• Karolina Daniela (4/5): I don’t reccomend because of lack of proper cleaning. - The location was good. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our stay because of conditions in the house. There were constant problems with basic things like warm water (the pomp doesn’t work properly), facilities, lack of cutlery and necessary things, not cleaned properly. Not recommending.

Omijajcie ten obiekt z daleka i nie dajcie się zwieść ofercie. Brud, smród, robactwo i właściciel który po zapłacie nie odda Wam ani złotówki. Strach pojawić się tam samemu, nie mówiąc już o dzieciach. Za takie kłamstwo na zdjęciach i okropną rzeczywistość oferta powinna być zakazana jak nie karana. Warunki pobytu są tak straszne że nie powinny być nawet oferowane do przebywania nie mówiąc o wypoczynku. Nawet przy rezygnacji z prawie dwutygodniowej rezerwacji nie da rady odzyskać żadnych kosztów. Bardzo nie polecam.

Szuper hogy van lift meg hatalmas kiülős terasz Nem kifejezetten probléma, de jo lett volna tudnom hogy Cipruson mindenhol angol konnektorok vannak, ha valaki lemerült telefonnal érkezne. Viszont átalakító szinte bárhol pár euroért kapható, ezt érdemes is megérkezéskor azonnal beszerezni😊

• poumic76 (6/5): Moyen de - Avons récupéré le logement en avance donc le ménage fut sommaire. La résidence et l'appartement auraient besoin de travaux d'entretien. La localisation correspond à l'annonce ( plage et quelques commerces à proximité). L'agent d'accueil Mario fait son possible pour satisfaire les clients et est présent du matin jusqu'à tard le soir.👍 Nous avons réservé cette résidence en partie pour la piscine, mais celle-ci n'était pas en fonction à cette période de l'année. Peut-être que nous nous serions orientés sur un autre logement ( sans ce paramètre).

Niestety apartament brudny i nie posprzątany, zasłony widać że już od baaaardzo dawna nie były prane, lepka i brudna podłoga, brak podstawowych sztućców. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo zły gdyż właściciel nie odpowiadał na nasze prośby. Niestety za takie warunki cena bardzo wygórowana.

• Adriana (2/5): - Ogrzewanie, że było i nie padał deszcz na głowę. Niestety było brudno, brak podstawowych rzeczy jak np., w łazience wanna, ale korka już brak. Łóżko w salonie z dziurą wielkości moich dzieci.
• Laura (7/5): Séjour agréable qui serait parfait si plus de propreté en général. - Le gestionnaire du complexe, Marco, est vraiment adorable et a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable : disponible, réactif et flexible. La résidence est vraiment calme, le logement spacieux ce qui permet de se sentir à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéale pour rayonner dans tout Paphos . Je conseille vivement une voiture car même si les plages sont facilement accessibles à pieds, les fortes chaleurs peuvent vite rendre les déplacements pénibles. À moins de 5mn en voiture, différents magasins d’alimentation, une pharmacie, divers restaurants… Différents bus desservent un peu toutes les zones depuis la route principale qui se trouve environ à 10 mn à pieds de la résidence. Nous avons fortement apprécié de pouvoir prendre nos repas le soir sur la spacieuse terrasse en profitant de beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer après des journées bien chargées. Quel dommage que les parties communes et les infrastructures de la résidence ne soient pas mieux entretenues… le potentiel est indéniablement là, mais le ménage laisse à désirer notamment dans les cages d’escaliers ( toiles d’araignées, cafards 🪳, taches au sol qui trahissent le non-passage de serpillière depuis longtemps). Dans l’appartement, le nettoyage lors de notre entrée était trop superficiel mais heureusement Marco est venu pour régler le problème. La propreté des sanitaires et de la cuisine sont fondamentaux pour se sentir à l’aise dans une location. Des progrès à envisager de ce côté là.

• Jan (1/5): terrible, not recommended at all - The stay was extremely disappointing and I would absolutely not recommend it. Our apartment was overbooked, and instead of finding a proper solution, we were moved to a different location that turned out to be far worse. The replacement apartment was in terrible condition — old, poorly maintained, and visibly dirty. There was even mold on the walls, making the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, a very unpleasant experience that shouldn’t happen to any guest.

