• Travis (10/5): Economical and convenient - Well located, economical and effective for our needs. Good restaurants within walking distance or just fown the road. My son left his Notebook behind and they returned it to us which was well appreciated.
• David (4/5): Pretend You Are Camping - This extended stay hotel is not offering many of the normal hotel items. There was no soap or toilet paper in the unit when we arrived. We were given a room at the back with the lawn in between parking and the unit. The remote in the room did not work and another one was matched with the TV. They have Comcast providing the service with a guide. A breakfast was listed but now not offered and no coffee was available before we left at 8 AM. Office was to open at 8:30 AM.
• RHONDA (2/5): - I was completely astonished at how bad things at this place are. The bedspreads and blankets you see in those photos....they don't exist. You get sheets only. You also don't get any toilet paper or any towels and washcloths. And then let's talk about how disgustingly dirty my room was. Layers of dirt were on the baseboards and behind the bed, and the floors were sticky. The refrigerator and the microwave were coated in goop. There are also long-term patrons living in the units who sit outside with grills and radios and blast music until 3am. I won't EVER book with this company again.

Breakfast isn’t served until 8:30 AM so we had to buy breakfast on our own dime even though it was supposed to be included. Please consider refunding our money as this was the worse hotel stay ever!

• David (2/5): - Upon arriving at the room I noticed that there was not one single smoke detector in the room nor any type of sprinklers if there was a fire. After going to sleep, I woke up the next morning to bed bugs crawling around on the white sheets. I took a photo and went to show the employee at the front office to which he told me that the pest control company comes and sprays around the outside of the building and sometimes it causes the bugs to go inside. I’m no professional exterminator but that just sounds ridiculous to me. I am awaiting a refund on the money I paid for room but I doubt I will be getting it
• Kenneth (2/5): - The tenants that were on the property obviously lived here long term. There were car parts and small engine parts everywhere and children's toys all over. There's no issue with kids playing with their toys. It's the disarray that all of the toys and bikes were in. Everything is just run down. The room we were in had open power outlets without faceplates. The bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves in it while another person tried to kick it in. I never complain. Im just needing to lay my head down and go to work when out in the field. But this one really was bad. They did get me with those images online. Fell for it, hook, line and sinker.
• Guadalupe (2/5): - I didnt like that there was no deadbolt lock and the door conjoining to the room next door was broken and didnt lock. Bathroom was dirty and toilet seat had piss on it. Carpet was not vacuumed. No towels or soap amenities.

I had to step over half eaten bowls of food on the stairs to the room. -Screaming and shouting evening and morning -Shower had no shower curtain -Blood on the wall of the shower -No soap or shampoo -Holes in the walls and bathroom door
• Debbie (4/5): - Very budget property. Although advertises refrigerator, microwave, & cooktop, there were no cups, dishes, or utensils. Most importantly, NO SOAP. We were only given one set of towels and there were two of us.
• Debbie (4/5): - The location is great, right off the freeway. You can tell they are trying to upgrade rooms. Some new furnishings. We have stayed here twice. Once on the way to a vacation spot up north, and once on the way back south. Both times there was no soap in the room. Only one set of towels, even though they knew it was two adults. Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and a cooktop but no dishes, cups, or cooking utensils. No paper cups in the bathroom. On our return stop, I had reserved a king bedroom, and they told me it was not available. I told them two queen beds would be fine. The room had stickers all over the refrigerator as if a child had lived in the room. My bed sheets had holes in them and were incredibly wrinkled. I realize this is a budget property, sort of an extended stay hotel, but things are just not up to par.

• Ben (2/5): Brunswick's worst - Plumbing problem at home caused me to spend night at this hotel. My mistake was not checking room out when I checked in. Returned to find room in unacceptable condition: toilet wouldnt flush, tv didnt work, no blanket in room (temp freezing outside) only sheet and thin spread. Bathroom floor was dirty. Only working light in bath and one lamp in room. Nobody in office. Left at 1130pm to spend night at neighbor's home. The worst!

No towels or wash cloths were provided as laundry was said to be packed up. I did get them the following evening after a small dust up. 30 hours after arrival. I would avoid this facility

• Kevin (4/5): - I Booked a King room,for my girlfriend and myself,when checked in i was giving a queen room,which was a inconvenient to me,the room was not the greatest,and not the cleanest,they focus more on making sure u dont have a guess stop by,then the Cleanliness of the room,pics, Submitted,this app will not let me i Enclose pics,Rooms look nothing like what they have posted on the Hotel sites,I dont even think they have one room that looks that nice,,there Pictures they have on the website it's very misleading and im sad to say that.

