• Cindy (10/5): Very clean rooms, great variety of breakfast items, and nice for traveling with a group. - Great warm breakfast and a lot. We traveled and day and stayed at a Spark by Hilton, paid more and no hot breakfast. Bathroom had bright lights for us 3 women to get ready in morning. Very clean. A small table along wall side of bed would have been nice to place phone on.

• Nichol (8/5): Room is good - Full size pillows and the bed was really comfortable. Close enough to walk to the Main Street. Breakfast was a disappointment. Had to ask for bowls for cereal. Had to ask for butter for toast. The staff member hide in the next room in the dark watching her phone. I only knew she was there because I could hear her phone.
• Debby (10/5): A relaxing, fun filled week in the Smokey's - This was our 2nd time staying here,we love the location, the size of the rooms and they are very clean. Love the outdoor firepit area. The water was actually very hot, you could not get any cold water to come out of the sink, it went from warm to scalding hot

• Departure45290578303 (4/5): A bit disappointed - They are completing renovations and the workers set up right outside both of our rooms. As well the parking lot was parked with all of their vehicles (in front of our rooms). When I went to the front desk they stated they had no idea they were set up outside our rooms. Now why when you have guests wouldn't you at least say something to your workers. It isn't the workers fault, I blame the building management. Not only is it an inconvenience but would think safety would be an issue as well.

• Geoff (3/5): - The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. Beds were comfortable too Location is good, can walk into the town So it should have been a good experience but it wasn't. The staff were not exactly friendly and were unapologetic regarding the cancellation of breakfast for our entire stay. Had we known breakfast was no longer available we would have booked somewhere else. The hotel was undergoing renovations with our corridor resembling a building site on arrival. Building work continued for our entire stay. I understand these things happen, but there was no prior communication or appology for this either. Just poor from the staff. No I'm not one to complain, but this attitude here just really wound me up.
• jonathanr740 (2/5): The old bait and switch - This has been my worst stay in Gatlinburg in 48 years. I used priceline all the amenities listed don't exist. No gym, no breakfast, internet is slower the 3g. The rooms are 100 sq. Feet but listed at 300 sq. Feet. The motel staff have continuously lied about everything. The room doesn't look like this picture. It is smaller and old carpets. Dont stay here.

• Matt (8/5): Perfect location and easy access. - Great location, clean rooms. A little noisy with cars revving early morning, petrol jet washes. Could have been unlucky though. Air con units was pretty old and noisy though.

Extremely disrespectful! - The elevator was out of service every night. - The flow of water in the bathroom was very slow. - The front desk staff was not very welcoming when we arrived after midnight. Overall, very, very poor quality.
• Norma Jean (8/5): - The location was good. Quick walk to main street and most attractions. Yet far enough away that we weren't bothered by street noise. Loved the fire pits at night. Coffee in front office 24/7. Hotel is going through Renovations so there was some things that may not have been perfect but that's understandable with a renovation that size. Nothing that couldn't be overlooked.

• Alison (5/5): Will give another chance if in the main buildng. - This is our go to motel in the area. I had asked for a room in the main building by the office. Upon arrival, we were put in a room across the street. Thankfully the construction work being done was not happening during our stay so it was quiet. We had a ground floor room that had recently been painted and we had to smell that all night long. The door to the little patio was unlocked up on our arrival. Hot water was a premium. It didn't last long enough to wash my face. My husband took a shower that he said was very cold. We heard a bear trying to get into a trash container outside our room. The lighting on the backside of this property is very bad. I will go back again, but I will not stay in this building again. Very disappointed with this stay. Been staying here for a long time.
• P840JVheathers (6/5): You get what you pay for - This was a nice location. They are renovating which our room was half way done or so I think . Breakfast is exactly what is stated a muffin or cereal bar,juice or coffee. The coffee is not the best but it does the job. The room was clean just minor flaws but as I said I don't think it was totally done being renovated. Overall it was not a terrible stay and would probably stay again for the price and location it can't be beat.

Our room was right up front with a wonderful patio by the stream where we could sit outside and "people watch." The room was very private and so quiet, which was wonderful. Everything was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Have no complaints at all.
