We celebrated my sister’s birthday and they provided us with a wonderful setup upon checkin. The guest relations team Eda and Yasemin consistently delivered an exceptional service to ensure our stay was delightful. While restaurants offer excellent views, great ambiance and exceptional service, the food could’ve been executed better. It’s a bummer when most items from the menu at the Beach Hill restaurant were not satisfactory. The selection at the breakfast buffet which was included in the stay only included eggs station, salad & fruits, cereal and desserts — it could benefit from adding more international options.
- Amir (9/5): Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt mit ein paar unangenehmen Aspekten. - Das Hotel liegt an einer tollen Lage und ist wunderschön in in einem Hang eingebettet. Die Gestaltung der ganzen Anlage ist gelungen. Das Hotel bietet ausreichende Möglichkeiten an Aktivitäten (Pool, Wellness, Strand, Fitness, Tischtennis, Coiffeur und dgl.). Unser Hotelzimmer war großzügig und stets sauber. Das Zimmer riecht gut. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch am Strand. Der Service ist aussergewöhnlich und sie sind kommunikativ. Wenn en technischer Fehler unterläuft, oder etwas beanstandet wird, wird der Fehler sofort behoben und mit einer zusätzlichen Bemühung behoben, so dass Sie nichts zu bemängeln haben. Oft haben wir im Zimmer respektive auf unserem grosszügigen Balkon Abend gegessen, aufgrund des tollen Service und einer super Applikation mit welcher der Gast über einen QR Code gelangt. Das Frühstück ist sehr grosszügig und bietet für jedes Herz etwas. Das Gemüse schmeckt sehr gut und ist immer frisch. Der Strand mit den verschiedenen Angeboten ist top. Das Wasser war sehr sauber. Wer die aufgeführten Punkte für ein Hotel sucht, kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch für Familien die es mit ihren Kindern etwas ruhiger wünschen ist die Anlage zu empfehlen. Die Preise für das Essen sind zu hoch. Das Geschäft würde viel besser laufen und der Durchlauf wäre viel höher, wenn die Preise ca. 20% tiefer wären. Im Anhang sind die Preise zu den Verpflegungen angefügt. Auch die Getränke sind maßlos überteuert (am Strand, im Hotel, in der Minibar). Auch die Süssigkeiten von der Minibar sind exorbitant überteuert. Dieselben Produkte und Getränke bei einem lokalen Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe kosten ca. 10-20 mal weniger, was wir getestet haben. Es ist verständlich, das die Preise der Produkte im Hotel höher sein müssen als in einem lokalen Laden, aber mit bitte mit Mass. Auch der Preis (100 Euro!) für eine Cabana am Strand ist auch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel dreist. In den 7 Tagen habe ich keine Gäste gesehen welche die Cabanas nutzten. Die Cabanas waren immer leer. Wenn Sie für die Cabanas 50 Euro und mit zwei Flaschen Wasser gekühlt in einem Eisbehälter und einer Fruchtplatte anbieten würden, würden die Gäste eher ein exlusivität in diese Richtung nutzen, aber so bleibt die Nachfrage weiterhin gering. Der in der Hotelanlage zur Verfügung stehende Shop ist total überteuert. Wie bei den Süssigkeiten und Getränken in der Minibar, können Gäste im nächstgelegenen Laden die selben Produkte wie Shop des Hotels (Sonnencreme, Badeaccessoires) 4 bis 5 mal günstiger beschaffen. Auch hier empfehle ich den Betreibern die Preise zu senken, wenn Sie die Nachfrage steigern möchten. Wenn das Management es schafft die negativ aufgeführten Punkte zu verbessern hat das Hotel potential, einen viel besseren Eindruck zu hinterlassen.

- Natalie (5/5): Ok - Lovely location. Hotel facilities are Ok. Spa facilities could be better, steam room was warm. All swimming pool are freezing at the hotel including kids pool. Food was OK, best chips every cant lie. Staff very unhelpful except for the two ladies which are on available till 6pm or 8pm and management. Rooms OK, but again could be better. Shower need revamping, and room had a smell. This maybe due to location close to seafront. Room service didn't clean balcony for entire staff. And no milk or alternative in room just black coffee. Sea very rough and beach front very rocky. Staff at reception useless and rude at times. Alcohol prices at hotel bar ridiculous. Some facilities in room needs a revamp.
- Roslyn (8/5): Beautiful spot - Loved this place. It was a bit of a drive to the town of Bodrum but we enjoyed being between Turgutreis and Yalikavak. You needed a car to stay here. We did dinner at these two places which were fun places to visit. The hotel is an incredible place. On a hill so be ready for walks to the beach or get the cart. I did find the food and drinks expensive. But the breakfast was amazing
- Mehsen (9/5): perfect escape - This resort in Bodrum was my first summer beach destination and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The view of the clear blue sea, the sound of the waves and the relaxing cabanas by the water made it unforgettable. Everything felt calm and peaceful, the perfect escape for summer. I have no regrets about coming here was truly worth it.

