- Danna (9/5): -
- Paul (10/5): - Thick concrete walls between the rooms so very little noise from the adjacent rooms was heard !!
- Jack (8/5): Cheap and cheerful. Would stay again! - Conveniently located to get to surrounding areas like Waterton and Fort MacLeod. Cheap and cheerful. Provided all necessities, we did not cook however it had all cooking equipment needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The bed covers were very thin so we were quite cold but nothing an extra layer didn’t fix. The noise from others walking back and forth past our room throughout the night talking on their phones made it really difficult to sleep.
- Anu (10/5): Close to all the amenities, clean and quiet, very comfortable - Very Clean and comfortable
- Mike (9/5): -
- Jake (7/5): -
- Ruth (7/5): I would stay here again. - There was no breakfast. Could have used a sink in the kitchen area but really not a problem to wash dishes in bathroom.
My feet were swollen, burning, very uncomfortable. I just LOVED the fact I could place them both on a nice clean COOL floor. A sink in the kitchen area for dish clean up would have been nice. The chain lock on the exterior door needs a little carpentry care. Almost off..
- Ken (10/5): Great value. Bed was nice & firm - Quiet .Clean .kitchenette
- Jeetkumar (10/5): -
- Thorsten (9/5): Great $ value. - Location, and quiet even next to the main road. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. Bed was a little short for me (6’3” tall) and a bit hard for my liking but still comfortable and clean.
- Anirban (9/5): - It was smooth checkin, staff was cooperative & friendly, rooms were clean and ready in all aspects, all applicances are working fine including other facilities like heat, water, additional blankets and piilows were provoded upfront and found lot of near by resturants within 2-3 min drive, also Gas station was near by. Nothing such we dislike, was a value for money.
- Lynda (8/5): -
- Sarah (4/5): Not again - The stove only opened about 4 inches then hit the door frame to the bathroom. App said there was a bathtub and was only a stand up shower. Wifi didnt work, the windows didnt stay open. Ever dish was dirty that was in the cupboards the bed was rock hard. Not a good place
- Candace (8/5): -
- Richard (9/5): Great value - It was close to all amenities clean comfortable bed and good value Nothing everything was what I expected
- Herron (10/5): Super helpful - The guy working was great. Our family had an emergency in the area and he allowed our crew to stop in for a shower we were so thankful
- Werner (8/5): -
- Allen (8/5): -
- EMELINE (8/5): Comfortable and Budget friendly accomodation. - Rooms AND bathrooms have been renovated. Furnitures, curtains were not outdated as many motels. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick and simple.
- Connie (6/5): -
- Penny (10/5): - Nice enough place. Mattress not that comfortable. One light was burnt out. Nice little kitchen area but dishes were chipped and not many of them. Over all for an overnight it was fine.
- Minchuan (8/5): - Fine place
- Lorrie (10/5): - not fancy 🤔 but was a clean, updated room with a nice little kitchenette and a comfortable bed 🙂
- Frank (8/5): Nice place to stay in Pincher Creek - Clean quiet rooms, with comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, stove, fast internet Little bit cramped, no counter in bathroom, loud air conditioner, but it worked well
- Alexander (8/5): -
- John (8/5): - Being pet friendly helped tremendously in area that left few options. Room was fine, clean, tv worked. Didn't utilize wifi. Stayed in their annex and parking was tricky. Had to park off-property due to lack of space near room (other guests used more than their allotted space). Guest laundry was well maintained and clean. Wish rate was lower, but in West Yellowstone, you pay for the convenience.
- trevor (10/5): - Pet friendly.
Easy parking.
Friendly staff
Clean.
- mitchell (10/5): - Very friendly staff and rooms were very clean. This is my second time staying at the establishment. I recommend it.
- Stephanie (8/5): - We booked 1 night, and after checking in and being happy with our accommodation, we added a second night to get things organized for our continuing roadtrip.
I can not speak to the rooms facing the main road. We got a room on the backside of the building. It was very quite and felt safe.
The room was not very spacious, but for us 2 travelers it was good enough. The kitchenette had silverware, dishes, fridge, microwave, hot water heater, a coffee maker, a kitchen sink, dish soap, kitchen towels and a cleaning sponge. That was all we needed anyway. The beds were comfortable, the A/C ran nice and quiet.
