- Damaris (10/5): Honestly, I loved staying here. The location is amazing. Just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas and right across from Sa - The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is incredible and are always doing their best. There’s nothing not to like.

- Julie (8/5): - Casa San Pedro was the ideal place for our family of 4 to stay in Cusco. The staff were lovely, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We arrived in the evening and staff made hot tea for us. There was a basic but good breakfast that included fresh fruit and yoghurt. The staff checked with us what time we wanted breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious, a little chilly but we slept well, as the beds were comfy and had warm blankets. Great location near Mercado San Pedro, Plaza San Francisco. There IS hot water - you just have to wait a little while (as staff explained). Staff stored our luggage while we did a 4 day trek. We thought that Casa San Pedro was excellent value and would stay there again. Wifi signal was inconsistent
- Martina (10/5): Lovely - Location was great
- Paico (10/5): -
- Flavia (8/5): - Personal
- Charlton (9/5): Good honest place - Great value for money. Nothing super special but it was everything I wanted and expected. Staff were honest and didn't try to trick us into paying the 18% VAT tax which doesn't apply to foreigners which a few other places have done.
- Gian Branco (10/5): -
- Jose Ramon (10/5): -
- cesar (4/5): No comments.!! - Location Cleanliness
Bad smell in the bathroom.
No place to hang clothing or towels. It’s a youth hostel. I’m too old for that. I left to another real hotel after the first night.
- Flavia (10/5): - Personal
- Gautam (8/5): Good cozy place if you want to be close to the station. - Located at a stone's throw distance from San Pedro station & San Pedro market.
There's a grocery store at the bottom of the street that's open until 10pm.
Not a big hotel by any means. 10-12 rooms. Basic breakfast of bread, ham, cheese, coffee, milk, yogurt, cereal & juice.
Staff is very helpful. You ask them anything and they'll do their best to help and conjure up something.
10min walk to Plaza de Armas. Poor Wi-Fi : We were in room 206 and Wi-Fi barely reached the edge of our room.
Thin walls : Walls are pretty thin and everything is really quiet at night. So you can hear anything and everything in the rooms around you.
Rooms could be slightly more equipped. Maybe an extra hand towel.
More couch chairs and less wooden chairs.
They give you a key to get into the building which you have to shimmy before it unlocks the door to the premises.
Avoid Saturday night as the place next door blasts music until at least midnight.
- Kelly (2/5): No record of my reservation - When I mad my booking months ago, I selected the option to pay on arrival. However when I got to the hotel late at night and attempted to check in, they had no record of my reservation and no vacancies. This was honestly quite scary. I found another place to stay.
If you decide to stay here, do not choose the ‘pay on arrival’ option - there will be no reservation!
- Jennifer (10/5): - I was pleased with Casa San Pedro. It was private and beautiful and a small oasis. The room was simple but spacious and our showers were hot. The free breakfast was a delight.
- Ellen (10/5): -
- Ilham (7/5): Good for one night stay - Great location right beside the San Pedro market and Peru rail station in the historic district and all other historic district attractions within a 10-20min walk. The bathroom in the room was spacious. I also liked that we were given a first floor room in a quiet courtyard area, so that kept out a lot of street noise.
The breakfast is included and Laura very kindly made eggs for my family and even allowed us to have breakfast late. The pillows were small and beds not comfortable at all. To get a heater in our room, it cost an extra 15 soles. The bathroom did not have hot water at all.
- José (7/5): Fair enough - It was a nice room, close to the train station It was a bit noisy, and I had to pay for heating
- Yvette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvette (10/5): We’d stay again!! - Near city center and San Pedro train station.
Near grocery store .. super convenient
- Lorna (7/5): Great location and good value - A very short stay only for one night. Liked the location close to San Pedro market. The staff were friendly and we had a very good breakfast. Beds were comfortable. There was a window pane missing (or left open) high up in the bathroom it was cold. Rooms are a bit chilly. No light working on my side of the room. Very good value hotel but needs some maintenance.
- Subramanian (6/5): Good and close to train station - Property is so clean, room is also so big. The owner was very nice and helped carry our bags. There is no hot water and no heater as well. It was so cold when we went but there were heavy layers of wool blankets.
- Aline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (7/5): Good - The breakfast was good. People from the reception helps us with all the questions and request we have and asked for. The beds are ok. The location is closed to the plaza and San Pedro Market. Laura from the reception helped me with guidance for medicine for my little boys when they got sick and offer to call the doctor if I needed. After check out they saved our suitcase and bags until our flight time. The rooms are cold. I booked a room with heater but didn’t get the heater until I asked for.
- Marco (9/5): Superb - Jaime in the front desk was extremely helpful.
