Guest Reviews
- Lisa (4/5): Not great for the money! - Great location Property is old, the beds were sloppily made, there was a dime and an ibuprofen on the floor. The air conditioning wouldn’t stay on. Breakfast was not much. No elevator and there was no ice machine on second floor.
- Joseph (7/5): - Location Facility was old and need renovation
- KaeLene (4/5): I won't stay at this property anymore. - I didn't eat the breakfast. The location was nice. I wanted to just relax and watch t.v. Unfortunately, there were only 3 stations. For the price, I think some kind of cable should be included. Also, the pillows were so small and not at all comfortable.
- Jessie (6/5): - Needs a remodeling and update. Breakfast was not good.

- Dianne (10/5): - The kindness
- Tessier (2/5): - Your breakfast was a joke..bad joke!
- Gregory (7/5): - Good location. Decent breakfast. Mediocre bed.
- Jerome (8/5): - The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was not what I would call a breakfast. The selection was very poor. Not everyone considers a waffle and cold egg patties breakfast. Do better! No selection. Only apples for fruit. No bread and toaster. They trick you into thinking that they are giving you a Free breakfast.
- Paul (10/5): - We ate breakfast late, the eggs were blah, but the waffles were enjoyable. Bed and pillow comfortable. We slept well. Thanks!
- Richard (5/5): it was ok. - The check-in process was good. The breakfast was poor - very disappointing.

- Hollie (7/5): Keep up the good service - Everything was good 😊 I didn't like getting bite by bed bugs and keep me up
- Ken (7/5): Basic comfort and convenient location. - Convenient to I15 and Costco and Texas Steak House. We ended up staying in the same room 112 as last year and they still haven’t painted the closet alcove! The doors are also quite scared up.

- Richard (9/5): I’d stay there again - Breakfast was ok. Would have liked a little more variety of food to choose from.
Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. It was fine. Drains in tub and br sink were very slow.
Staff not present at front desk to check out.
- Randall (2/5): Not good. - It was cil9ld and horrible. The oj was brown. No meat at all the the eggs were cold. The bed, the breakfast and the small shower.
- Donna (6/5): Was convenient and good price. - Close to stores It looks old. Needs a paint job. Pillows were dirty and hair in refrigerator in one room and smelled of smoke. Move to second room bed was uneven. Moved to Third room was better. Breakfast there was no fruit.

- Garry (9/5): enjoyable - The breakfast was ok, sausage would have made it better. The double beds were ok, I was expecting queen beds.
- Anderson (9/5): -
- Wade (8/5): -
- Michelle (4/5): Very disappointed and would not stay at this facility again. - Location was nice for a hospital visit. and convenient location for meals.
We did not use the breakfast facilities after having a very dry, old muffin the first morning. cleanliness, towels were stained and the bathroom, especially the tub was very dirty. The bathmat was very dirty and full of hair and sitting on a handicap stool outside of the bathtub. The bed linen was all inside out and the bed topper was completely upside down.
- Vivian (7/5): -
- Alphonso (7/5): Stay was okay. The breakfast provide were not much to choice from very limited of choices - Okay hotel The TV was a bit small and the TV channels were very limited
- Rachel (1/5): NEVER AGAIN will I stay here! - The bed was okay. EVERYTHING! The bathtub had mold, the person on reception was mean, rude and inconsiderate. There were ants crawling on the tables. I needed to leave a day early and the receptionist would not give me a refund for the night that I could not stay. I was completely ripped off and have $150 down the tube. I will NEVER stay here again. The breakfast was horrible- the 'egg' patty was hard as a rock and the whole breakfast was just cheap.
- James (10/5): -
- Jule (5/5): It was fine for the price but property was very dated. - Location was fine. Food mediocre. Room was stuffy. Air conditioner/fan was poor. Didn’t cool room very well. Mattress was poor.
- Shelley (8/5): - Breakfast was full of sugary carbs. 3 apples. Main carpet on stairs and hallway is filthy.
- Foster (6/5): - Clean, efficient an quality room and animities. Plight staff. Place seemed to have only 1 luggage trolly.

