• Bilyana (9/5): - The private beach is magnificent. At first we planned to explore different beaches each day but Ammouda beach is a piece of heaven so we ended spending our whole vacation there. The staff is great and so professional. We felt comfortable and so welcomed , they always tried to make us some presents and even surprised us with a music party one of the evenings. I found the private rooms and especially our bathroom really small. I would recommend you to book a villa which I had the opportunity to visit. The villas are specious and supplied with all you could think of.

• Mirela (10/5): Magical place in Sithonia - 10++++ Ammouda Villas is not just a destination.. is like a holiday dream come true! Everything is more beautiful than pictures can describe. We say that.. we discovered a magical place in Sithonia. We just arrived home and our thoughts and plans are for…when to come back there! Its splendid! From the villas rooms which are sourrounded by a idyllic garden with vegetables, fruits, flowers, trees and before to step on the beach you can take from an arranged place, ice for drinks in special recipes to have it on the beach. The breathtaking beach with clear turquoise water and soft sand is private, everyone can find the own place with sun beds at any time decide to go out there. The Manager Giannis was very kind , showed us the garden and explained about every tree,, fruits, vegetables and was there anytime we asked for something. We eat almost every day from the garden bio tomatoes, cucumbers and smokiness. All the staff was polite. They organised a party in the garden with greek live music where everybody from the villas was invited, with food and drinks for free, there was also the owner which dancing with us and everyone was happy and definitely spent unforgettable moments. Thank You! We love this place already and cannot wait to come back! -

Нас тепло встретили, показали отель: номер уютный, стильный, всё очень удобно продумано, свой собственный пляж, игровые зоны, четырехколесные велосипеды, на которых можно кататься в любое время, удивительно красивая территория, утопающая в зелени где можно найти свое место для отдыха. И, конечно, огород, где растут очень вкусные овощи и фрукты, которые можно прям с грядки срывать и есть. Спасибо вам большое за прекрасные эмоции

За каждым номером закреплены свои лежаки -wf доступен даже на пляже (правда до наших крайних лежаков не дотягивал:) Пляж и море восхитительные! Свежие овощи с грядки-фишка , которой нет равных!! В маленьких номерах нет возможности постирать вещи , приготовить завтрак. На территории есть хозяйственная зона , но использовать ее нельзя! При том , что мест где можно пообедать практически нет-только на выезде при дороге-пицерия и небольшая таверна , где местные заказывают (на вынос) мясо на гриле !! Рекомендую делать так же!

The Villas are clean, functional, in the proximity of private shaded parking, and also surrounded by an amazing garden! Also, the beach is very nice and clean! - We loved the fact that the beach is private and quiet! Amounda Villas exceed our expectations! A perfect location for a quiet, peaceful vacation! The 12sqm, double room is a little too small. If you are planning a longer stay select a bigger room.
• Biljana (10/5): We are deffinitely going back, and renting one of the villas, they are absolutely gorgeous! - The property location is prime, on one of the most gorgeous beaches in Halkidiki. The property manager Giannis, and his staff are the kindest, most generous and warm people. They made sure we felt welcomed, and all of our needs were met instantly. The surroundings and the gardens of the property are well maintained, serene, quiet, with lush landscape, fruit trees and herbal garden. It is very safe and secluded from crowds. It's hard to say what it could be better, everything was excellent. The only, irremediable fact is that the double room is small in size, however everything inside is super functional and clean.

• Sergiu (10/5): The stay was amazing – I’d definitely book this hotel again! - Ammouda Villas is next level, first of all, the greeting, Giannis (the host) spent some time to show us everything, garden, activities, beach, and so one. It was more than we expected! It was exceptional. Private shaded parking, private beach with sun bed and umbrella included, free bicycles to ride, table football, tennis table, basketball, SUP, and many other things. Garden and many fruit trees. From the beach you can see the Athos mount. Totally recommend, we will definitely revisit!

