• muammer (4/5): Alert Dont go here - I dont know how they get 5 stars but quality is 3 star no more then that for sure first animation shows sucks the guy they pick for show so amateur and creepy i was so excited to try different taste of food but big disappointed none had flavour just plain and our room supposed to be in circle building with see view they take as other building which is no view nothing only good think we were happy their workers was kind and helpful i wont recommend to anyone of my friends or family this hotel big disappointment waste of money

However we were disappointed and frustrated during our check in process with the front desk young lady who couldn't answer most of our basic questions, and at the end gave us totally wrong information about resort operations hours, access, etc. In contrast, the public relations lady (we believe her name was Gulnara) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us with Covid test related issues, as well as other things.

• S.D (2/5): - Fick betala 245€för en bungalov bakom poolen, lukten, ljudet från aircondition var så högt. Inte ens filten som vi skulle ha som täcke kändes ren, bruna fläckar. Har nog aldrig sovit i ett så dåligt rum. Vad jag förstår har detta hotell väldigt många olika standard på deras rum.

• Cilliers (4/5): Don't waste your money - I'll start by saying that this property is not 5 stars, maybe 4 at best. My major issue was with my room. I had booked a swim up room (at a premium) but only once we got there realised we were given the superior room instead. I asked reception why I had the wrong room and was told there was a problem with the hot tub and we will have our room correct room by 10am the next day. The room was not yet ready and I contacted Hotels.com directly to assist me. Gold Island told Hotels.com that the room was ready and they are waiting for us at reception this was at 12:30. At reception they informed us that the room will only be ready by 3pm.when the room was finally ready at 3:30pm it was very small and did not contain a hot tub as expected, we decided to just go back to the first room as we would rather just try and enjoy our holiday instead of going through any more of this back and forth with the hotel. The staff at reception also promised us a special gift for the honeymoon to apologise for the inconvenience, unfortunately we neever received anything. All in all a very average hotel with a very short entertainment schedule. The only possitive is the service from the entertainment and wait staff. I expect we would have received similar service and quality of food for a third of the price at the other hotels in the area.

• Bilal (6/5): Keine 5*, für >160€/ Nacht zu teuer. - Leider nicht sehr ordentlich Service des Hotels lässt auf jeden Fall sehr zu wünschen übrig. Strand ist super, ansonsten keine 5* würdig. Sauberkeit war fürchterlich. Zum Essen stand wenig zur Auswahl. Loben muss man jedenfalls das Abendprogramm das war immer abwechslungsreich und super.

Das Animations-Team, „Rubi, Carlito, Burhan, Zafer, Nika und weitere“, haben immer für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Service vom Servicepersonal „Tugay, Tayfun, Mehmet, Serkan, Ramazan und viele weitere“ war sehr gut. Sehr höfliche und gute Personen. Der Nachtchef Gürkan hat immer Ausschau für die Ruhe im Hotel gehalten und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehle ich weiter!‘

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Ferien waren schön. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Essen war auch toll mit einer schönen Auswahl. Das Personal war mehr oder weniger gut, freundlich jedoch das männliche Personal war für meinen Geschmack manchmal aufdringlich (Handy genommen und Telefonnummer eingetragen obwohl man nicht danach gefragt hat.) Das Animations Team war immer aufgestellt und super freundlich. Die Wifi Verbindung war eine reine Katastrophe. Bin nicht der Typ der die ganze Zeit am Handy sein muss, jedoch wäre ich froh gewesen ohne Probleme ins Internet zu kommen. Ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Das Meer war ein Traum.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is set on a peninsula which means that there is a lot more space than the other hotels in the bay. We stayed in B Block which we found less busy than A Block. It took us 2 days to realise that there was a separate restaurant and beach in B Block which were much nicer than the main hotel. Food is good and plentiful and there is lots to do on site

Hem ilgisiz hem de ukala çalışanlarla karşılandık. Yemekler son derece lezzetsiz ve çeşit azdı. Otel odası tuvalet kokuyordu.

