- Hafiz (10/5): Two days stay Allied corporate residence hyalla - Excellent facilities, and the place was beautiful, although we had to see from our window the warehouse and factory site as well as te bushes, luckily it's a holiday season.

- Andrea (10/5): Great aparthotel - Great room with kitchen and dining facilities that come in handy as does the washing machine/dryer when you are traveling with kids. Very comfortable beds and bathroom facilities. The receptionist phoned us to check what bed set up we preferred noting we had a child with us - great little touch! Staff were really helpful on checkin and gave us loads of information on things to do and places to eat which made planning our day really easy.
- Kathryn (8/5): - It was a lovely comfortable room. The bed was literally 2 single beds put together so it wouldn’t have been nice if my partner was with me. But fine for just me. The heater was pretty noisy also, but I had ear plugs. It was extremely clean though and had everything I needed. The reception staff were delightful.

- TOD (8/5): good hotel, bad mattresses. - The rooms are comfortable, the queen bed mattress was old and thin, the springs could be felt all night. I complained on checkout and the 2 ladies confirmed they were aware of the bad mattresses and asked that I write a report. This would help them to get management and owners to finally do an upgrade of all the bedding at the property.

- Rhiannon (8/5): Fine for a night or two - This is a nice enough hotel if you're only staying one or two nights. The views from the windows are not great, but we booked the room spur of the moment and it was fine for what we wanted it for. I'm glad we booked through Wotif because the standard price is over priced for what it is ($200 for a standard room according to Wotif). The bed was advertised as a king, but actually it's two king singles pushed together, which is not the same thing. On the plus side our room was very clean and had a great shower, also it's a great location right next to a bottle-o and the shops
- M (10/5): Friendly reception staff - We arrived late to the hotel and the manager went out of her way to make us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and clean. A microwave, toaster and kettle were in the unit. Our room was a 1 bedroom and was quite spacious with a kitchenette. Quest Whyalla was a very comfortable stay indeed.

- Kim (10/5): Very nice - We stayed over Christmas and there was no staff for 2 days but when we first arrived they were friendly and helpful and left some extra supplies for guests. The rooms were very nice although on one side of the bed it has sunk in - obviously from use over the years but it was uncomfortable and I had to sleep in the centre of the bed to get an even mattress but other than that it was a lovely stay very close to amenities. No restaurant attached but kitchen in room sufficient for self-catering if you wished. Room clean and comfortable bed. Quite new and lots of parking even when full.
