• Binh (6/5): - Basic hotel. Reception staff not very pleasant. Bar/restaurant staff are very nice. Extra 3pounds a day to use fridge and another 3 pounds a day for a safe. Strict on not letting "outside food drink or water" onto the premises. Good location close to the main strip, supermarket and beach

• Hayley (2/5): Do not stay here - No water allowed in hotel room, none provided and you cannot drink from the tap. My husband had gone to the shop to get some and was banned from entering the hotel and asked to return it to the shop! We have 2 small children. The room was also very small, food and drinks double that to the seafront area. We checked out less than 4 hours after we checked in due the all of the above and they have not refunded the booking
• Zeynep (10/5): Great hotel very good location - The location was really good few minutes walk to the beach it was nice and clean only problem i had was the breakfast was really basic apart from that everything was excellent

• stephen (6/5): - Great location for Oludeniz beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Nice clean pool that didn't get too busy. Good breakfast on the pool terrace. Comfortable rooms, although our garden room was really damp with poor ventilation - we couldn't really open the balcony door because of the mosquitos. The free WIFI also did not work whatsoever in our garden room. We had to go to reception for WIFI. There was a small supermarket right next door but a large sign that you couldn't miss when you walked into the Hotel informed you that it was FORBIDDEN to bring any food or drinks into the hotel from outside including WATER! There was a small fridge in the room which did not work. Most people ignored the ridiculous sign and bought a bottle of water & snacks for their kids in the supermarket anyway.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Entree gedateerd ,geen wifie op de kamer was wel beloofd, famliekamer was 1 kleinekamer met 2 persoinsbed en 1persoonsbed de ander moest op de bank slapen.wij hadden ook nog een 2 persoonskamer die heb ik tien maar naar een 3 persoons omgezet daar werdt 90 euro voor gerekend dus hadden wij 1 persoin uit niidzaak op de kamer. Kortom viel ons erg tegen

• Ruth (8/5): - It’s in a central position yet it’s quiet and relaxing. Reception area is welcoming. The outdoor restaurant and swimming pool area was clean and the setting was pleasant.The bar staff were friendly and attentive. My room was nicely set out and relatively cool ; the air conditioning worked well. A lovey place for a holiday.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Non qualified Stuff, not respect to clients. Sample, we was on breakfast one from the stuff told my wife go seat to another place, and in a cheeky tone!
• Rong (8/5): 干净整洁，服务态度友好。 - 酒店外观非常有感觉，尤其夜晚！房间不大且设施简单，但干净整洁，早餐一般食物不太多，欧美人较多，中国人不太适应！除了饮食，其它还不错！
• Bülent (4/5): - Gittiğimizde oda hazır değildi. Malzemeleri sonradan getirdiler. 4 yıldızlı otel ama mini buzdolabı için ücret talep ettiler. İçerideki malzemeler çok pahalı. Havuz misafir sayısına göre küçük kalıyor. Sessizdi. Her yere yakın ama kahvaltı ve kalma ücreti olarak pahalı ve konfor yetersiz. Kahvaltıda zayıftı.

• john (6/5): conveniant for beach nice pool. - dissapointing at the start no kettle , charged to use fridge which only works when apartment key, in which was not allowed to be left in slot ,so fridge not cold. website states tv with english channels this is not the case.(none) news one channel only and repeated. free wifi limited. some staff at reception helpful, not all. plus side cleaned daily fresh towels.
• colette (10/5): lovely, friendly hotel - unfortunately due a family member being very ill we had to cut short our stay at the Mavruka. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and close to the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Will definitely return on our next visit to Olu Deniz.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel is a little basic and dated but clean and in good repair. It is in a good location close to the main street and few minutes walk from the beach. The pool area is nice, the pool is always a nice temperature and there were always enough sunbeds without needing to reserve them (we went end of June). I found some staff were a little intrusive and others a little rude, but many of the other guests seemed to get on well with the staff. Rooms have plenty of storage space and a sofa. Fridge and safe cost an extra £2 a day to hire.
