• Mairi (1/5): Had to leave as accomodation was old, tired and stank of cat urine. - Nothing - we left immedicatly to find another accomodation The apartment we were given was not at Zendy Suites, but 4/5 doors up the road. It was dark and poorly maintained, with tired furniture, marks on the couch, and an old, worn-out kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms were gloomy, with bars on all the windows, and the “outdoor area” was just a concrete box. There were also bars on the front windows, and the apartment was literally right on the road. The worst part was the overwhelming smell of cat urine coming from the back area and the bedrooms — completely unbearable. When we reported it to reception, we were told to just “open the window,” which obviously didn’t help. The receptionist then showed us the actual Zendy Suites rooms inside the hotel — they were small but lovely — unfortunately, none were available. I was concerned as tthere was a no refund policy on my booking but the receptionist assusred me that this is not a problem and he proceeded to phone the manager, and then advised that we could just leave, cancel the booking through the website, and said that when booking.com would email them, they would approve a full refund. We followed those instructions, but later saw our refund request was declined, and I’ve since spent countless hours during and after my trip trying to resolve this with Booking.com but as they are only an intermedicatory and Zendy has already cashed the payment, and is refusing to accept a refund they can't help me. If you’re booking Zendy, make absolutely sure the room is inside the hotel, not the off-site apartment, and don’t rely or trust on what the reception tells you. The only good thing about the experience was the great location.

• Klea (10/5): The best choice for your stay - I had a wonderful stay at Zendy Suite Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was extremely clean and very quiet, which made our stay very good and comfortable. The location is excellent—just about 6 minutes from Taksim Square, in a very good and accessible area with plenty of local restaurants nearby. A special thank you to Kasra, who was incredibly kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciate the rest of the staff for their great service and hospitality. After our flight was canceled, we returned to the hotel again the same day because we liked it so much—and we were happy to come back. We will definitely choose this place again when we will visit Istanbul. Görüşürüz tekrar.

Нас заселили не в отель, а в какую то квартиру на первом этаже, со страрым ремонтом наверно лет 30 назад. Обсолютно не соответствовал фотографиям. Все было ржавщее. В ванной комнате были на стенах и потолке грибковые налеты. Микровалновка и чайник были ужасно грязными и сама кухня была очень грязным. Двери не закрывались. Освещение было ужасное. При дожде был такой шум что невозможно было спать. Постельное белье было грязное. Мебель была ужасно старая.

• Gaby (7/5): Ruim appartement als je vlakbij Taksimplein en openbaar vervoer wilt verblijven. - De ligging was heel goed. In een sfeervolle straat met allerlei zaakjes. En dichtbij bus en metro halte. De wijk zelf heeft heel veel restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Supermarkt, bakker etc. Wij hadden het appartement en die was niet in het hotel zelf maar verderop in de straat. Appartement was ruim. Personeel behulpzaam. De schoonmaak was slecht. Bed was wel verschoond en vloer gedweild maar al het anderen zoals lichtknoppen, handgrepen, keukenkastjes, apparatuur etc plakte erg en zat vol met vlekken. Het rook ook niet fris bij binnenkomst, alsof er gerookt was. Handdoek met lippenstift er op. Nadat we er iets van hadden gezegd is het wel direkt opnieuw gedaan. Buitenruimte was niet te gebruiken want stonk er erg naar kattenpis.

Interessanti i bidoni per la raccolta differenziata presenti in ogni piano (1 diverso per piano). Niente: tutto apprezzato.

Havlular dışında oda tertemizdi (sanırım tek olumlu tarafı da buydu) 2 gün boyunca susuz kaldık depoları sanırım çok küçük belediyenin su kesintisi bizi mahvetti. Wc ve banyo çok ciddi sorun oluşturdu. En azından şişeyle su verin dedik bir odaya kondu diğerine konmadı. Geceleri uyumak imkansız sokak gürültülü karşı bina sakinleri sabaha kadar kahkaha ve yüksek sesli konuşmalarla uyumayı imkansız hale getirdiler. Bir daha gitmem, tavsiye de etmem

• Jose (10/5): A wonderful location, very clean and well equipped room. - I travel quite a bit, this place has exceeded my expectations, the rooms lovely just like the pictures, the tesm was very friendly, they did there best to accommodate me when giving me an early checkin. No surprises, they are very honest. The place has a fantastic location. There is really nothing, it was clean and fair enough to Taxim square that prevents the noise while being very close to it.

