- Kathia (8/5): Très bon souvenir global de l’hôtel, nous y reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à La Palma ! - Hôtel très bien situé et agencé, très bien décorédécoré, jardins luxuriant omniprésent, propre, bien organisé, personnel aimable et aux petits soins. Deux petits bémols à mettre : - il n’a pas fait très beau lors de notre séjour ce qui n’est bien-sûr pas inhérent à l’hôtel lui-même mais nous avons eu froid dans les appartements (pas de chauffage possible et les couettes à disposition sur les lits sont très fines), le temps de demander à l’accueil de vraies couvertures. - le lit de la chambre parentale séparé en deux lits distincts et deux paires de draps, impossible ne fût-ce que de se prendre dans les bras sans s’emmêler dans les draps et se retrouver entre les deux lits qui s’écartent. Après la première nuit, nous avons fini dans le canapé convertible et avons laissé la grande chambre à nos enfants qui étaient très heureux !

Freundlicher und immer gut gelaunter Service. Das Apartment verfügte über wenig Stauraum, nicht ausreichend für zwei Personen, sodass wir die beiden Koffer nicht ausräumen konnten.

The morning and evening buffets were good. The pool was huge though with a salty water. The garden was beautifully arranged and big enough for a short walk with available places to sit outside. There was also a sauna on demand (extra charge) that i enjoyed very much. For cat lovers there was a small bonus - several friendly cats. The parking needs to be pre-booked and it is pretty small. There are not many parking places around. I had a problem to find main reception as there are no indications from the main street on the was. There was no elevator in our building so we needed to carry luggage to the 2nd floor.

Amazing helpful staff and a manager who is passionate about the hotel and keeping it to the highest standard. Lovely clean comfortable rooms, with some looking out over the magnificent pool. Good, well run restaurant serving excellent food. A relaxing hotel bar and great pool bar. Nothing.

Lage des Hotels sehr gut, schöner Pool guter Zugang zum Aussenbereich und zum Meer Wlan Verbindung schlecht, nur über staff Zugang an der Reception ausreichend, beim Frühstück Wartezeit an den Kaffee Automaten mitunter recht nervig, Pool Nutzung erst nach 10 Uhr ist sehr schade

Goed ontbijt met veel keuze Bedden zijn twee losse bedden met apart beddengoed. Koelkast werd zo koud dat alles bevroor, hierdoor is zelf een glazen fles ontploft in de koelkast Op de laatste dag liep er een kakkerlak door de kamer De gangen in de gebouwen zijn nogal gedateerd

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent, certains plats changent tous les jours. Le buffet du repas du soir est bien pour un soir (à l'arrivée par exemple), c'est bon il y a le choix mais ce n'est pas très raffiné.

Amazing breakfast ! The only thing I could complain about is the lights in the flat, too strong! And no bed lights which was not great to read at night

Nos hemos podido relajarnos, disfrutar de un par de días en familia sin tener que pensar en nada y tenendo todas las comodidades dentro del hotel y con precios muy buenos. Malas almohadas, mal colchón. No hay aire acondicionado y tampoco puedes dejar las ventanas abiertas debido a las cucarachas y los animalillos de la zona, con lo que pasas calor en las noches. El buffet del desayuno muy justo y de calidad media. El buffet de la noche muy justo también pero le ponen mucho cariño a la comida, es muy casera.

A 55m salt water pool is unprecedented in a hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet was well organised and delicious with beautiful outdoor seating. Room was spacious, fitted with a kitchen and living room. There is a mini market with essential food and toiletries. The gym was sparsely equipped.

- Carol (8/5): Pleasant stay on the pretty island of La Palma! - The lovely garden setting and pool were the highlights. Our apartment was clean and well equipped with a sea view. The staff were lovely, friendly and good at their jobs. Food was buffet style - not my preferred choice - volume over quality. We ate out most nights or cooked something light in our apartment.

- Beatrice (10/5): - The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins).

- Pavel (10/5): Amazing hotel and staff - I think I’ve finally found the exotic vibe I was looking for! The hotel has a stunning botanical garden, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms were absolutely amazing. It even reminded me of the hotels from The White Lotus, a series I absolutely love! Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next time - with our cats!

La formule en demi pension sous forme de buffets est très correcte mais un peu orientée vers la clientèle allemande. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Bien vérifier la facture des consommations en partant, des erreurs sont si vite arrivées...

- Rosemary (9/5): Just what we needed. We will treasure our memories. - The gardens are exquisite and cared for with exceptional attention to detail. If a leaf dares to fall it is picked up immediately! The pool area is beautiful, with masses of seating, and the pool itself is spotless. Every single member of staff is delightfully friendly and helpful. The apartments feel spacious and are immaculate, like the entire complex. Personally I didn’t much care for the green theme which looks a bit drab, but we got used to it. The bathroom was attractive and there was plentiful hot water. The view from Block C is glorious. The shop was surprisingly well stocked considering it only caters for hotel guests. The restaurant is attractive, with plenty of inside, outside and semi-outside seating. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was fine but not particularly exciting, especially for vegetarians, though what we ate was always of good quality. Parking was sometimes tricky, though using the garden gate rather than the front door helped considerably when we were parked further away. The airport was nearby, which was ideal, especially as it isn’t particularly busy and the planes using it are small, so the noise wasn’t a nuisance at all. The area close by seemed slightly rundown - empty shops, closed cafes, etc., but for the most part we were out and about (we hired a car), so that wasn’t a problem. Not far from gorgeous Santa Cruz. All in all, we loved our stay at Hacienda San Jorge, and would highly recommend it for a lovely peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings. A very well-run establishment. Bedroom colour scheme, but maybe I’m the odd one out!
- Michael (8/5): - Wirklich ein tolles Hotel. Alles wird sehr gepflegt und sauber geputzt. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit unserem Zimmer, es war so dunkel dass man auch durch den Tag elekrtrisches Licht brauchte. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, obwohl das Zimmer nebenan die ganze Zeit frei war.

Poor breakfast and also the dinner .. we were expecting better choice and quality of the food for the money we have paid ..and also with the room - 2 adults and baby of 3 years old to provide 2 single beds united .. not very comfortable with child .. but as soon as we were just 2 nights we decided not to bother anyone ..

- P (10/5): Beautiful and tranquil place to stay - What a stunning place to stay! There was a real sense of peace and tranquility in and around the hotel during my 3 nights. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. My apartment had everything I needed and the receptionists were very helpful. Two things to consider: There's no air conditioning which wasn't too big an issue in December but may be over the summer. In addition, there's not much in the way of soundproofing between apartments which meant I was woken up at 7am each morning by the people next door. Again, it wasn't too big a deal as I wanted to be up to explore the island but those who want to sleep in late may find this to be an issue.