В номерах очень тихо; как и во всем отеле. Отличный консьерж - внимательны ко всем вашим пожеланиям. Сам Отель довольно странный - в нем вообще нет людей. Пустые лежаки на пляже, единичные отдыхающие на пляже, несколько человек на завтраке (наверное поэтому завтрак очень скромный). Уборка номеров могла бы быть лучше - мусор на балконе не убирали три дня.

- AHMAD (10/5): A Truly Exceptional Stay in Bodrum - I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Bodrum with my family for a full week, and I can confidently say that everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The staff were simply amazing, with special thanks to Yasmeen and Seher for their outstanding hospitality and personal touches throughout our stay. Here are some highlights that made our experience unforgettable: The Hotel: The property itself is stunning in every aspect – from the design and atmosphere to the overall facilities. The Room: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for a family stay. Housekeeping: The cleaning service was exceptional. It felt as though the team waited for us to step out to refresh the room, replacing and cleaning everything with great attention to detail. One day, when they couldn’t provide afternoon service because I went out without changing "DO NOT DISTURB" button, they even left a kind letter under the door – a small gesture that showed true professionalism. Concierge Service: Right after check-in, we were surprised and impressed by their unique approach. Instead of just a desk by reception, they created a dedicated WhatsApp group (with our permission), making the concierge service literally at our fingertips with high responsiveness. This was incredibly convenient and modern. it is like human AI agent but human! Breakfast Service: The dining team was just as remarkable. After only two days of repeating certain preferences, like a particular coffee, the staff remembered and served it without us even needing to ask, we were all like OMG! they know what we want! In conclusion, I believe the management style of this hotel is truly unique, thoughtful, and highly professional. It sets a standard that will only boost the hotel to greater heights. Without hesitation – and with full consensus from my family – this will always be our choice if we return to Bodrum. This is a little minor one that check-out took longer than expected because, as per Hotel policy, they have to check for minibar at check-out which is like 10min, and I have two rooms i.e. 20min.

Der Service, sowohl im Restaurant als in den sämtlichen Bars war katastrophal. Das Personal kannte das eigene Menü gar nicht. Wurden falsch beliefert, übersalzen verkocht, falsche Bestellungen wurden entgegengenommen aber trotzdem schön Alles in die Rechnung gesetzt. Das Personal in den aussenbereichen war sehr sehr langsam und unaufmerksam Wir haben unser anliegen an das zuständige Personal weitergegeben aber wir könnten es genauso einer Wand erzählen. Das Menü ist überteuert aber gibt den Preis nicht wieder.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of specially by Adu and Sahar. Their genuine hospitality truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were impressively spacious—much larger than I expected—and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping the room fresh and clean throughout my stay. It was truly a relaxing and cozy environment. In short, the incredible service, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly atmosphere made my stay amazing. With a bit of improvement in the management area, this hotel would easily be a five-star experience. I did notice that the management side could use some improvement. There were a few situations where better organization or clearer communication from management would have made things smoother. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it was noticeable in contrast to how excellent the rest of the staff was.

Extremely over priced, they charge everything from poolside to restaurants in €, and the prices are very unreasonable. Can of coke was 9€. Simple cocktails were approx 26€. Small bowl of hot chips was approx 30€. It was cheaper for us to jump into a taxi, head to yalikavak marina eat at fine restaurants enjoy dessert, and drinks and get a ride back to the hotel for a fraction of what it would have cost at the hotel. Had i known the they were charging ridiculously inflated prices for food and beverages i would have reconsidered my stay at this hotel. also doesn’t sit right with me that the hotel charges € and the prices they do and pay their staff in Turkish Lira.