• Alaa (1/5): I don’t recommend at all!!! - I didn’t like everything. The owner and receptionist behavior when I knew that my children will live 4 buildings away from me. I have booked this is a close room to each other and when I arrived I was surprised that the other room 4 buildings away and I have contact the owner and receptionist to help me and they refused to help me! The owner only cares about money as I have already payed for my whole stay and he told me if you want me to refund your money to you bring me someone else to book the same dates as you then I will refund to you!! Also, they told me if you want us to do a room service ( clean ) pay us extra 1000 LIRA each time they clean! I was really shocked of this behavior. Also, the apartment in another building not under the name Zendy Suite Hotel. I have a bad experience with them and I don’t recommend them at all as they only cares about money not the customer!

Après être arrives a 20 h la personne a l accueil nous explique qu il a une coupure d électricité pour une heure, finalement pas d électricité de la nuit ( pas de clim en Turquie la nuit,une horreur),pas de lumière,pas d eau chaude,de TV,et pour couronner le tout des travaux toute la nuit pour rétablir ce soucis donc impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre a cause des marteau piqueur toute la nuit Une nuit juste horrible et aucun remboursement,même partiel ,seule raison évoquée note séjour n était pas remboursable. Une mois de discussions et des heures perdues sur le chat de hôtel com pour avoir enfin une réponse et celle ci est négative Tout simplement une honte de la part de l hôtel qui n assume pas et du site de réservation qui ne fait rien non plus ( a part avoir 5 conseillers qui sont de tout coeur avec moi , et une proposition de remise de 15 euros sur un prochain voyage ,une blague niveau service clientèle)
• Ticu (10/5): Exceptional - The location is exceptional. Clean rooms, all the utilities that you need; what can I say this was a true oasis of relaxation :). The staff was more than receptive to fulfill our needs; we had lil issue with our car, and the host was so nice that he actually came with us to the car garage to talk to the mecanics and made sure that we paid the right price. Our experience with Zendy Suite Hotel was our lil piece of heaven ❤️.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel staff, especially the person in charge of cleaning the room. The location of the hotel is very close to Taksim square and most supermarkets are open 24 hours a day. It was a bit difficult to park the car near the hotel, so I had to park the car 10 minutes away from the hotel.

• Perendija (10/5): Exceptional - Room expectations were met - what you see on the pictures is what you will get once you arrive. What was pleasantly suprising for us is that our room was deeply cleaned each day - towels were changed, clothing fold, everything cleaned inside the room. Receptionist was also very polite. Despite being close to Taksim square, there was no noise during night, so that was great too.

• Aleksei (10/5): Good value to stay there. - Clean, good location and communication. Hard to say for this price.
• Manosk (8/5): Very good - -Perfect location, 5-10mins walking from Taksim Square. -Quiet neighborhood -Spacious for 4 persons -Receptionist was very helpful and discreet. -Overall a decent option if you look just an affordable place to sleep...but not for more. - the exhaust pipe for the heating and water boiler was literally into the back yard, right next to the bedrooms windows. You couldnt open window or sit in the backyard cause of the gas smell. -the sofas that offered as bed options are really uncomfortable. After a tiring day you dont want to sleep there. -the apartment looked clean but both sofas had hair on them and crumbles...and if you looked under the beds you could see a lot of dirt.

• Yousri (9/5): A wonderful, convenient, comfortable, quiet hotel, close to all means of transportation. - The location is convenient, close to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and various transportation stations within a few minutes' walk. The staff is excellent and very cooperative, and a member who speaks Arabic was provided, which greatly facilitated conversations. No noise at all made the stay great No breakfast available.
• Shady (9/5): If you are looking for a large room with quite neighborhood and clean hotel on budget, zendy is your best option - - The hotel is super clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. - The staff is helpful especially Mohammed who always tried to help us by any means - The room space is larger than most of istanbul hotels - The Neighborhood is quiet and you would be able to sleep - Location is very good, about 7 mins walk to taksim - there is no double room with 2 single beds only queen bed and also the queen bed size is 140cm which isn’t enough for two people to sleep comfortably. - This is something not related to the hotel itself but the street is somehow quite steep.
• Yousri (9/5): Superb - The staf was excellent, the room was very nice and I was so glad by the good location near taksim square. There is no breakfast included.

• Mariam (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is at a really good location, 5 minutes from the Taksim Square. The room was clean with all the necessary facilities and items. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel owner even helped with my baggage and accompanied me to my bus stop. I don't have anything negative to say as I am more than satisfied with my stay and grateful for the hospitality of the hosts. It is worth to mention that I have thoroughly analysed other hotel reviews and made a decision about which one to book based on the reviews. I don't regret that I chose this hotel. Will book it once again when I travel back. Thank you. ❤️
