We needed to extend our stay and they worked it so we didn't have to change rooms. I love that it's dog friendly. Also able to do a load of laundry in the guest laundry! Will send friends and family when they come to visit!

441apriln (2/5): Serious Privacy Violation—Guest Information Stolen - During my stay, an employee accessed my personal information without my consent and sent inappropriate messages, which was extremely disturbing. I reported it to management, and while they acted to address the situation, this incident highlights a serious breach of guest privacy. I strongly urge anyone staying here to be aware and cautious, as this kind of violation should never happen.
shanen594 (2/5): My wife was solicited by an employee through text after I left for work - So I checked in October 20 2025, my wife joined me October 21st, this morning October 25th, my wife went to the front doors to remote start my truck for me, she passed an employee in the hall and exchanged pleasantries, at 738am my wife received a text from that employee asking her "how does an affair no strings attracted sound?" My wife assumed it was a spam bot and responded asking things like "oh?" "Whatcha want?" "Do you know who you are talking to?" Etc, the employee proceeded to tell her he was dieing to see what was under her outfit, made comments about her being bra less, her tits, ass, and body, my wife still being clueless proceeds to start sending the employee song lyrics like she's seen on TikTok, through the course of this it finally dawns on her this is a real human, thinks it's the laundry boy and asks how he got her number, he responds by saying sorry if I'm bothering you all you had to do was not answer.. she asks for a Pic to confirm who he is and he send one, then he asks if her name starts with an A, at this point she freaks out, and hits me up, I tell her she needs to pack up and get out, and we need a refund for the rest of the days we had booked, while she's doing all that he sends another 11 messages, she contacted the woman at the desk and come to find out it was her son, she told my wife she wishes my wife wouldn't of responded as if it's my wives fault my place hotels hired a kid that would go into the computer and gain access to a woman he knows was alone in a room, gathering her name, number, address, and credit card information. I've left a voicemail for corporate to call me back about this matter, and my wife asked the front desk woman to have management reach out to us, so far we've heard nothing and have not received our refund either.....if need be ill post the screenshots to this review

Rene (2/5): - I was unable to spend my 3 nights because of an immediate health concern. I know this was 1 day beyond the deadline of canceling but it was unavoidable. I made the reservation through Expedia and called them and the hotel. Yester day I spoke with the hotel manager. She was rather cold and refused to help in anyway, although a receptionist told me the policy was that I would be billed for one night only. I just received an email from Expedia that they have been waiting to hear from the hotel manager to no avail. I know I won’t be using this hotel EVER

Terry (9/5): Breaking up my cross country drive into even pieces landed me in Jamestown, ND and I feel My Place was a very decent cho - Everything was new, clean and well kept. While the property is easy to access off the highway, it is somewhat compromised by being jammed behind a gas station and opposite a busy restaurant. It’s more due to the nature of Jamestown, ND than a fault of the hotel. I was also surprised by the complete lack of any dishes, utensils, pots & pans or paper towels in the otherwise well-appointed kitchen.

Reasonably priced, but the recliner chair should have been replaced as the vinyl coating of the naugahyde recliner was worn off. I would try them again because it was so clean.
Verified traveler (10/5): Lighting - My two cents The bluish ceiling lights gave the room a cheap, don’t care what it looks like but they are energy efficient bulbs, look. It gave the room a cheap, stark, hospital appearance. An equally energy efficient soft white bulb would give the room a much more subdued and pleasant feel.

Besides the paper thin wall and being able to hear my neighbor’s entire phone conversation, it didn’t help that one of the staff felt the need to clean the two outside trash bins at 7am until 10am. I’m sure it doesn’t take 3 hours to do so but he must have been extremely thorough. Literally turning on and off the faucet right by my window. There were kids screaming outside too but I’m not concerned about that because it’s outside the property’s control. The carpet in the room also felt very moist/wet so I kept my shoes on the entire time unless I was laying on the bed. Other than not being able to rest due to noise concerns and the wet floors, everything else was good.

Anne Marie (10/5): - Basic and clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Unfortunately, there was a tornado in that city the night we were staying there, but the staff let everyone know where to evacuate to, and thankfully it passed us by without damage. It’s nice to have a full-size fridge and toaster in the room, along with the coffee pot. It was a very nice clean location for a low price.
Kathryn (10/5): - Impressed by cleanliness & especially the comfort of the room. There was a full size refrigerator that I didn’t need this trip, but know that would be helpful for many families. Bed, linens and fluffy pillows were very comfortable. I loved visiting the nearby Worlds largest Buffalo outdoor “museum!”