Expedia lists as one amenity 'laundry'. That's not the case. When I asked the host, he was kind enough to offer, we could use his washer/dryer. We declined the friendly offer and did our laundry in Waterton Lake at the Bayshore Inn. For the price and the close location to the National Parks I would totally recommend this hotel.

- McBride (10/5): - Excellent accomodation for hiking trip to Waterton. This was my second stay at this motel. Better than the chain hotel. Liked that I could go from my car to my room in 10 steps. Kitchen is well supplied. NOT fancy. Practical and clean Great window air conditioner, and hot shower
- Bret (10/5): Perfect stay - Very nice.
Was the cheapest spot we could find and it worked out perfectly. The room is just as it shows, little kitchen with everything you need to cook.
Nice hot shower, good air conditioning, quiet area and friendly staff.
Very easily walk to all good restaurants, grocery store, library etc..
Would definitely go back when in the area.
- Rita (10/5): - it was very clean and quiet area.
- MUHAMMAD NAIMUL (5/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, we had a good stay
- wendy (8/5): - Cleanliness, everything worked( the lights, outlets, AC) It looked a little sketchy from outside, but was exactly as promised in services
- Guest (10/5): The owner/staff were amazing! We will definitely stay there again. -
- Ken (4/5): - It was easy to find. Property was not what we expected for being rated 8/10. Room was fairly clean except the tub/shower. We would say about 5/10.
- Chrian (10/5): - Affordable, clean, safe & very convenient.
- Brian (8/5): Very affordable good location - Clean and comfy
Helpful staff TV was a bear to figure out
- Maynard (8/5): Great place to stay in Pincher Creek - The room , though small, had everything we needed. This is one of the few rooms i have stayed in that had a table and TWO chairs so wife and i could sit and have coffee and breakfast together. Walls are all cinder block between rooms ensuring a quiet stay. The manager was very kind and attentive and a pleasant, welcoming part of the stay. Everything was adequate, though i suppose the room could have been a little more spacious.
- Dianne (10/5): -
- Frowley (8/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): - The property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It is located on the main street so noise was to be expected. The noise between rooms was moderate. We were travelling with two small dogs so we were charged $20 per dog each night extra which I found to be excessive and wasn’t mentioned in the listing. It suited our purpose which was a place to stay close to Waterton National Park.
- Guest (7/5): -
- Andrzej (9/5): Good deal for the price, clean, everything worked well -
- Gloria (8/5): - Clean and been renovated.
- Angel (10/5): -
- Christy Suresh (6/5): -
- Dorothee (8/5): Affordable clean stay on the way to Waterton - Very clean motel with updated bathroom and sufficient kitchen equipment. Opportunity for bbq outside. AC was noisy
- Vanda (10/5): - It’s an old property but extremely well maintained. I slept like a baby!
- Nic (6/5): - Breakfast not provided.
- jim (10/5): - the cleanliness
- Alex (8/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- Joann (8/5): I was pleased with the accommodations and would stay again - It was very clean. The facility is older but bathroom was clean and updated. Room was small but large enough for the two of us Fortunately the two adjoining rooms’ guests were relatively quiet but sound travels between rooms
- Wendy (8/5): - We stayed in a Twin Bed room ~ the beds, tables and toilet are clean and tidy. For our room, lightings are sufficient, however, the electric supply in the kitichen area requires upgrade ~ for example, the air condition and kettle are not able to be ON at the same time, otherwise, a fuse blew.
Manager is friedly and helpful.

- joseba iñaki (9/5): - El sitio la habitación con sillas en el porche las camas cómodas y pequeña cocina. El señor de la recepción muy amable. Por poner algo el baño era muy pequeño pero limpio
- Richard (10/5): - Nice room, showed up late still able to get room
- Erika (8/5): - Neat, tidy and clean. Friendly staff. On a main highway. Old buildings .
- Desmond (8/5): -
- joan (10/5): - Affordable and they have little kitchen in the room.
- Jocelynn (10/5): - Easy check in and best price in the area
- Kelvin (10/5): - Clean, updated and very quiet considering location
- Maitland (8/5): - If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton or a Hilton this may not be for you. What you get is a solid motel that one would need while traveling to the Pincher Creek, area and it is close to Waterton. We had a 2 queen room that came with a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and a full oven. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. They even had BBQ's for your use.
