The receptionist was incredibly sweet, helpful, and gave great recommendations throughout my stay. The gentleman assisting with luggage was also very kind and helped me get settled into the room. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bike rental was very convenient and reasonably priced at 40,000 VND. The AC in the room unfortunately, didn’t work very well, and a fan had to be provided to help compensate for it. The breakfast was alright, but fairly average overall.

I also appreciated that they have a bathroom available for showering after check-out if needed. The pool area was a nice bonus as well. There were tiny ants in the room, even though I didn’t have any food inside. Unfortunately, I also experienced a severe allergic reaction during my stay due to the ant bite.

La piscine en fin de journée est très agréable et le personnel est très disponible et donne des conseils sur les justes prix des activités. Attention le matin si votre chambre donne sur les terrains de pickleball, à ne pas être réveillé par le bruit des balles et raquettes.

The room was spotless and well maintained, the pool area was lovely for a relax. Breakfast was great with options of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes brought to your table. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the old town UNESCO area. Could not recommend a place more, we loved it!

- Flora (9/5): Excelente hotel familiar calidad precio - Es un hotel familiar, pequeñito pero muy bonito. El servicio de atención es increíble, siempre están muy pendientes de ti. Es un hotel con una ubicación perfecta, cerca del centro pero lejos para poder dormir sin ningún ruido. Puedes ir caminando al centro. El desayuno está bien, puedes pedir los huevos que quieras y te los preparan al momento. No sé porqué en Vietnam varios hoteles tienen servicio y ducha junta sin mampara que los divida.

Walking distance from the old town, 15min grab ride to the beach and there were so many options for food and shopping within close proximity. The staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. They were always friendly and very helpful with booking trips etc. Ann was especially lovely and provided us with some great local tips. We had the best stay in Hoi An thanks to Hoi An TNT Villa and we will definitely be coming back.

- Kazuhiro (10/5): のんびり寛げる癒しの宿 - ホイアンでは、3/31〜4/3で滞在しました。この時期は、とても暑く日中は外を歩いて観光する気分にはなれません。そのため、日中はホテルのプールサイドで寛ぎました。夜は少し暑さが和らぐため、丁度ランタンが灯される街の雰囲気が味わえますので、とても良かったです。またホテルの朝食は、４☆以上のホテルと比較すると少し劣ると思いますが、充分な品揃えで満足できました。ベトナムの朝食は、野菜が充実しているのが気に入っています。 玄関を入った直ぐの部屋だった為、幹線道路に近く、少しクラクションの音が気になる場面がありました。レストランより奥の部屋だと、もっと静かだったかも知れません。

Location was amazing and the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating! - Location is amazing, in walking distance to everything you need, and easy to also take a ride over to the beach. The staff there is also incredibly kind and helpful with local recommendations. The included breakfast as well exceeded expectations! Some insects in the room, but just a nature of the villa layout and tropical climate.

Muchas hormigas dentro de la habitación también. También un rata grande paseando por la piscina. Desayuno con poca opción western, si mantuvieran el típico bacon cada día más las tortillas/huevos que sí ofrecen siempre, estaría mejor.

- david (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - Excellent accueil, séjour parfait, l'hôtel est très très bien placé dans la vieille ville, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié, la chambre est bien équipée. Piscine très pratique après de longues marches et prêt de vélos pour aller jusque la plage... Que du positif ++

- David (8/5): Nice little gem close to Old Town - Great location, easy to walk to Old Town. Although the street in front of the hotel can be really loud, I didn't hear anything from the room. Nice pool area view, which was super clean. Plenty of space to sit and work (or chill) and good WiFi. Room was super spacious, with a nice bath. Breakfast is good. A lot of different fruits, fresh pancakes and (hot!) coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for what we paid! Would come here again. That we stayed only one night!