- Larry (5/5): It was a quick overnighter and night stop. Arrived at 08:00 pm and departed 12 hours later. - Proximity to the Freeway. Friendly staff. dated and old facility. Needs an upgrade. No elevator. Hot water for washing and showers was tipid.
- LeClair (7/5): - Easy location to get back onto I-15. Room was clean. The staff member was on the phone speaking in a foreign language and just waved at me to give her my ID and credit card. Would have been nice if she could have put the call on hold or ended it while checking me in.
- Karyn (10/5): -
- Sara (8/5): - Clean and comfortable. Nothing.
- Marietta Geckos (9/5): - I unfortunately slept through the breakfast both times it was too early for me. But the facilities were clean, nice and comfortable.
- Loretta (6/5): If you need a place to just crash this is it, nothing special and not the cleanest. Breakfast not very appetizing, Denny - Good location Beds are terrible
- Ron (7/5): It was OK, overpriced for that one night but there was an event in town so hotel's were booked up. - did't stay for breakfast
- Kim (2/5): - Unable to stay, not willing to refund money even though we never stayed.
- Skyekoyeh (6/5): - It wasn’t very clean
- Margaret (9/5): -
- Gregory (3/5): Apparently they ran out of coupons for the restaurant next door. No big deal. I won’t be back to a place that doesn’t re - Good location Dried blood on the sheets
- Christian (2/5): - The room smelled as if it were a smoking area, we had to have the window open for the whole afternoon and night to help with the odor. The smell was impregnated in the bed sheets as well.
- John (10/5): - Reasonable
- Dennis (2/5): - Very dirty! Toilet. Carpet. Lobby furniture seats were covered with carpet to hide the stains and disrepair. An old, dirty sign was tapped on front door and desk saying no vacancy. Parking lot was only 25% full. Covid 6’ signs were dirty and still on floor. If we had not paid ahead of time, we would have walked out.
- Andrea (6/5): - Everything was fine but the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Plus, they didn’t have coffee available in the morning.
- Karen (9/5): -
- Cherrie (2/5): - Breakfast quality dismal. Carpet was filthy. No elevator.
- Joyce (7/5): - Price was good B
Almost didn't find it as their sign was small
Bathtub stopper didn't work
Bathtub/shower was tiny. Many of the plugs didn't work.
- Dan (8/5): - Acceptable overnight traveling accommodation
- Robert (10/5): - Quiet and convenient
- Todd (4/5): - My ice bucket had brownie or cake crumbs all over the inside of it. I had to wash it out pretty good before using. Bathroom had mold near the faucet and continental breakfast could use some dressing up. The sink where the breakfast was at had dried noodles and something black in it.
- Melissa (8/5): - Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was not great and the drink machine didn’t work. TV was tiny. Would stay here again.
- Kim (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable!
- Kimberlee (8/5): - Clean Breakfast was mediocre. Out of syrup and waffle batter.

- Kevin (10/5): - Staff very helpful and friendly

- Janette (4/5): - The room was old and dark. The breakfast was horrible. Couldn’t eat it.
- Justin (2/5): I will not stay there again. I would not recommend someone else to stay there. - Location My room was filthy. The shower mat looked like it had been used for 15 years. I had to go buy shower shoes to feel comfortable showering in my shower. The shower curtain was old and nasty. So I had to shower with the curtain open.
- Michael (4/5): - Breakfast was nill... No coffee. Bathroom not very well taken care of. Door paint shower head. TV ancient, dirty windows and chairs wore out.
- Shauna (6/5): - Very limited parking, when I came back in the evening it was difficult to find parking. The building looked old, worn out and dirty on the outside. The breakfast was cold, shriveled up pancakes and the staff was okay. The room was clean except for the toilet.
- Jeanne (4/5): Not so great!! - I would not stay at the place again! I believe your Hotels.com expects more out of a hotel than this place offered!
- Fred (10/5): - OKAY

- Piotr (8/5): -
- Kathleen (7/5): Okay, my husband thought better. - Interestingly enough, it was quiet there even though there was considerable construction all around.
The breakfast was adequate although I could do without the blaring TV.
It was clean but dated.
It was close to shopping and restaurants.
It contributed to the success of our trip It wasn't welcoming decor or colors.
I imagine it was a handicap room as it was very open, with limited furniture
- Sidhartha (4/5): - Dirty hotel ,poor service
- Cara (4/5): - Needs upgrades and non smoking room smelled like smoke