• Danielle (10/5): A slice of paradise where nature thrives. - After some delays on our journey to Ammouda Villas, we arrived very late at night. Even though it was much later than our stated arrival time, Giannis was there to greet us with warmth and a smile. We woke up to a stunning view of the beach and the Aegean Sea beyond. The property is unlike anywhere else we have stayed in Halkidiki. The conscientious planning of the grounds by a landscape architect makes for a natural sanctuary, so much so that we barely left the property during our stay, a first for us. The property thrums with bees, birds and butterflies. Well placed hammocks, recliners, and loungers invite you to relax. The beach is directly across from the villa. A road cuts through in between, but a zebra crossing joins the property to the beach and, in May at least, the road is very quiet. We felt safe leaving our 9 year old to come back and forth on his own. Ammouda Villas has it's own private beach complete with umbrellas, sun loungers and outdoor shaded lounges. Beach towels were supplied. One of the features that makes this place stand out from the rest is its supply of activities free for guests. Bicycles, quistax, kayaks, paddle board, an outdoor basketball area (complete with fully inflated basketballs), table tennis and a foosball table are all in excellent condition; there is always something to do. There is even an edible garden with delicious organic food that is for the guests to use as they wish. The villa itself is just like the photographs. We stayed elsewhere in Halkadiki two weeks prior to Ammouda Villas. Both look lovely in the photos, but the first place was like many we have stayed at in the region, cheaply finished with some fixtures needing repair and not that comfortable to stay in. Ammouda Villas is not one of these places. It feels very well made, with good finishings and is very comfortable. The place is spotless and everything works as it should. The grounds staff all are very friendly and Giannis is an incredible host! We can't fault it. It was wonderful.

We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift filled with local treats and amazing wine selection — a perfect introduction to the region’s flavors. The villa was spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. The private beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water, sunbeds, and beach tents for total comfort. We also enjoyed free access to bikes, small boats, table tennis, basketball, and more — plenty to do without ever leaving the property. The lush gardens were beautifully maintained, filled with blooming trees and flowers. We especially loved the farm in the backyard, where we could pick fresh fruits and vegetables ourselves. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, surprising us with treats each morning and even sending us off with lovely goodbye gifts. Their warmth truly made the experience unforgettable. This place is a rare find — a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality beach retreat.

• Deyvid (10/5): Fantastic Villa Stay Near the Beach with Great Amenities! - Recently stayed at a villa with my family in this wonderful complex, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were given a detailed tour of the complex, which helped us get familiar with everything right away. The location is ideal—just 20 meters from the beach! The complex has a private beach area reserved for guests, and we could use it free of charge, along with canoes provided by the host, which was a fun activity. We stayed in a ground-floor villa that was fully equipped, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, making it extremely convenient. Throughout our stay, the host occasionally visited us with delicious homemade breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel at home. On top of that, the complex offers a variety of recreational amenities, including a basketball court, bicycles, and even rickshaws that guests can use to explore the surrounding area. This made it easy and enjoyable to visit nearby spots. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality, a prime location, and plenty of amenities. Highly recommended!

He even went out of his way to accept a delivery for me before our arrival, which I really appreciated. The villa complex and beach were even better than the photos everything was spotless and really well looked after. The whole area was peaceful and quiet, with plenty of beautiful sights nearby. Our apartment had a great patio and outdoor space, which we loved, though the interior was a bit tight for four adults. But the host showed us around some of the other villas, and we’ve already picked the one we want for our next stay. We can’t wait to come back to this amazing place again next year!

A private pavilion with sun loungers on the beach, 50 meters from the facility, exclusively at your disposal, but the biggest advantage is the manager of the resort - you are great!!! He cares about guests more than a concierge in top of the top hotels There's not much going on in the area during the off-season, but that's typical in many places
• Lidiia (10/5): Perfect getaway with kids - Our room was very spacious and clean. The property itself was big, clean, and my kids (4yo & 1.5yo) enjoyed exploring during our down time. We felt very safe as there are cameras everywhere, rooms lock with a key, the gate opens with a clicker. The outside dining area in our room was very spacious, we had friends come over for breakfast and dinner with their children almost daily. We couldn’t get enough. There are also a few rickshaws available for use. Kids loved that perk! We used them to ride out to closest cafes and bars to get food and drinks for our room or for the cabana while we are at the beach! The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach, each unit has its own reserved lounge chairs or cabanas. Everything was cleaned daily (trash was taken out outside of the room and in cabanas). Air conditioning in every room. Every time we had a question or concern - response was immediate. We have truly enjoyed ourselves.