- Lily (10/5): Fantastic, would stay again! - We loved the huge spacious room. we booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room. The hostel was quiet and there was only one other group of guests. Breakfast was simple but great. The staff are a family and they don’t speak any English but translating was fine. The shower was always hot but took about 4 minutes to heat up. 24 hour reception and you get your own key to access the property. Walking distance to the main plaza area and right next to San Pedro market. The only issue we had was the wifi did not work in the room at all. However it worked perfectly in the dining area and courtyard.
- Abhishek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abhishek (10/5): Highly recommended - Amazing family which is hosting. They went out of the way to help us in every way possible.
- Lianxue (10/5): Exceptional - Good location in the centre of the city close to the nearby markets and tourist spots on foot.
- David (9/5): Superb - Casa San Pedro staff was really helpful during our stay, always willing to assist us. Also, the room was really comfortable. Highly recommendable!
- Thomas (7/5): Good - Very close to the train station San Pedro, the market and the centro storico.
Staff is really nice and helpful.
Breakfast is basic but good. The room needs a renovation, all seems to be quite old.
- Stefano (6/5): Pleasant -
- Luis (9/5): Superb -

- Mandy (8/5): Very good -
- Tania (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent! It exceeded our expectations. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. It is located in the very center (downtown of Cusco) and right next to the San Pedro Market, which gives it a plus.
I highly recommend it.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Andrea (9/5): Really nice, recommend it - It was simple but well organized, clean, and they provided tea and oxygen if we needed
- Sonja (7/5): Great stay in Cusco - We had a room for four. It was spacious and charming. We enjoyed the high ceilings, cute courtyard, and comfy seating area. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the train station, San Pedro market, and the plaza de Armas. Breakfast was hot and plentiful with freshly blended juice. There was great hot water (yay) but only in the morning. The rug in the bedroom did not have a liner so it kept sliding and causing us to slip. We were not given a bath mat so the floor was very wet and slippery.
- Elad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Henry (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Ivana (8/5): Very good - Location near San Pedro market and Plaza Mayor, spacious room, good breakfast, wi-fi, staff borowed hair dryer, friendly anf helpful staff. Some small issues with wi-fi in one room.
- Adhitya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joshua (6/5): Ok - The location is good and the rooms are nice and spacious with big bathrooms. WiFi worked well in the back row of rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It seemed only the bedsheets get washed, the blankets on our bed had white stains all over.. not pleasant, we changed rooms due to this and poor WiFi signal in the front rooms of the hotel. It gets quite cold as no heating available but we were offered hot water bottles! Laundry service ok but double check the weight so not overcharged!
- Michel (8/5): Very good -
- Thi (9/5): Nice family hotel in very good location, very convenient for sightseeing on foot. - The location is excellent , near the main lively market and main squares. The room is very spacious, Wi-Fi very fast . Hot water for the shower, hot water is always available to make tea all day! Towels are changed every day. Comfortable bed with very warm blankets. Breakfast is a little poor, everyday it’s the same : cereals with milk, bread with jam, and we were given some ham and cheese ( our first day) , only cheese ( second day) and the third day I had to ask to have some cheese! No fruit , no fruit juice, only fruit flavored yoghurt.
- Estefania (7/5): Good - Really convient if you're planning on taking your train in San Pedro station.
The hostess did his best to make us feel welcomed. The room was 🥶❄️ super cold, even though it was the "warmest"
There's no heater, and from this room we could hear every step above.
Pillow and bed are not that comfy.
(10/5): Exceptional - perfect!!!! the brekfest can be more reach
- Helena (7/5): Nice stay in Cusco historic center - Very authentic and simple accommodation. We got a big bedroom with a seating area. It’s very well located near the historic center and the train station. They can re-arrange a taxi to the airport. Free breakfast, not fancy but delicious. Great coffee, fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff is really nice and helpful. Have in mind that is a small business family, no luxury but you have here everything that you need for a comfortable stay.
- Nitin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashraf (10/5): Exceptional - Huge room, fantastic location, nice people
- Melvis (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the location it’s close to the market and Main Street in Cusco. A short walk to the armas plaza and restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was over the lobby and we could hear all the guest coming in and out.
- Gisella (10/5): - I really liked the great service provided by Casa San Pedro, the employees were very friendly, the rooms were very cleaned, and it was located only 5 blocks away from Plaza de Armas very convenient for us.
A localização é perfeita. Pelo custo-beneficio valeu a pena.
- Rosa (6/5): Cusco - Incómodo el olor del baño. Lo demás bueno
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Close to the city center, but lays at a crowdy street.
- Ana (10/5): - Magnifico lugar, habitacion super amplia.