• Dominika (9/5): Jak będziemy w Pafos wrócimy :) - Pokoj byl ok. 3 łazienki, 2 sypialnie. Basen czysty. Wifi bardzo dobre. Kuchnia byla dobrze wyposazona, tak ze dalo sie przyrzadzic posilek.Mielismy auto, wiec baza wypadowa doskonała. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny. Stosunek jakości do ceny adekwatny. Można by było poprawić sprzątanie łazienek.
• Lesia (5/5): Номера недосмотренные, но с уборкой наверно нам просто не повезло. Если вы на машине и нужно бюджетное жилье - можно бук - Номер просторный, есть огромная терасса и хорошее расположение. По просьбе нам выдали переходник для розетки. На рецепшине никого небыло, дозвонились раза с третьего. В номерах нет никаких полотенец!!! Можно купить при заселении. Номерами сейчас (январь) занимается один мужчина, который явно не успевает справляться. Наш номер был убран плохо, видимо наш приезд прервал его за процессом уборки: на столике валялся табачный пепел, а балкон начали подметать и посередине бросили это занятие вместе с веником. На балконе валялись старые вещи - трусы, майка, полотенце, плюс засохший бургер и куча окурков просто на полу. Админ дал ключ и сказал самим заселяться, а он придет через 15 мин - не пришел! Утром мы сами все убрали и выставили мусор за дверь.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower - I understand that there are switches for heating the water, but we arrived at night ( the owner knew the hours when we’ll arrive before come to Cyprus) and one expects to take a warm bath, but it turns out that there is no hot water - huge disappointment.. We were 4 nights and 4 nights we didn’t have hot water. The apartment itself wasn't very clean. The reception was supposed to be open 24 hours a day, but at night after arriving at the apartment we had to call the owner several times to tell us where the keys were and how to enter the apartment because everything was locked. It was our first meeting with Cyprus and probably the last one, at least in this place. Don’t recommend it!!!

• Raphaël (2/5): Paphos c'est bien, mais n'allez pas à Chloraka Terrace Apartments! - Belle vue depuis la terrasse de l'appartement. La piscine était bien. On nous a changé notre réservation pour le Club St. George en fin de journée alors qu'on aspirait à profiter de Paphos. Passé une mauvaise nuit à St. George, malgré la villa avec piscine privée, c'était tellement miteux que nous n'avons pas voulu rester. Déception en arrivant à Chloraka, c'était gère mieux. Nous avons dû attendre que l'appartement soit nettoyé alors que nous sommes arrivés 1h plus tard que l'heure à laquelle on nous avait dit de venir. Marco, le gérant, a fait de son mieux pour nettoyer l'appartement, mais au final ça n'a rien à voir avec les photos présentées sur Booking. C'est vieux, les meubles sont moches, l'appartement est mal entretenu et la cuisine est très mal équipée... De plus, le changement de logement au dernier moment nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps sur les 3 jours prévus à Paphos.
• Jason (3/5): If you need a place to crash for a day or two it’s okay but for a remote worker it’s absolute chaos - It was a penthouse view, and how close everything was to shops and the beach When I arrived the apartment hadnt been cleaned yet, rather than sweeping the cleaner decided that mopping the floor would be enough, there was mold in the fridge, there isn’t enough water pressure to take a normal shower, even after the apartment was cleaned I didn’t have any bed sheets until later that evening, the manager made it seem like a big deal that I felt upset about the standard of living.

We were exhausted. We had prepaid for this Chloraka Apartment and ended up in Emba. It was a nightmare. When we arrived late in the night to our booked Chloraka apartment there was no one to meet us even though we had advised them of our arrival time. We waited 2 hours outside the apartment and finally the person responsible for renting us the apartment answered his phone just to tell us he had double booked our apartment and we had to drive to Club St George Resort for an alternative apartment. We were exhausted. We had prepaid for this Chloraka Apartment and ended up in Emba.

• Audrey (6/5): Agréable séjour à Chypre.Vraiment un pays magnifique.Appartement bien ,propreté douteuse - Appartement géographiquement bien placé . l’appartement était pas propre du tout, la douche était sale la paroi de douche ,il y a de la moisissure. la cuisine,J’ai retrouvé la vaisselle non lavé rangé dans le placard directement. Les serviettes étaient en plus mais compris avec les draps ça serait bien d’avoir au moins un torchon dans la cuisine ou avoir même une manique pour le four, il n’y avait même pas deux fourchettes alors qu’on était deux, il y en avait une pour deux. Le lit était cassé. Mon conjoint a eu mal au dos toute la semaine car le lit il n’y avait pas de lattes de son côté, donc autant dire qu’il dormait par terre, il n’y avait même pas un balai ou une serpillière à disposition donc on est arrivé dans un appartement sale et forcément nous en rentrant avec un peu de sable ou autre on pouvait même pas faire un brin de ménage en clair, l’appartement est bien placé mais alors par contre il était vraiment très sale

