• fd001 (10/5): It's always great to be there - What's not to like?! I have stayed at Canton Beach Holiday Park 4 times, I think, now and it always delivers in every aspect. The staff and service are always responsive, friendly and make it really easy to check in and enjoy my stay and the area. Many other Parks deliver in the same way but not to the same level consistently. I can recommend Canton Beach Caravan Park as a great place to stay.

• Tamara (10/5): A fun, easy-going stay where the kids were entertained with great facilities, beautiful lake views, and everything you n - The park was very easy to get around, with flat grounds and no hills, making it ideal for families with young kids. It felt safe and welcoming, with children riding bikes and scooters and making the most of the jumping pillow and pool. Travelling with another family, we really appreciated how accommodating the staff were, they happily placed our cabins next to each other, which made keeping an eye on the kids much easier. Our cabin itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of windows for fresh air and block-out blinds for a good night’s sleep. There was plenty to enjoy without even leaving the park. The open green space by the lake kept the kids entertained and the lake itself was a highlight especially at sunset. The reception shop was very convenient, stocked with cold drinks, ice, ice creams, slushies, and other handy essentials. We also enjoyed being able to walk across to the nearby sports club for dinner - the food was delicious, and the small discount with the park key was a nice touch. We stayed over a long weekend, which had a great atmosphere with food trucks set up in the park, as well as a fresh seafood truck and an ice cream truck driving through. There were also kids’ activity workshops on both Saturday and Sunday, which was a fantastic bonus and kept the little ones happily entertained. The staff were absolutely lovely. Rach, who we communicated with through Booking.com, was so helpful and friendly, and the fella who drove around on the buggy stopping for a chat. We will be back! Thank you, 10/10! 🙅🏼‍♀️

Near new modern bathroom with excellent shower! The vaulted ceiling’s give a feeling of space and light. Cabin was well equipped overall. The pool area was excellent! Crystal clear water in beautiful surroundings. Pillows were quite firm as was bed. Not a fan of the bench seating at the dining table.

• Silvia (8/5): Relaxing, quiet and the park new amenities and pool were a bonus. - The surroundings, the view of the lake early morning and evening was beautiful. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The cabin was very tired and in need of repairs but bedding and towels were really clean. Our cabin was very tired and in need of renovations, the second bedroom is extremely hot.

Only 1 car per cabin which the website does not mention. When checking in waa advised for the first time that Booking.com customers have to pay additional charge that is refunded after they check out. Drug paraphernalia was right next to the kids playground. Cabin very dirty, fans full of dust, floor felt like it’s never been mopped, shower dirty. Other guests at the property were obnoxiously loud and swearing.

• Rhiannon (10/5): - I came from interstate for a funeral, I was raised on the coast and lived a few streets away as a teenager, and knew the park was a better option than just a hotel room with a bed. Cabin was spacious, clean and modern. It was perfect for my needs and will book again the next time my family is on the coast. Everything was great, no issues.

• Richard (8/5): A lovely spot for a short break but make sure you have data as no WiFi at all. - Gorgeous position by the lake. Good size cabin with good facilities. Clean and bright. No WIFi ☹️. This was a real negative I’m afraid. Also the pool was not open. Our part of the site was nice but a lot of the rest of it was rather tired/ dated.

TV infernally hard to get going, connected to cable was bit of a puzzle to get it going. Everything else can't fault, all very good don't really go on holiday to watch tv and have enough washing up liquid so not really problems.

• Steven (9/5): - Cabin has been recently renovated and is modern and fresh. We had lake views, air-conditioned rooms, shower is amazing and own car park beside every cabin. This is our 2nd visit and was VERY happy to see a swimming pool going in which should be ready for Xmas. Bbq facilities are all around the park and little shop at reception is well stocked if you need anything. We're already planning our next visit. The TV was a little too high on the wall, lounge is low. But we were outdoors alot so didn't bother us too much.