The beach is private and very nice. The villa complex is very serene and the staff were very friendly. They even brought homemade breakfast most mornings. Also, the village Agios Nikolaos is a short drive away from the villa complex and it offers tasty tavernas.

The beach is spotless and the beach equipment is also in excellent shape. I was especially surprised by the rooms and the genral layout of the villas, with each one having private parking spots and being in a natural shade. Overall, the best place in Greece that I've ever visited, will come back again as soon as possible!

The bed is very comfortable, the room beautifully decorated. There is a great garden with fruits and vegetables. Giannis had a small surprise for us each morning. The beach and the sea is amazing, sandy with turquoise and clear water. I felt in love of that sea! Definitely returning there soon. Nothing at all, everything is perfect!

• Vincenzo (10/5): Unexpected magic - Ammouda Villas is a small community set in a charming beachfront garden. Everything at Ammouda Villas is extremely well cared for. The owner and staff are always there to solve any problems. You can use mountain bikes for a hike or enjoy a rickshaw ride (for the lazy ones, there is also a pedal-assisted one). If you plan to stay more than a couple of days, it is better not to take the double room, which is very small, but something larger. Ours was not equipped for breakfast, except for a coffee machine.

As Hotel Manager Yannis mentioned, if you stay at Ammouda Villas once, you'll want to come back again. And it's true—we were very pleased with our stay at Ammouda Villas. The location is excellent. It is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia peninsula. The Ground Floor Villa we stayed in had its own private sun beds, which provided a great deal of comfort. You can go to the beach at any time of the day and use your own private sun beds. The house has everything a family with children might need. The cleanliness is top-notch. Ammouda Villas has a large organic garden, and hotel guests can use the products grown in this garden for free. In fact, you can pick any vegetable or fruit you want yourself. You can have fresh vegetables for breakfast every day. Every kind of vegetable you could think of for breakfast is available. There are many nice restaurants close to the hotel. You won't have any trouble finding quality food. And most importantly, the hospitality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The most special person is the hotel manager, Yannis. Yannis is very helpful in every aspect and establishes a close and sincere relationship with you. We are also very grateful for the surprise treats he provided us every morning. • Nikolaos (10/5): Excellent choice for Chalkidiki - Splendid location directly to a sandy, quiet beach with free towels and private umbrellas and sunbeds for +6 people. Spacious outdoor private space and very tidy common garden. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and dishwasher. 3 sufficient bedrooms all nicely decorated, independent and air-conditioned. 2 bathrooms and washing machine. Parking space right next to the door. This place combines several unique features that you wished you could find in a holiday residence, so this is conpensating for the relatively high price. It is sincerely better than it looks in the pictures. It would be difficult to find something unpleasant. My personal opinion is that the bathrooms are somehow smaller than it would match the rest of the residence. I would definitely choose to stay in Ammouda Villas again.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - We found our vacation paradise at Ammouda Villas! Hidden among beautifully landscaped trees and plants, our three bedroom, two bath villa was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked ready to be used, bottles of wine in the fridge, a large outdoor sitting area with a sink, fridge, recycling and trash cans, a large dining table, all surrounded by grass and lovely plants. There was covered parking, accessible by a gated entrance. Our Villa was about 100 steps from an incredible beach at Trani Ammouda. The water was so clean and clear and the most perfect temperature. If that wasn’t enough we had our own cabana with an additional 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas. The grounds had its own organic garden with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, herbs, etc, available to all. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were the friendliest, most accommodating, gracious people that we had the pleasure to meet. From Gianni our host, Christo the maintenance guru, to the cleaning ladies, each greeting you with a smile and asking if there was anything else they could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. I now see why the guests come back year after year. We are already planning next years trip because five days was just not enough.