• Egor (6/5): 5 звездочный отель, но в голове деревня. - Турция поражает! Отличные отели, стоимостью в сотни миллионов долларов, на хороших песчанных пляжах. Но в головах местрого населения все тот же колхоз. Продают кожанные куртки и дубленки, спортивные костюмы, подделки брендов в 10 метров от отелей. Из 4 лифтов стабильно работают 2 и формируются очереди. Перевод на русский язык сделали видимо через гугл - "Глазное яйцо", "Молочный овес", "Вылеченный гриб". Но самый фейл большой - это не придумана схема, как нам с друзьями из соседнего отеля сесть и вместе посмотреть футбол. В отеле все включено же, и никого не пускают. Охрана девушку гостя с коляской оберегает как террориста, договорился чтобы пустили погулять на лужайку, но внутрь здания охранник ни как не пускает. Я не понимаю, чего вы боитесь, что мои друзья выпьют кофе бесплатное? Да лучше бы оно продавалось за деньги и я бы платил чем занимался партизанством.
• Mariya (10/5): Отличный отдых! - Замечательный отель! +: Инфраструктура, номер, питание, анимация - все на высшем уровне! Различные тематические вечера: проводились колумбийская ночь, дискотека, живая музыка. Спасибо поварам и сотрудникам ресторана, было очень уютно и вкусно: различные виды мяса, рыбы, фруктов (черешня/дыня/арбуз/персики/абрикосы/грушы). Бесплатное мороженое в брикетах на любой вкус, в барах готовят алгокольные и безалгольные коктейли. Территория очень ухоженная и красивая, спасибо за замечательный отдых! -: Из минусов могу только отметить плохой Wi-Fi в номерах (Его практически нет), вход в море (Имеется несколько пляжей, но даже на песчаном при входе в воду большие валуны), сотрудница на стойке Guest Relation очень плохо говорит по-английский (Крайне странно, ведь эта стойка как раз для решения каких-либо вопросов гостей), остальное все замечательно!

• Verified traveler (10/5): 1 gece yetmedi - geçen yazdan gitmeyi istediğimiz bir oteldi. farklı bi kaç otelde kaldıktan sonra 1 gece de burada konaklamak ve oteli keşfetmek istedik. b blok superior odada kaldık. otelin hizmet kalitesi iyiydi. bi önceki otelimiz bu sezonda bile çok dolu olduğu için hizmet daha zayıftı burada hemen o farkı hissettik. ancak tam bu gün günlerdir iyi giden hava bozduğu için otelin en çok hosumuza giden çarşaf gibi denizini kullanamadık. bir daha geliriz sanırım;)

• burnzie (10/5): First impressions - First room was filthy but a quick trip to reception rectified that 2nd room was cleaned from top to bottom before we entered. Head of housekeeping advised that room checking before guests arrived would be a priority. 2nd room was fab. Spacious and airy. we had an island room well worth the extra £ for this room. Your own garden with sunloungers and a fantastic sea view. The island rooms are very quiet and the only people you see are housekeeping or fellow guests of the island rooms The main hotel the pic you see on websites is amazing and is only a two min walk from island rooms. The main part houses the restaurants and main amenities the bar in the main block is fab. Huge measures on the spirits. But don't ask for a mojito they don't make them and when they try they are yuk !! The food is fine something for everyone. Check out the outside area next to main dining hall they have roast chicken , kebabs and various other things on different nights. Pool bar cocktails are yuk! But the beer and the food are great plenty of choice. The wraps and crunchy chicken ( tastes like KFC ) the pool is amazing. Plenty of sun beds around it. There are 3 beaches one is shared with another hotel but still loads of room. The one next to the amphitheatre has disabled section which is rails around loungers to allow people to access the beds and a walkway right along the beach for wheelchairs. There is also a couple of water slides next to this beach.
• Jack (8/5): great - Stones throw to all facilities, very friendly, kind and helpful staff. If you are to book this hotel I would recomend booking a room in Block A due to it being the main block and closer to everything aswell as having a 24 hour bar. (the hotel consists of two blocks. Block A & block B) Food was outstanding so much variety. was a very good 8 nights I spent at gold island.
• mick (10/5): Enjoyable stay. Staff very pleasant and polite - Welcomed at the hotel door by a very pleasant member of staff, as all the staff were. The hotel is set in a great position with its own beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach areas meaning we never had to search long for one. Food was a good standard with plenty of choice. Ate at the Italian restaurant and had a fantastic meal. Will be looking at going back again in the future.