Even though the brunt of our visit was Waterton, we did take a day and toured around Pincher Creek. We were nicely surprised with what is in the area. 2 waterfall/trails a short drive away, a walking trail around the perimeter of the town, a pioneer village right in town to explore, Oldman Dam, and some really neat local restaurants such a Seeds and The Hut.
- Hugh (10/5): - Renovated clean room, comfortable bed, and staff was very personable, check in was easy. There is a good restaurant in walking distance, so I had everything I needed
- Monika (8/5): - The property is old and small but very clean with very comfortable beds. There is even a tiny kitchen-like nook with a few utensils. The air conditioning is very powerful and shower has lots of hot water. Not a fancy place, but very clean and comfortable, and just two blocks from Main Street.
- Noel (8/5): - No food
- Paula (8/5): - It was clean and served our purpose of passing through.
- Peter (8/5): Golf trip - Good location friendly staff but thought it was overpriced
- Aileen Marie (10/5): - Good for budget. Nice and clean
- Chaya (9/5): -
- Angelita (8/5): - comfortable place
- Noella (10/5): - It was a great motel, definitely be back again for next trip. Manager was accommodating even though we check-in passed 11pm. He even called to ensure we are coming.
- Bernie (8/5): - staff was helpful and friendly
- Jennien (9/5): The owner was super nice and accommodated us with freezing our ice packs for our journey the next da - The owner was super nice and accommodated us with freezing our ice packs for our journey the next day. Will definitely stay there again.
- Laura (8/5): - There needed to be another light in the main room at the back. Other than that it was a good stay. Table, desk, fridge, sink, etc for the mini kitchen.
- Stephen (4/5): - It is an older motel that has been fixed up, so resonably functional. Very small room(120sqft), and at $175 I expected significantly better.
- Robin (6/5): Pincher Creek overnight stay - Overnight stay route to Waterton Lakes. The hotel was dated with cinder block walls but appeared to be recently painted and the bathroom looked new. The air conditioning worked well. There was a small fridge. A microwave, a tv and a coffee maker. Convenient location.
- Guest (9/5): -
- Stephan (8/5): Affordable option for a stay near Waterton NP - Selected this hotel for an affordable option to stay to visit pricey Waterton National Park nearby. The owner/manager was great. I called him on the road and he waited for our arrival around 11pm. Very nice gentleman who showed us the room and gave us direction to a convenient store. Room was clean, a bit small but had a nice convenient kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and clean bathroom.
- Keila (6/5): - One of the cheapest in the area. Okay for the price. It’s a place to sleep in. Take that as you will.
- Fielding (8/5): - Quality budget motel. I would recommend it. Next to the road so you can hear the cars and truck but you can park right outside your door. Patio chairs and propane bbq.
- Mitali (6/5): -
- Kosuke (6/5): - It’s okay it just because of price but not great.
- Daniel (8/5): - Good stay a night light would be great
- Nowak (10/5): Great location close to Waterton and Glacier National Parks -
- Brandon (6/5): - Ok
- Leonard (8/5): -
- Kerystan (4/5): - Friendly staff and great location as we were there to visit waterton. Staff was able to accommodate my request for a kitchenette, which was so appreciated. Dirty sheets, dirty shower curtain, generally unclean and cramped room.
- Leo (10/5): - clean room
- Randall (6/5): - Small but clean with nice bathroom. Fridge and microwave provided, also kettle, coffee pod maker, toaster and dishes for 2. Just a bit awkward having to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. Nice table and 2 chairs to have a quick meal. Bed was nice with fresh linens. A bit noisy from the Hwy when we had the window open. But not bothered once we retired. Adirondack chairs outside each room were a nice touch. Good value considering how much you’d pay right in Waterton. But tight!
- David (10/5): - Deep, the host was very accommodating. Highly recommended. Just a little more cleaning requiring on little corners of the room but overall great.
- Scott (7/5): - Convenient clean and friendly
- Eriko (2/5): - Bed was so gross I had to use my sleeping bag on top. Woke up with bug bites in the middle of the night. Very nosiy around the building. Room was like an upgraded jail cell. Employee that checked us in was kind.
