• Jill (4/5): - The price, that's it Holes in the sheets, the mattresses were so old they had absolutely no support whatsoever. In fact they were squishy. The entire place was old and dingy, and there was no way we were going to take a shower. Walls were incredibly thin, we could hear cars driving by the room.

• Charles (6/5): Decent Motel; Does Not Serve Breakfast - The price was good. Nearby convenient store and restaurant to walk to. Staff was very friendly. The booking said that a free breakfast was included. This motel no longer serves breakfast in any capacity. It would've swayed my decision in choice of accommodations. There wasn't kept but a partial role of toilet paper. No spare in the event of a mishap.

The floors were obviously not cleaned very well as we all got black feet walking around on night one and there was only 2 small towels in the bathroom.

I'd been hoping there was carpet on the floors, as the event I was there for involved a lot of time on my feet, making them very sore. The bed itself seemed super soft, and I'd expected something a bit better.

The complimentary “breakfast” is a bag of stale cereal, the beds have bed bugs and the floors and corners were covered in roaches and we found HUGE roach egg casings. Beyond all of this they also REFUSE to refund anyone who complains about the disgusting conditions.

• Lydia (1/5): Unsanitary / No Integrity - There was nothing redeemable. Please don't book here, you will regret it, and you won't get your money back if you try to cancel your stay early. This was my very worst experience. I have traveled for a decade to other countries and stayed in mostly $15-$40 hostels and never felt so grossed out or uncomfortable to be in a room. My non-smoking room was false advertisement. I could smell smoke from outside my room and inside was like 20 years of chain smoking. It was so intense for my lungs. My room was unsanitary, dirty, and disgusting. Bugs in the sheets, dust everywhere, black mold in the bathroom (black mold all over the dirty shower curtain too), toilet was used and not wiped down, counters were dirty with brown liquid, and there was so much dirt and junk on the ac that it blows all over the room. I tried to call the front desk to tell them but their Google maps phone number was out of service. My friends staying there said they experienced the same thing. Other hotel chains are about the same price and have standards. I showed them proof of this and they didn't have any integrity to refund the days I DID NOT stay. (I was being fair and wanted to pay the days I did stay). Choose your hotel wisely and get insurance. I lost 2k ($300+ a night). I'll never use booking again either, they were no help in the matter. The hotel management might write a response to this review but there's no way to defend this they have no integrity to make it right.

I was in and out of the rooms in minutes after seeing swarms of cockroach’s, footprints on the wall, along with mold on the baseboards, and cigarette smell lingering. Something straight out of a scary movie. I feel bad, the front desk lady was really sweet, just don’t understand why I haven’t gotten a refund yet. Take the next exit and stay at the motel 6 by Walmart. It was perfect

The rooms are much nicer now than the photos that are on here. There's hot breakfast also. For the value, this is such a nice stay. • Deborah (8/5): - Staff accommodating. No bar soap. Bathroom needs caulking. Refrigerator loud and woke me a few times. But worth the money
• Tabatha (6/5): - Staff was very nice and friendly. Maid service showed up to our door before it was even time to check out, so we had to rush.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Exactly as advertised... - A budget accommodation that is exactly that. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No frills but entirely functional.
• Lathrop (1/5): Bad - Room and facilities were in disrepair, dirty floor, very smoky room that was supposed to be non smoking, heater very noisy, toilet not attached to the floor, flooring coming loose-dangerous, plastic on the bed, mattress collapsing on the side, shower curtain rod broken, tub delaminated, restaurant advertised but not open, card reader on the door not working reliably.

• Randolph (5/5): Passable - Beds were comfortable.
• Edward (6/5): - They do not have a pool they do not have a hot tub. They did not serve breakfast. They don’t have towels in the room. It’s not a normal hotel that you stay in. They advertise on Expedia that they have a pool and hot tub and practice. they do not they do not supply towels either.
• Carrie (4/5): Redneck place - It was okay - very plain and run down place. Had long term residence there.
• Sheila (10/5): - Everyone was very nice and helpful.
• Stapley (6/5): Basic necessities for an overnight - Close to interstate No extras, breakfast was a sandwich you order the night before. Bring your own soaps.
• Laura (10/5): Very good price and comfortable - Very comfortable. I have a service dog. There was no problems. He also approved.

• Tim (10/5): Great Place for the Price - Okay, I travel a lot - both expensive and cheap hotels. So I know if you want a perfect place to stay - you can pay for it. The cost of this hotel was one of the lease expensive in the area - but I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel was safe and clean - so for the price I was very impressed
