uncomfortable.
- Urnukh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dayaris (3/5): Poor -
- Christine (5/5): Too far from everything - I like the free shuttle service from the hotel Nobody in the hotel. I mean nobody speaks a word of English so it was difficult to get answers. I did use google translate but it was very hard
- Monica (3/5): Poor - the staff are friendly Actually it is not up to standard as a hotel, the facilities are too old.
The door hande is loose, door lock not in function, bathroom facilities are too old and not in good condition, like the hand shower and bathtub, toothpaste and soap was not new, have mosquitos, no cups or mugs for hot drinks.
- Christine Joy (10/5): - Wonderful hosts and convenient location!
- Julie (9/5): staff/owners went the extra mile. - The staff/owners? where amazing and couldn't do enough for you. they went out of their way to help. above and beyond. lots of extras like vitamin drink and amenities pack to help recover from jetlag, shuttles to and from airport/port, water and drinks in room. perfect hosts. Hairs in bath, no garden view, no separate living area and bedroom, no walkin shower as described by booking.com, however the staff/owners? (lovely lady and gentleman) made up for all that with going above and beyond.
- Aimable (4/5): Disappointing -
- Liam (10/5): - Ok
- Sonya (10/5): Excellent - Great customer service Window screen was damaged so got bitten by a few mosquitos while sleeping.
- Raju (8/5): Very good -
- Francis (2/5): - First, the whole “airport shuttle” is false.
At the beginning, i tried to get info on the shuttle and not only weren't they able to speak in english, the person on the phone didnt even know anything about there being a shuttle from the airport.
They instruct emailing instead due to the language barriers but even that was difficult as it was a long wait for a reply. I arrived to the place to check in.and no one was there at the front desk for over 10min.
Finally got to my room and it had broken windows, dirty, air-con wasn’t working and there where no available outlets other than the 220 Circular ones. Room was hot and the bed sheets felt gross.
Do not book at this place
- Claude (8/5): good -
pleasant
- Wajiihah (5/5): Passable -
- Ajay (7/5): Quite comfortable and good service from staff. - Easy to commute to other places from the hotel.
- Ortega (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ortega (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (10/5): - The lady was exceptionally helpful and did things for us that was way above expectations. Suited our needs perfectly.
- Abdulrahman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Das (10/5): Exceptional - Hospitality Nothing unsatisfactory
- RONY (8/5): - .
- Moonyoung (1/5): Bad - Inside look like a whore house
- Teresa (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady. The only issue for us is the smell of cigarette in the room and the corridor. I noticed that korean men smoke, they may smoke inside the room even they are not allowed.
- Das (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yuan (7/5): Really not bad - The hotel has shuttle and it runs on time.
The lady was very sweet. Our plane for the next day was on 12:35pm. The driver set the take off time to 9:00 am.
Because they do not offer breakfast, we wanted to change the take off time to 8:00 am to get breakfast at the airport. And it was refused by the front desk gentleman (not the driver).
- Graham (8/5): Straightforward comfortable stay - The owner didn’t speak much English but made clear efforts to communicate with us. There’s not a lot to do around the hotel.
- Sylvi K (8/5): Friendly and helpful staff - The reason we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle as we arrived at 4 am in Incheon airport and needed a place for a few hours of sleep. The hotel is small and old; the room is old. The best thing about the hotel is the proprietress who was so helpful (even though she did not speak English) and generous with the snacks. She helped us get a taxi to the station so we could get to our next destination.
- Jimin (4/5): - No one understands English there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Disgusting hotel, airport transfer was a lie.
- Sae Jin (2/5): -
- Soheyb (1/5): Bad - They said that they have a shuttle to the airport but it was not the true they told me there is no shuttle you should take a taxi
- Robert (10/5): - Overall this was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful. Besides the Incheon memorial there’s not a lot to do in this area. Lots of traffic . Lots of restaurants. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon.
- Cruz (4/5): near airport but not a relaxing place to stay, looks like an old motel - the host is very friendly
bed with heater
provided toiletries
with free shuttle but charged additional for early booking trip old linen, hard pillows, no night lamp, heavy comfort room door
- Mcdonald (8/5): Very good -
- Max (7/5): Needs a Renovation and Newer Furniture - The close proximity to ICN Airport and lady staff worker was very friendly. She offered me a commentary snack and drink after Check-Out. Pretty run down and old furniture. A/C wasn’t working, and computer keyboard compartment was stuck. The most disappointing highlight was the airport to hotel shuttle wasn’t available as per advertised.
- Rowena (10/5): Would stay again - Owner was lovely and helped with everything, they went above what we expected and made the stay very enjoyable.
- Marjoe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (8/5): - The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean
- Eric (8/5): - Friendly and economical solution when having to stay overnight close to ICN
- Julie (7/5): Good - Super friendly staff. Lady in front gave us snacks and water. She tried her best to help us get a taxi in the area. The price for the hotel was extremely cheap ($50 for 1 room with 2 beds). Our last minute booking was swiftly set up by the staff because we need an emergency stay. It's a 2 star hotel, so it doesn't look the best.
- Christina (10/5): - The hosts were wonderful! We really enjoyed the nice, clean rooms and the great hospitality.
- Richelle (8/5): Very good -
- Hong (7/5): Good - I noticed my airline does not provide the overnight accommodation after I have checked in. Therefor, searched on booking.com while I was awaiting for boarding. I was looking for a hotel near the Incheon airport with shuttle and this hotel came up. After I have booked it and on boarded, received the the emails from the owner who had stated that I need to call a Taxi (charged for $30 USD) to this hotel. Just want to know why booking.com has this hotel details says it has airport shuttle but actually not the case.
- Richelle (9/5): Superb -
- Kimberly (7/5): Good enough for a night - Courteous staff, bed was clean, soft and comfortable, quiet for good sleep, 25 mins from airport, convenient shuttle pick-up from airport, free courtesy drinks in refrigerator. No shuttle service to return to airport, found body hairs in hotel room in 2 places including tub; could have been cleaner, bathroom facilities outdated; water flooded the floor during shower due to poor drainage.
- Nakia (10/5): - Awesome and nice people
- Anonymous (10/5): Overall really excellent experience, except location of the hotel was so far. - Really nice I liked everything.
- Hemant (8/5): Very good - ROOM & SHUTTLE FACILITY
- Gitta (10/5): Please consider to serve simple breakfast on the lobby like tea or coffee, the manager is very kind to offer us cookies - they have a private shuttle service it is a little bit difficult to buy some food, with the local people who can't speak English, especially if you land at night and on winter time
- Robert (10/5): - It is an older property and it's years are starting to show, but the staff take very good care of the rooms and common areas. The family that runs/owns it are very friendly and helpful. Message them if you need airport transportation and they will get back to you. They were kind enough to pick me up and drop me off even though I had to be at the airport at 0500 in the morning. Very nice stay, safe and comfortable.
