The large walk in wardrobe was a big part of what made it more easy to stay. Bed was too hard. When u have the patio doors open there is a lot of noise that echoes from the pool area. (Kids playing and screaming). Had to keep patio doors closed.

Small pool area not resort style or child friendly position back of carpark & restaurant access not clear..No bbq facilities on site or on the apartment balcony. Lift failed twice once due to a fault second time a power outage.

Glenn (9/5): We found our stay extremely pleasant and would have no hesitation in recommending this property. - The apartment would be among the better that I have stayed in during my trips in Australia. The premises were very clean and tidy. The kitchen held all of the appliances that you would have in your own kitchen at home. Instead of the normal 4 plates, 4 cereal bowls and 4 sets of utensils there were large numbers of every item that you required during your stay. Bedrooms were well laid out and bright and breezy. The balcony was lovely in the evening for a quiet drink. There was not a single item that we were unhappy with.

Rooms have plenty of space The Lady at reception was the rudest most unpleasant person I've ever experienced in tourism. The floors in the penthouse were filthy. The bedding arrangement was not as asked and at check in I was told the staff left at midday and can't change it and that they were busy tomorrow. Reception complained about bookings.com and said they don't want to use them anymore and they charge big fees and we shouldn't have booked through them
Kaz (7/5): Beautiful location with lots of potential - in need of some basic tweaks. - The location is AMAZING and the vantage point from all bedrooms in our 3 bedroom apartment was exceptional. The very lovely restaurant downstairs (good food and reasonable prices) was a bonus. Pool was lovely although access was extremely limited and hours are ridiculous for the location. Management - Karyn was not the most helpful manager at all. No apologising for the lack of effective airconditioning on the first night (tried to blame it on my family members for 'pressing too many buttons' ) and no effort to reconcile or make situations better. Washing machine and dryer unable to be on at the same time as they are wired incorrectly and will trip the safety switch. Lint filter broken to which her reply was ' Oh well, it's old'. Asked for extra towels but NO FRESH LINEN provided until Day 8 of a stay!!! This is why we tried to wash the towels as one small towel each is just not enough for 8 days. The cleanliness of each apartment was unacceptable - allergies were triggered and many of us needing antihistamines due to the extreme amount of dust (take a look under furniture, along skirting boards and in the air conditioning vents - really unacceptable). Pool access was so restrictive as 3 gates permanently locked (surely this is a safety issue) and NO access after 7pm in an environment where the ocean has stingers and the heat doesn't abate until early evening - pool swimming would be be such a relief if allowed!

We’ve stayed here before We went to go down to the pool at 6:30pm and all the gates were locked. The hours on the gate said 7am - 7pm. The ducted air conditioning was strange. Same temperature setting for our room which was 4 times bigger than our sons. So his room was freezing while ours barely felt like the air con was working.

Was given the wrong room from what we booked, could not get in contact with reception. Checked in approx 3.30pm went up to the room then tried to call reception no answer. Went back down and reception was locked up even though hours stated on the door say open till 5.30pm went back up to room and tried to call again still no answer. Booked a 3 bedroom for 5 people and had to have my baby sleep in the lounge area. I always book 3 bedroom apartments when available so we don’t have this problem. Was disappointed this couldn’t be rectified and I have paid for a 3 bedroom. We were put in room 24

As well, there are walking trails along the shore with lookouts, shoreline rocks and boulders perfect for scrambling and beautiful nature to admire. Low tide.

Kathleen (7/5): The perfect place to relax and enjoy the Whitsundays. - The location and views are amazing. The direct beach access was perfect for our kids as well as the pool and grassed lawn area. The rocks made for fun climbing and fishing opportunities. The units are excellently equipped and are sizeable and comfortable. During our stay It was hard to get a hold of on the on-site manager, however, in the lead up to our stay they were very responsive via email and text. I am uncertain if the managers were on leave during our visit. The biggest negative is the positioning of the smoking area that is used by the restaurant and some guests which is located centrally located directly in front of the pool in grassed area where kids are playing. The smoke is off putting when you are trying to relax/ enjoy the pool and can waft into the apartments above.

William (6/5): disappointing - the location is great The unit 15 was riddled with problems. Sliding door wouldn't lock. The one pan in the kitchen had food burned into the bottom of it. The two fold up chairs were broken. The outdoor furniture was dirty and mouldy. The drying racks were both broken.
KEvans (10/5): An amazing ocean vista in a spacious apartment complex - We stayed in an ocean front 3 bedroom apartment. Beautiful big balcony and living space. The master bedroom opened up to ocean views. A lovely pool and restaurant as part of the complex with gated secure parking. Screaming kids in the swimming pool wrecked the peaceful vibe for one of the days. Luck of the draw as to who else is staying.
Warren (10/5): Great location, immediate access to beautiful beaches coupled with well appointed apartments offering stunning views out - Coral Cove Apartments is in an absolutely beautiful location right on the edge of Grays Bay. A very spacious apartment with each room having their own bathroom, open verandas with views of the bays and beaches and secure parking. The resort has an Asian Restaurant within the complex with excellent dining options. Nil

Krys (10/5): Excellent.will return - Excellent views! The second bedroom didn’t have air con so the guest had to leave the door open for it to flow in from the main living area.
Mark (10/5): - Magnificent apartment modern, clean with awesome views of the Coral Sea in Horseshoe Bay. The complex is well positioned on the headland with morning and afternoon sunshine and as it says on the can, absolute beachfront. We stayed for two nights but wished we had stayed for two weeks. Fully recommend.

Susan (9/5): Very enjoyable and my elderly parents loved it. - Location just beautiful. Apartment was spacious. Loved having our breakfast on the patio. Was too hot in the afternoons on the patio. The view perfect. The bed in main bedroom was aged and you could feel the springs.