Room was spacious with gorgeous views. Great facilities: spa, gym, reformer machine, salon on site. Beautiful beach deck and excellent beachside food. There were some issues with the room although they were fixed quickly (the shower lever was so stiff we couldn’t operate it, the ac wasn’t cooling as it should, the curtains came off the railings). There were some minor issues also like the the weighing scale in the bathroom wasn’t working. They should do thorough room checks before the guests move in as you don’t want to be complaining about things when on holiday.

- Nouf (10/5): - Honestly, our stay at Sirene Luxury Hotel Bodrum was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! 🌟 The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always smiling. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and professionally. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, super clean, and the sea view was breathtaking. Every detail was well thought-out, and we truly felt relaxed and pampered the entire time. A big thank you to the whole team — everyone was amazing. - Stephanie (9/5): The best! - We had a lovely stay at this hotel I would definitely stay again. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. And especially Mohammed and Essa who really got on well with my son Kairo. My son also loved the kids club although some days he was the only child, he did not seem to mind. Beautiful beach area and pool area. It was a quiet hotel but just what I wanted. I had a lovely treatment in the beautiful spa and the hotel rooms were so beautiful and spacious. There was lots of options for breakfast however a bit disappointed as there wasn’t much English/american breakfast options. Apart from that we all loved our stay and already thinking about coming back next summer. Thanks! More English/American breakfast options

- Burçak (10/5): Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful - It was an amazing experience at the heart of Bodrum/Yalikavak. Great staff, everybody was extremely welcoming and friendly, thanks to the hotel manager. The staff were looking clean and neat. Altough our booking was partial sea view, we were granted full sea view, which was a very nice gesture and we were simlpy fond of it. Hotel was quite as well. The beach and the sea is so nice, you feel safe all around. There is also staff at the beach side to help you with towels and you can order snacks/drinks at anytime. We were staying between 11-15 July at room number 509. And our rating is 9 out of 10. And we will surely come back again! Thanks for all Sirene team!! Very welldone!! Breakfast variety can be more attractive.

- Ihor (8/5): - The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was easy to reach the staff and get help with issues during the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach and facilities are all high quality. Not exactly an issue with the hotel itself but it does cater for a very specific crowd. Just as well a lot of things in the hotel were over the top: like I don’t need a person to hold a door for me when I enter or leave the hotel or car. It’s not easy to relax in such settings. The hotel’s location and design is not suitable for walking: they will drive you to the beach and back on an electric buggy. If you want to get to Yalıkavak or Gümüşlük it’s only possible on taxi or a car. Also breakfast hours are more suitable for a business hotel (7:30-10:30) than a leisure hotel in Bodrum. Obviously most people come at 10 so it gets crowded and the staff get stretched. Drinks and food at the beach bar are unreasonably expensive: 27 EUR for an aperol/glass of prosecco is not reasonable. Upon checkout, a couple of items were added to the bill for things we didn't consume (~80 EUR worth alcohol of minibar, lol). The staff was helpful and removed these items without a fuss. Still this left a bit of an unpleasant feeling to the otherwise good service.

- fajer (10/5): رائعة - ثاني مره اختار اسكن هذا الفندق .. حيل ارتاح فيه و اطلالته حلوه و تعاملهم حيييل راقي و عجيب و الموظفين ودودين و كل شي احتاجه يلبونه في موظفتين تعاملت معاهم ( سحر و الثانية نسيت اسمها ) اثنينهم وايد زينين .. الغرف وسيعه و نظيفه تقريبا 15 دقيقة ياليكفاك و قريب من قومشلك 10 دقايق اعتقد او اقل .. حمامات السباحة نظيفه حيل و البحر بعد .. السبا حلو جربته .. الي حاب يسترخي و يعيش اجواء بودرم انصحه بزيارة الفندق -

The entire team made sure every moment of my stay was special, and their warm hospitality made me feel more like a friend than a guest. All the buggy drivers and the concierge team were always smiling and helpful, making every interaction pleasant and welcoming. A special thanks to Şevval, whose kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Kardelen, in particular, made me feel like I had known her for years. Her friendly, genuine approach created such a comforting atmosphere, and I felt as though I was among close friends. - Fahad (8/5): Hello Sahar, Good Morning. thanks for asking I had already talk to someone, if that didn’t show up for any reason. Then - I enjoyed the specious within the property. I hope they get the chance to fully operate the rest of it. It has a clinic for any emergency cases, it has mini market. Plus it has own restaurants and the beach side where you can enjoy if you wanted to have beach beds plus different areas for swimming pools, and kids club not big but certainly will do the job.
