• keith (9/5): Great location and we enjoyed walk along the beach in front. The City boat from the beach is a great way to get to Ibiza - We thought the property was in a great place and had good views of sea. There were plenty of shops bars and restaurants right next to the property. Only problem was it was noisy especially when the bins were getting emptied in the morning.

• Sofia (10/5): Lovely - I loved the balcony, added a great touch to our room. It was very nice being able to see the beach from our room! Overall was much bigger than we were expecting and it really exceeded our expectations for such a great price.

Uitgerust met keuken en grote koelkast. Aparte slaapkamer en in de woonkamer 2 slaapbanken. Zwembad en strand voor de deur. Terrasjes en winkeltjes in de buurt. Binnen 15 minuten zit je in de hoofdstaat van Evissa. Niets

• Hugues (8/5): - L'emplacement la propreté et l'accès rapide a toutes les commodités et voies rapides. Les chambres sont trop bruyantes, défaut malheureusement lié à la conception de l'immeuble. On entend tout le bruit de la coursive desservant les appartements. Lorsqu'on veut vraiment dormir c'est très difficile de ne pas être réveillé. Solution alternative, dormir dans les lits disponibles dans le salon, plus confortable.

• Xavier (8/5): Good value for price - The location is very good, and the personal was super kind and always willing to help you with everything, very good customer care. The kitchen is old, the microwave doesn’t work very well and the cleaning of the kitchen amenities could be better

The facilities inside were all we needed. If you weee travelling with young children it is excellent right on the beach restaurant supermarkets

• Олена (8/5): Все отлично: нормальные апартаменты, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, отличное месторасположение! - Понравилось месторасположение: с террасы видно море. Окна во внутренний дворик. Прекрасная удобная кровать. В спальне было две полутораспальных кровати. Мы отдыхали с мужем и я просила одну двуспальную. Но, очевидно, не было свободных номеров с таковой. Мы пошли по пути наименьшего сопротивления - просто сдвинули кровати! :) Уборка каждый день! Полотенца меняли также каждый день! Кухня нормально обставлена: есть все приборы, кастрюли-сковородки, стаканы-кружки. Мне не понравилось, что в кухне не было: моющего для посуды, какого-либо спонжа для мытья посуды, тряпки для того, чтобы стол вытирать. Ведь это можно оставлять в номере для всех посетителей!? А то, приехав на 3 ночи, ведь нелогично покупать все это? Много раз отдыхая в апартаментах по всей Испании мы как-то привыкли, что все эти мелочи присутствуют в обиходе...

• Andres (8/5): Buena opción - El servicio de recepción es impecable, nos recibieron las maletas desde muy temprano mientras llegaba la hora del check in, fueron super amables siempre tanto en la recepción como las señoras de la limpieza, muy muy amables. Los pisos son muy amplios, esta muy cerca de la playa pero un poco distante del centro de Ibiza, unos 20 a 30 mins caminando del casco antiguo. Pero en general muy buena opción, volvería a reservar sin pensarlo dos veces.

• Julie (5/5): - L’appartement est plutôt grand déjà c’est un bon point avec une grande terrasse à l’avant, tout les jours les femmes de ménages passent et changent nos poubelles. Nous avons eu un problème au niveau de l’électricité dans notre appartement les derniers jours donc ont a du le signaler et on s’est fait changer de chambre juste après; quand nous arrivons dans l’autre appartement nous avons aperçu une éponge, du liquide vaisselle, des portes qui se ferment sans grincements alors que dans l’ancien rien n’était présent. L’avant dernier soir nous avions mis un peu de musique entre 23h et minuit, une dame assez âgé est venue puis a toqué en me demandant de couper la musique sans les formalités ( bonsoir, s’il vous plait, merci ) et que si on baisser pas la musique elle allait appeler la police. On était surprise car c’était la première fois qu’on avait eu un rappel à l’ordre c’est tout. Et la piscine au mois d’avril était fermé ça on le savait pas non plus . Dans l’ensemble il reste simple et confortable

• eline (5/5): Mooi wat verouderd appartement, ze beloven een zwembad maar die moet wel open zijn! - Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was jammer dat het zwembad niet open was! Dit was schijnbaar met kleine lettertjes aangegeven en niet duidelijk! Dan hadden we nooit geboekt want we wilde een zwembad! Heel erg jammer!!! Doe het zwembad open als je volgeboekt ben en mooi weer is.

I liked everything. The pool wasn’t open and they were preparing for busy season, completely reasonable

Amazing location too - right by the beach, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and a really great little supermarket below. Overall, fantastic value for money. Highly highly recommend! Nothing!

• Maria Cristina (4/5): Mejorable - La ubicación. Esta cerca de la playa Muy mal insonorizado. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Hubo mucho ruido de varias habitaciones que montaron fiesta..las camas regular, faltaban cosas en la cocina tipo estropajo, fairy, tabla de cortar.. en un apartamento te esperas que tenga eso y q no tengas que comprar. No hubo posibilidad de late check out pero si de dejar las maletas en la consigna. También nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de ducharnos si nos hacía falta(que es de agradecer ya que el vuelo salia a las 21:40). Buenas vistas y el personal amable