• Christina (4/5): Would not recommend - It worked for what I needed but the room was not clean. There is mold growing in bathroom and under the beds. The door looked like someone tried to break in, and the sheets and blankets had stains all over them. I will not be staying again unless I'm desperate.
• DONNA (2/5): NEVER STAY HERE! VERY NASTY! - The nastiest place you could ever imagine. We wouldn't let our feet touch the nasty floor. Check in time was 3pm, we got there 5:45pm. They started cleaning the room then and our room wasn't ready until 7:45pm. But you couldn't smell any cleaners or anything fresh smelling right after they were done. Everyone was commenting about the nasty rooms. We only stayed there because we evacuated for hurricane Milton and couldn't find another room.
• Jane (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE. TURN AROUND. I stayed in room 105, lower level. There were no towels or towel bars, toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was a used soap wrapper on the sink, the tv didn’t work and the a/c, while cold, sounded like a jet engine, which was occasional good because there was so much noise outside my room - ALL NIGHT LONG. Who knows what was going on! My card keys didn’t work, and the night manager, Zack, had to use the master key to let me back in. That was when I noticed the condition of the lock, which looked like it had been broken and the door was seriously compromised by the door lock. I definitely didn’t feel safe. The exterior had dirty towels and puddles - generally filthy. There were people loitering all about the property and if I hadn’t driven for hours evacuating from hurricane Milton in Florida, I would have left and taken my chance sleeping in my car at a rest area. I had also already paid $200 (!!!!) through Expedia. This property should not be an option on Expedia! It’s clearly a long-term housing option, given the number of children trying to make the school bus in the morning.
• Felicia (2/5): - This property did not look like the pictures at all. It was absolutely filthy. We had to ask several times for towels. Water shot out of the wall when we tried to use shower. Not around the faucet, out of the wall. Floor under tub was rotted so tub wobbled when standing in it. Would not even consider sitting down. Walked to bathroom at night and had completely black feet in the morning. One the plus side, we saw no bugs.

• John (4/5): - Room had no supplies….towels, washcloths, cups, shampoo. Been sitting in a car for 14 hours, so didn’t need to have to go to the office and get these items after I had settled in.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was very clean. Absolutely did not like bathroom sink, no way hold water in sink. Bath soaps were the worst I've ever seen in any motel, would not produce any soap.

• Abigail (2/5): Worst visit - Dirty bathroom and microwave. Went and asked the front desk for them to clean it because the microwave smelled urine and the man said someone will go then. We returned a hour later and it wasn’t done and he couldn’t get us a new microwave or let us use a different microwave. Checked out the next day and the lady who checked us out said she could’ve got it cleaned or gave us a new one. We ended up having to go to the gas station to warm up our food during the stay. Also they don’t have breakfast they have a very small and dirty coffee station
• Jenny L (10/5): - Property is okay for a bed, bathroom and shelter for night. Noisy neighbors and can hear tv’s from other rooms early in the morning. If you want an inexpensive hotel on the highway it fits the budget but maybe spend a bit more for a more quiet place to sleep with my service dog. Property and service was okay.
• Don (6/5): Buyer Beware - Advertised breakfast in listing--did not provide. Went to turn in key card, office was closed. Called hotel later and was informed that the office opens at 9 am. I asked about the breakfast advertised and they stated they were going to remove that from the listing. Nice bed, room had been partially updated.

• Beth (2/5): - Had difficulty checking in which was okay lady said she was new so I was patient. Opened door to room and full size fridge was sitting in doorway, asked about this and lady pushed it against wall. Floors and linens dirty, bought a broom to clean floors and requested linen that appeared to be washed. Breakfast not offered as advertised. Only good thing was bed linens appeared to be clean.

• Tara (4/5): - The property was listed on here as having continental breakfast included. There was no where to eat, and honestly based on the cleanliness I wouldn’t have eaten there anyways. The entire floor of my room felt like oil was spilled all over it, the toilet didn’t flush, the fire detector was pulled off the wall with no batteries in it. When I was checking in, there was one woman checking me in. While she was kind to me, she was too occupied talking to the teenagers. For such a small space there shouldn’t have been so many people who were not actively working.
• Amber (6/5): - The owner at the front desk was super nice! We booked the property due to misunderstanding that there were a hot tub and pool but there wasn't. It wasnt a huge deal. We booked a king bed room but were given a 2 queen bed room. We were quite disappointed with that but in the end decided to make it work. The biggest issue we had was with the lighting and electrical in the room. The room was super dim and only one of the lamps worked. The vanity light worked for 10 minutes at a time before it cut off on its own. It was impossible to do any kind of primping in this room. The only plug ins that worked was beside the vanity and one behind the bed table which was a pain to move. The place definitely needs a face lift but we made it work. There were a lot of people just kind of wandering around the place and my husband even got asked to pay for special services, if you know what i mean. We carry so that stuff doesnt bother us but it might others.

• Deborah (4/5): Awful refused to stay there. - Room needed new everything. Old bathroom etc. Seedy people lurking. Did not feel our car would be safe in the parking lot. Office was locked up and could not find anyone to assist us. Refused to stay and requested a refund.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - There was no toliet paper, the toliet seat was not attached, there was no smoke detector installed (base and wires on the wall but no dector preset) amd there was no key drop off (we left before staff had arrived) and had to slide the key under the exterior service window
• DAVID (4/5): Not What I Expected - This Econo Lodge looks a lot better in the photo than in person. It is a facility being remodeled and lacking items like breakfast, cups in the room, hangers, etc. Compared with the Econo Lodge Exit 29 in Brunswick, it's like A Tale of Two Cities. I spent the night and left at 3 AM, I had to leave the room keys at a night window because there was no one there. Maybe, someday, it will be a nice place. As of now, it is a dump. The only thing nice I can say about it is that the young man at the reception desk was pleasant.

• Tobi (4/5): Not sure what they thinking - Once we got everything unloaded and into the room I went to turn tv on and it wouldn’t work after a few minutes of doing everything I could think of I called down to the office on my cell ain’t no phone in the room, told her the issue she sent someone to fix it, then after that I finally got my granddaughter laying down and had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper no rags no towels no soap, shampoo etc. no trash can no ash tray for a smoking room so went down stairs and told them she handed me a roll of toilet paper and said someone would bring the towels. I got tired of waiting after a good 30-45 minutes and laid down then he knows on the door with our towels!
