• Kate (9/5): We had one of our most relaxing and enjoyable holidays at Pt. Lonsdale ever! - lovely quiet location with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Great to find a full bottle of milk and a jar of coffee supplied! A short walk to the beach, only 2 minutes, and an easy walk to shops, about 15 minutes. It was all lovely-no complaints!

• Alison (9/5): Great - The property was terrific. Heating was fantastic. So cosy and warm, which is a top priority when it's so cold and drizzly outside as it was during our stay. There was no shortage of anything. Kitchen well appointed, lots of cutlery and crockery, glasses, cook wear, towels, toiletries, everything you could want was there. Great location really close to Point Lonsdale shops so a very easy walk into town. We love walking so this is a high priority.
• Ingrid (10/5): Great location with everything we needed for a breakaway - Well located close to town and the beach - nice and spacious with all the comforts you need. Loved the fireplace ! Unfortunately, you could hear noise from the upstairs neighbours who in this instance were early risers.

• Bartolo (8/5): - We enjoyed that it did not take long to drive to other places of interest, such as Queenscliffe, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. Point Lonsdale shops were quite nice too. The property is a comfortable size. The rooms were quite spacious and furnished with just what is needed.

• Suzi (2/5): One night stay. - location A cat had been locked in apartment and had defecated in passage! Cat smell prominant and hair on lounge and carpet etc. Cat locked in apartment for approximately 2 days. Found it under bed. cat had phone number on collar so rang owner who lived 4 houses down and she came and collected animal. Property owner sent 21 year old son down to vacuum and remove poo. Could not be helped I'm sure but no discount offered. Yard and windows dirty and untidy also.

Great access to the Bellarine Rail Trail, starting less than 2kms away. Quiet street with views of the cemetery (quiet neighbours!). Good wifi. Nice big deck. Paul was responsive to calls for access instructions and onsite some of the time. Great 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenity needed for 1 or 2 couples. Nothing not to like. More lamps in the living room would give evening ambience but this suggestion is being picky.
• Mcdonald (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful, the beds were extra comfy, and Paul, the host was awesome with a great sense of humour. I would recommend a stay there! It went too quick.
• Suzanna (6/5): Pleasant accommodation& beautiful location close to local cafes - Location - The owner was extremely attentive! The Apartment/Location was a beautiful location - very nice. We would like to provide some recommendation :- 1. A super clean is needed - everywhere - I found it overwhelming seeing so much dust in the bedroom, the skirting boards, inside the cupboard where clean clothes are hung and placed in draws. As a results of this we kept all of our personal belongings in our suitcases and our evening clothes in the bag covers. 2. The kitchen draws needed a wipe down inside. 3. Cobwebs in the corners of the windows, the window sills were covered in dust and dead flys/moths. These are our observations & recommendations- we would gladly book over and over again if these few things were addressed.

• Atkins (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay and if we plan on heading to point Lonsdale, will definitely stay there again - Location, comfort, balcony ease of access and when we needed a bit of help, the owner was only too willing to help. Plants at the carport could be trimmed to allow easier access to the car
• Marion (8/5): Walking distance to beach and shops. - Excellent location with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. In short, good quality, comfortable, basic accommodation. Balcony needed a good sweep as it was very sandy and a couple of light globes needed replacing.

The balcony was very big/long and with the exception of the section of leaking roof was very good. The bathroom had a large shower and bath. The host, Paul, was very friendly and helpful on check-in and departure. The outdoor setting was placed directly under a section of the balcony where the middle of the roof leaks so the table and all the cushioned seats were wet.

Next time 3 or more and will pack some fishing rods. - The host Paul was really great with all communication and when I told him we ubered to the property he said he would've picked us up! Great location and so clean. Well set up with all comforts if you are staying for a week or just a night as we did. Ocean across the road and a 15min walk up to the entrance of Port Phillip Bay. • Ian (9/5): Quiet, comfortable and convenient accommodation and the owner is very attentive and welcoming. - The apartment is large and well appointed. There’s a nice view from the upper-level apartment and easy access to local shops and the beach. Others have commented on being able to hear noises from the neighbouring apartment. This is likely to be more of an issue for the lower-level apartment but it is still occasionally true of the upper-level as well. It’s hard to avoid with polished floors and relatively light wall construction but can be a bit distracting until you get used to it!