• Paula (8/5): - Duży taras, fajny widok na morze 3 piętro. Duży apartament, dwie łazienki. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Basen czysty, duży i przy apartamencie :) leżaki zniszczone ... Brak ostrych noży w kuchni !! Bardzo słabo wyposażona kuchnia - uniemożliwia dotowanie (sól, pieprz itd). Brak stosownej ilości kubków, szklanek, kieliszków do wina (1szt), brak przyborów kuchennych. Pralka - bez drzwi. Brak zmiotki i szufelki. Brak czystych ścierek. Dużo brudu w kątach. Brak adaptera do kontaktów aby podłączyć europejski sprzęt - ładowarki telefonów, suszarki do włosów. W łazience brak suszarki do włosów. Apartament do remontu - cena adekwatna do standardu !! Pobyt udany. Odbiór klucza powinien być opisany w mailu że będzie pod wycieraczką - bo szukania lokalu było sporo ...
• Andrea (6/5): - The view and area around was ok. The guy who take care of area was nice and really hardworking and trying to keep it running. Unfortunately there is only 1 employee to do cleaning, laundry, ,service,reception, maintenance, swimming pool cleaning etc etc. even though guy make a really effort to keep it running,it is impossible for 1 guy to do all job. there are things which should be taken care of. Especially the general things in apartment. Mold on walls, broken stuff, dirty mattresses etc etc. . Area and building seems that is running without any care since they build it which is shame. Could be a really nice place though. And last but not least. Air-conditioner was probably never cleaned . Mouldy ,dusty and dirty.

• Theodosis (1/5): - Nothing never stayed in the place that i booked in April and was told i was transfered last hours before setting off to this place Booked this place in April and in the last hours before arriving at this place i received a message that i was transfered to another location called Club St george Resort emba Avenue Emba that was 15 minutes away that i had no idea where it was and spent time looking it up and how to get there changed all are plan's because the location was father sway than this location to the places we wanted to visit and if i did go took me double the time to get to the destination i wanted to go to Never before in my life this has happened after booking an apparent to stay

• daniel (5/5): - Great location, very comfortable room, and it had everything as described. Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned, and the kitchen in particular was in very poor condition. In addition, the cooking utensils provided were insufficient and not suitable for meal preparation. On several occasions, staff members were not available, which made it difficult for us to ask important questions during our stay. Furthermore, the television was not working. We requested assistance to have it repaired, but no one came to fix it.

• andrew (4/5): - The location was great. Close to everything Only 1 staff member was very helpful The room was not properly cleaned. T.V was not working, elevator not functional. No sanitary was in the bathroom. Air-conditioning control's missing

The worst experience we had. Also inside the cupboards and the kitchenware were very dirty. We could not use any of these. Fridge was dirty as well. Veranda was very dirty as well. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. Behind furniture and beds were very dirty. And of course under them as well. Also in common areas of the building were very dirty. They delayed to give us the apartment because they told us that it was not be cleaned yet and we left. We arrived 2 hours later and we found a very dirty apartment. The worst thing is that it has a very bad smell from the mold. Inside the toilet the smell was very bad. We could not sleep well at night. All of the walls were full of mold from some pipes the broke from the apartment above this one and the paint from the walls looks like will fall. I felt very bad for my kids. I went there with 3 small kids (3,2,0). I was cleaning my self the apartment in order for us to be able to stay there and sleep. No blackout curtains. No comfortable beds. Half of the lamps in the apartment were not working. Some switch were open and very from the kids to touch them and get hurt. Nothing alike as properties photos they are sharing in Booking. Smaller areas than photos provided. At swimming pool area now it was ok. But some sunbeds were broken.

