It is 3 stars, so I was not expecting something luxury, but honestly it was clean and comfortable. The staff there were very respectful and helpful to the maximum. Anything I asked, they tried to help me with it. This is the best thing about the hotel. Nothing serious. The hotel is simple, but for the price it was very good.

• Kalson Abdulkadir (10/5): very good! - The staff, specially the manager lady, she is very helpful, respectful and professional as well I wont suggest for couples or families as both furniture and space isn't that much relax type but rather more for single people attending particular event, the furniture is also relatively old but fair compared to its price

• Tamar (8/5): Très contente ! - Cet hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier plein de vie, avec toutes les commodités à deux pas. Le personnel de l’hôtel est extrêmement bienveillant, gentil, très agréable et chaleureux. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Bien que les chambres soient très lumineuses grâce aux murs vitrés, il n’y a pas de fenêtre pouvant s’ouvrir. Vous dépendrez donc entièrement de la climatisation, qui, elle, fonctionne très bien.

• Ahmad (9/5): I spent an amazing 8 nights - Staff is amazing, very friendly and very willing to help with anything ... Everyone, from the reception to the housekeepers .. Especially Jamal, since he was the one I communicated with the most based on my availability time. The facility is good, clean, the bed is comfortable for long night sleeping .. AC is good, theres a comfy chair and desk for remote work. The surrounding environment has everything, a bakery very close by to get delicious and cheap breakfast, as well as many other stores or restaurants. Not sure .. One thing which is not caused by the hotel itself: There are a couple (coffee shops) in the area, that are not really coffee shops, but scammers or (night clubs). Just be careful as I've been warned by many people of that whenever I ask for a place to work with a cup of coffee and my laptop.

• rami (2/5): - Room was not ready, I had to take my bags to the room. Made us wait 1hr before we got to the room, we had 1 toilet paper in the bathroom and have to ask for another if you ran out. Tv had one channel on it. No breakfast. Towels are dirty and have to ask for more next days. They did not seem to be surprised by our complaints. Ripoff will never ever book there again. Pics are way different from reality. Big no no. Perfect for pets only.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel for the price - Nice hotel and convenient location to my friends place. Be careful walking around at night. You are warned by staff that the area is known for "extra curricular activities" if you get what i mean. I had this experience when walking at night to the shops as a car pulled beside me and asked if i wanted to visit a "beautiful place with beautiful women".

• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The location is not very convenient because to get to the center you need to cross many roads without pedestrian crossings. The room itself was also not very comfortable, a hard mattress in which you could feel the springs, a very old and noisy air conditioner, there was no shelf for bathroom accessories near the shower. There were also only two towels and the second had to be used as a foot towel. Also at the entrance there is a metal detector that constantly beeps, but no one checks anything, why? If I'm not mistaken, the soundproofing was listed, but either it does not work or they lied, because I could hear perfectly well what was happening in the corridor, one day I listened for an hour as someone's alarm clock was ringing at 6 am.

• Noha (10/5): Super stay in Prime hotel - The staff is very friendly ,and the room was so clean It's a small hotel , so I feel like I'm home , I want to thank madam Mirvat , who helped me a lot even before my arrival, Jamal from the reception and Nasr from the house keeping It really was a nice time The location of the hotel was super , 10 - 15 min from the town down, 15 min Walk to Abdali mall and Bolivar street and many markets and restaurants very near as well as money exchange

The neighborhood is filled with scammers and people who can rob all your money and make you feel lost and destroyed in a foriegn country..I got robbed of all my money and was left helpless and clueless

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene, which was especially important during these times of heightened health concerns. The bed was comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the room had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay at the Prime Hotel exceptional was the VIP treatment I received. From the personalized service to the attention to detail, it was evident that the hotel staff truly cared about making my stay special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that all my requests were promptly attended to. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mervat, who was instrumental in making my stay at the Prime Hotel such a memorable one. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough. • Mari (10/5): - It's a small city hotel and is right opposite Hilton Amman if you struggle to find the location. There's no eating facilities in the hotel but there are many restaurants, takeaways and small local supermarkets in the neighbourhood so you'll have no problem for food and drink. Cash points are nearby. Abdali Boulevard and Mall are also in a short walking distance. The rooms are clean & quite large with air-con, mini fridge, UK and EU sockets, basic amenities and a free large bottle of water :) On my arrival I had a trouble since my suitcase didn't arrive at Amman airport. It delayed my airport pickup time a lot but the hotel receptionist Mervat made sure that everything was fine and the taxi driver would be waiting for me as long as it took (obviously I paid the extra for that). She was really responsive and helpful throughout. The evening receptionist Jamal was also friendly and very kind, without his help I wouldn't have been able to find a place to do the last-minute emergency shopping to get all necessary items for my missing belongings. It's a perfect little hotel with lovely hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Amman :)

The hotel entrance was hard to find due to its small size, which was inconvenient. Moreover, some lights in the room needed maintenance, resulting in insufficient lighting inside.