Amazing garden space, amazing staff, amazing garden with fruit, vegetables and herbs to pick, private place at the beach for each villa/private room, ice bucket for your drinks (the ice machine was a must), free to use paddle board, kayak, rickshaws and whatnot. • Yana (10/5): Will definitely be coming back! - Everything in Ammouda villas is created with the customer's comfort and pleasant stay in mind! From the comfortable accommodations, through the various activities (water sports, bikes, Surrey bikes - 1 electrical as well, table tennis and football/foosball), the amazing open-door hide-aways, to the heavenly garden where flowers of all types stun with their beauty. When we arrived, Yannis, the owner of the villas, took the time from his day off to show us around. We were invited to help ourselves to the fruits/vegetables from the bio garden, where tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, along with strawberries and various herbs, were in season. One morning, Yannis brought local pastry for breakfast to all guests - it was amazing! Each room/villa comes with its own umbrella and sunbeds/cabana on the private beach. There's an ice machine to keep your drinks on ice while at the beach. The beach itself is amazing, with multiple cafes/bars for a quick bike to eat. A couple of evenings we walked to the nearby village, Ormos Panagias, for dinner. The walk is about 30 mins and along the beach most of the time. The restaurants there, while crowded, served delicious food. One morning, we woke up to watch the sunrise on the beach - the views were stunning. Overall, my daughter and I had a magical stay!
• Yoana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful. The villas are beautiful and come with access to a private beach reserved for villa guests. Beach towels are provided, and there are convenient parking spaces with a shed next to the villas. The entire property is meticulously maintained, including a charming garden with a variety of trees, flowers, fruits, and vegetables that guests can freely pick and use. The villas have fully equipped kitchens, and a barbecue is available upon request. The manager, Giannis, is always on hand and surprised us with thoughtful gestures, like a fruit platter on the beach, great homemade breakfast, and cool sun hats. Everything is organic, they don't use chemicals and the place is also suitable for small children. There is a playground, table tennis, basketball court where children can have fun. We will definitely be back next year!

• Samet (10/5): It worths to stay there and swim all day in a brilliant sea... - It has a private beach. Every room has their own sunbeds and umbrella. They provide free beach towels. They have 4 wheels tourist bikes even one of them works with electricity. In the garden they have playground for the children which was another plus for our 4 years old daugther. The sea was quite warm (around 25 degrees I think) and it was a great feeling to swim there every day. It was crystal clear and you can see the sand under the water easily. Yiannis (John in English) was very helpful for anything we needed there. We had a small problem on the first night and he upgraded us to a super villa which we never expected. He made everything to make us happy and have a best experience there during our stay. One another thing, they organised a party one evening with music, champaigne and some foods which was free for everyone. That was another good moment to spend there. They didn't have a breakfast option. It would be nice to have a simple breakfast option for the rooms at least. However, since we rented a car during our stay, we had a chance to experience many good restaurants every morning and evenings in the Nikita area which is 10 minutes away by driving.

Beach was great but I was impressed by the sea mostly! The host made everything for us to feel welcome! The bedrooms were a little on the small side, the bed is ok but not great to my taste and in the second bathroom the ceiling was low and very small but nothing really disappointed us.
• Daniela (10/5): Heaven on the Earth - Ammouda villas is a heaven on the Earth! Yannis is unbelievably welcoming host who made us feel in paradise. Honestly, we feel unloved with the place, the hospitality and thoughtfulness we have met here. The complex is a state of art even for people who have little or no idea about gardening: so many trees, flowers and plants, looks so piece full and natural. Location is across the beach (Trani Ammouda beach in Ormos Panagias) which I strongly recommend. The double room we had was an excellent value for money. Coffee and water provided on side as well as some snacks for the first breakfast. Each room or villa has its own sun bad and umbrella, completely private and on the first line on the beach. All sun beds are on the first line, completely free of charge, reserved for your room/villa. The complex provides a playgroup, basketball playground, bicycles, a lot of activities for family and toddlers as well as a wonderful garden and a private patio. Parking with a shadow for each car (room/villa) inside the complex. I simple don't know how this can be improved. We will be back soon! This was an excellent time and we've got completely relaxing time.

