Shabana (5/5): It was an okay to say - The location is great , and the best part is that it had an attached balcony for you to relax out for a coffee or so. The Hotel was good how ever the bed linen was totally soiled , the pillow cover was torn .we had to ask the housekeeping to change it twice .
Uday (8/5): - I booked a room with queen bed but instead I was given two twin beds joined together which was quite uncomfortable. The room needs better cleaning and house keeping. The curtains were dirty. The good thing was location and very helpful and cooperative staff.

Nothing to say everything was perfect.

Mirella (5/5): Navi Mumba is a Wonderful location for escape in green - Location is very near to all services, but in the room missing basic things, hand towel, shower soap, shower cap, hand soap dispenser, paper towel, the nice balcony was very dirty, one of the chairs (very dirty) was broken, the sink don’t drain the water. The hotel manager needed to check the house keeping people work because the hotel can be much, much better if the staff take care more about the cleaning. In the end if you don’t care about the hygiene the room is big and comfortable. The hotel needs to manage better the house keeping people because don’t care so much to clean the rooms and specially the washroom, windows glass, doors and other equipment.

Anonymous (1/5): Very bad and disappointed Stay - Nothing The hotel claims to be a 3 Star hotel but there was no amenities available which should be there at a 3 Star hotel. The room was very small with foul smell and broken floor. The TV speaker was damaged and also the Setup box had only few channels working as the receptionist told the the manager had recharged the minimum possible recharge pack available for TV, so no entertainment coz nothing was available to watch on TV. For disposable slippers hotel charged money Rs.50, how come a 3 Star hotel doesn't provide disposable slippers. overall very bad experience with this hotel, I recommend don't go to this hotel.

C.sekhar (7/5): Very Good stay with scope for making it better - The hotel as well as the rooms are quite large and also has a large balcony. The bathroom was wonderful. 1. My appalling experience is that of having to climb a huge flight of stairs, to reach the reception , carrying my luggage, without anyone to ask (the watchman at the bottom of the stairs was looking the other way, as if he was not for the hotel.) It was only later that I came to know that there was a lift behind the stairs. If only the watchman had guided ..... 2. The single bed was made of two cots and two bedspread . and the partition was evident and hence did not serve as a single bed. 3.There seems to be a lackadaisical approach towards maintaining the ambience and the comfort. I have rated it as the 4th smiley since the hotel itself is not bad. But the interiors, the curtains and the balcony can be made to look very chic if only a slight application of imagination is done. - Curtains never covered in full . - wall decor looked pretty old - Balcony was quite open to dust. But they seem to have redone the bathroom alone, and it did look superb.

There were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room Initially the bedsheet was dirty and had hairs, after complaining they changed the sheets. but during my entire 6 days stay they didn't change the sheets. Furniture are old, wardrobe door was broken. If I had not made the advance payment I would have never stayed there. Regret to have booked from booking.com

Informed the staffs multiple times still they didn’t fix it. For ordering food, had to go to reception multiple times.

Verified traveler (6/5): - It’s was near to my office, hence stayed here. hotel is close to good eateries. There was no one to help us with our luggage during check in. Check in was fast. Room was spacious and had basic requirements. Stayed here 5 nights. Bathroom had few issues - like lack of toilet paper, exhaust fan didn’t work, mould in ceiling, bathroom door doesn’t have any lock. So better suited to couples. Hot water doesn’t come instantly , you have to let water flow for 10 minutes before hot water comes out. Buffet Breakfast was basic but fulfilling. Weekdays breakfast was served in our room. AC worked well. Housekeeping done every day during our stay. Inspite of these issues, it was a comfortable stay once you get used to this 3 star hotel. Would recommend people who have work here in Navi Mumbai / or on budget to stay here. For the price we paid, hotel was good. Staff was polite. Would return if I’m back for work here in Belapur.