• Nikki (1/5): It's cheap but you have to clean it your self, bring your own sheets, kitchen utilities so...... t - It's quite. The rooms are not clean. The elevators smell. The kitchen supplies you have in the apartments are disgusting 🫣 So don't bother cooking there. The pool is not always clean. The whole area is very very dirty. The beds are awful.
• ΝΕΟΦΥΤΟΣ (6/5): Μετριο - Ήταν σε καλό τοποθεσία, και άνετο το σπιτάκι Η καθαριότητα γενικά του κτηριου της πισίνας και ότι δεν είχε καλές συσκευές και πιατικα στην κουζίνα
• Maria (1/5): Δεν θα το συνιστούσα να πάτε!! - Το μέγεθος του καταλύματος ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο αλλά εσωτερικό χάλια. Το σπίτι ήταν λερωμένο, μύριζε μούχλα και μπόχα, οι καρέκλες και τα στρώματα ήταν γεμάτα λεκέδες όπως επίσης και τα σεντόνια και οι μαξιλαροθήκες λογικά δεν ήταν πλυμένα. Ο καναπές και η τηλεόραση απουσίαζαν απο το κατάλυμα. Πήγαμε στην ώρα μας αλλά το κατάλυμα που έκλεισα απο το booking δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο προφανώς ήταν ψεύτικες οι φωτογραφίες και οι παροχές που έγραφε οτι θα υπάρχουν δεν υπήρχαν. Ακόμα και τα πιατικα απουσίαζαν υπήρχαν κάποια που ήταν λερωμένα. Δεν είχαμε το κατάλυμα στην ώρα που ήταν το check in μας έπρεπε να περιμένουμε να μας ετοιμάσουν και καθαρίσουν άλλο.

• Virginie (10/5): Super séjour! - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Chloraka Terrace Appartments, avec un hôte aux petits soins et à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service ou à nous partager ses bons plans. L'appartement était spacieux, sur 2 niveaux, les chambre en haut et en bas la pièce de vie et cuisine. Chaque chambre disposait de sa salle de bain WC privative et il y avait une autre salle de bain pour le bas, le tout complété d'une jolie terrasse avec vue sur mer; et bien sûr l'accès à la piscine de la résidence pour se rafraîchir. Super séjour, on reviendra!

• Luminita (7/5): Quite OK but not exactly as advertised. - The room was well isolated and stayed cool. The air conditioning was very effective (and necessary) but towards the end it started to become very noisy. The little kitchen was good enough but the small and jumbled collection of cutlery and crockery was a bit poor. Mario the contact (an employee, not the owner) was super-helpful and friendly and gave us everythiung we needed. The surroundings were very messy - tired and full of junk. This is not the best first impression. The location was such that without a car it's very difficult to stay there. Luckily we had a car.
• Micallef (5/5): - We mostly liked the terrace and the pool. We were supposed to check in at 3pm. When we arrived the staff met us outside and took us to the reception. The reception wasn’t even welcoming as it looked like a box room full of things on the floor and not organised. The staff member told us that the room is not ready and it was already 3pm. He told us to give some time and come back at 3:30 or 4pm. So at 4pm we went back and found out that the room is still not ready. At 5pm we entered the room as the cleaner was ready. The cleaning wasn’t done properly, we found leftover pasta in the oven having a bad smell, the toilet was dirty, ants and spiders on the floor, towels and bed sheets looked dirty and not washed well… We weren’t expecting this at all. It is a shame because the location is lovely. There should be more staff, more organisation and a renovation of the reception as it doesnt welcome people. We thought that we entered a very poor place.

• J (4/5): Basic - No towels or bath mat on arrival. Had to ask next day and they said 1/2 hour but weird for 2 hour and we had to buy towels. But got small threadbare towels from reception: Beds were hard as nails and pillows hard foam. Sheets and pillow slips discoloured and thin. Couldn’t sleep as back was so painful from hard bed. Cockroach and ants in kitchen, no tea towel, no plug in kitchen sink for washing up. Only 2 glasses and 3 cups. Cats everywhere crying for food.

• Millie (6/5): Basic but has what you need - The hotel itself was nice, appears to be a mixture of longterm lets and holiday stays. Shallow pool but good for swimming and essential in the Cyprus heat! The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of free on site parking. Now the downside, there is no housekeeping during the stay, so you have to make your own beds and clean up after yourself. No bin in the kitchen, no oven tray, limited utensils etc. We had to do a shop for things you'd hope to be in a self catering apartment, like salt, pepper, bin bags, cleaning supplies. It's advertised as adult only, it's not. The air con in one bedroom wasn't working and it took 5 days to get fixed. No regularly manned reception desk, the manager (only staff member we saw) is in and out of his office in the day. Lots of wear and tear inside and outside. As long as you know what to expect, it's a good place to stay, best to drive rather than expect to walk places, although there are bus stops to get where you want to go about a km away.