Garden, private beach, and all other amenities were great. Due to the fact that there is a private beach (separate area of Ammouda beach), there were so many unpleasant situations with other people who were approaching us and asking to rent a beach sunbeds and chairs. Once, one family occupied our place, and it was very unpleasant to tell them to go. It would be good if property management sporadically performs checks in order to avoid unnecessary discussions of their guests.

The place is beautiful, clean, safe, peaceful, intimate, like a piece of paradise. The complex has its own garden, places for games and socializing. The beach is the Greek Caribbean.The first contact is with the manager of the complex- Yiannis who gains with his hospitality, professionalism and dedication. Above all I liked most the beautiful garden that was carefully pruned every day. There are even fresh herbs and vegetables that you can pick from the garden! The kitchen has everything you need, so you can cook or if you prefer not to, there is a very good restaurant nearby. There are bikes and rickshaws that you can use to get to the restaurant or nearby town. Apart from the houses and sea there isn’t much to do around, it’s a calm place for a peaceful vacation. We were three families with one kid each, we stayed in the deluxe villa and we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Staying in this place you will enjoy only the sounds of nature - the songs of the birds, the buzzing of the bees, etc. The complex has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. You can pick up fresh salad, spices, fruits, etc. There are great places for walking, cycling/rickshaw riding around. Fabulous views. The beach has fine sand. Very comfortable sunbeds/cabanas are provided. In addition to swimming, you can also go canoeing or stand-up paddle boarding (free for guests). The staff are extremely friendly and caring and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the day of check-in we were welcomed with very good local wine and had left treats/appetizers in the fridge for us. Every day of our stay there was a delicious surprise - homemade cakes/sweets. I really highly appreciate this hospitality! Last but not least, the stylish villa I stayed in is very comfortably equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Extremely cleanly maintained. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely go back there again.

He gave us a quick tour of the premises. Everyone else from the staff was really friendly and polite as well. The stay was amazing. We were able to rest so well because everything was super calm. • Ives (10/5): A Little Paradise - We have just returned from a lovely, restful week at Ammouda Villas, staying during the second week in October. As a couple, we opted for the double room. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately made to feel welcome and relaxed by the host, who went above and beyond thought-out to make our stay enjoyable. The villas are in a superb location by the sea, overlooking Mount Athos, viewable from the beach. We also really appreciated the surrounding garden, which complimented the area well, and had plenty of little comfortable, quiet areas to sit and read a book. We can see that a lot care and attention to detail has been put in to creating this space, and we very much enjoyed our stay. 10/10 In hindsight, we would have probably opted for a villa for a longer stay, as apposed to the double room, however we will still very comfortable.

The only thing that is somewhat dissatisfying is the location, quite secluded and a the coast was quite rocky here.
• Cosmin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, the host was great - there is a weekly party and in our case it overlapped with a birthday from our group and we just turned it into a great birthday party! The location and their private beach make everything easily accesible.
• Annabelle (10/5): Beachside oasis - We spent a week in the deluxe double room and would highly recommend Ammouda Villas for couples as well as families. Our room - although not huge- was very beautifully decorated with very high quality bedding and fittings, the bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. The gardens around the property were well tended with lots of lovely spots to sit and enjoy breakfast in the sun. The beachfront location was great (enjoyed using the paddle board and kayak although one of each - wasn’t a problem during our stay as a quieter time) and well location for fine views of Athos and a quick drive to the main road for exploring. We hope to return! The only negative was the double room doesn’t have much in the way of kitchen kit, eg sharp knives, chopping board or washing up liquid so a little hard preparing a picnic or breakfast etc but we managed fine for a week.

If you travel with kids, there are toys at the private beach and a playground at the property. The huge plus are the available family rickshas which you can use around the walking area. Another great thing is the ice buckets place where you can fill your bucket at put all your beers for the beach which is across the street. When it is rainy there is not enough hot water.

It is an incredible place to find peace and soak it all in. It's a non catered accommodation but chock full of amenities to help you, from an ice machine to keep your drinks cool on the beach to a fruit and vegetable garden you can pick from to a "Aperitivo" wine and nibbles event around a bonfire being organised weekly. Also all the staff were very accommodating We got a double room which was a little small, but were given a tour of the different apartments and they were fantastic! When I go back I will definitely rent an apartment.
