Guest Reviews
- Kayla (10/5): - The owners were so polite and kind allowing us an early check-in with out a problem.
The rooms are comfortable and were clean but are older. The price was great. We missed out out breakfast so I can't comment on that.
- Barbara (2/5): Will not stay there again poor rating - The room was large and was clean. Asked for a handicapped room, the toilet was so low to the floor could not use it. The beds were hard as a rock. The breakfast did not include any breakfast meat like sausage and cereal is not much of a breakfast.

- Waggoner (1/5): - The room was dirty. I have pictures of cigarette ashes all over the floor and a sticky/dirty bathroom floor. The door into the room was broken and wouldn't lock from the inside.
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Marian (9/5): It was nice and everyone was nice. - It was clean. The breakfast
- Blake (9/5): Very quiet and enjoyable for a good rest - It was fine, biscuits with gravy might be nice also and may be some yogurt choice's The room seems a bit dark and furniture in a bit of a needed update, but was nice and clean which was appreciated

- Blaice (10/5): - Beds No carpet in rooms made it seem loud
- Jesse (8/5): If the price doesn’t change I would definitely stay again as I travel through that area often - The price was the reason I stayed there. Any higher and I wouldn’t have. But a great stay. There was no smart tv to be able to login into apps the watch football games. And the water went out for a bit one day. But quickly came back.
- Pamela (7/5): - Very clean. Bed wasn't comfortable
- Steve (3/5): never again ! - It took 20 minutes to get checked in, there was no one there when I get there. The bad was hard as a rock, we ended up leaving after 2 hours & going somewhere else. Service & the bed

- Spears (7/5): The staff was very nice and helpful. - The property was clean and nice looking from the outside. It was also back away from the Main Street, so it was quiet. The bed was very hard and there was a crack under the door that allowed light in from the outside.
The breakfast was not much to write home about. All sugar(carbs) and no proteins to go with it.
- Marshia (10/5): - Breakfast was amazing
- Fleeting (7/5): - It was comfortable and there's alot of places to eat. I feel like I should've got have my money back or a free night or something since I found a scorpion In the shower
- Mitchell (8/5): -
- Jim (10/5): - Always great, staff is friendly
Great place to stay!!!
- Bobby (9/5): Reasonably priced and clean. Good value for your buck. - Reasonably Priced Clean
- Kimberly (8/5): - The property was easy to find. It is close to shopping and eateries.
- Debbie (6/5): - There was nothing above average about our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, the front-desk attendant was very nice and the room was clean.
Our only issue was the commode, a 2 a.m. visit found that the handle mechanism had broken off and we had to flush by reaching into the tank and pull the plunger up. I was not going to ask for a room exchange at 2 a.m. with an early check-out.
I told the morning front-desk attendant about it and she looked at me like a deer in the head lights, no apologies for the swim parties and no offer of a discount to my room rate.
I'll stay again if needed because there are worse things than a broken toilet.
- Cory (2/5): - Long day working on the road, checked in, took a shower, laid down at midnight and seen 5 bed bugs. They were on and under my pillow. Packed my bags and left.
- Pat (6/5): - the motel sits way off the street down a driveway. there is no address posted near the street so you know where it is. No singnage either.
- Rick (8/5): Quick and easy! - Good clean hotel for a quick night stay.
- Story (9/5): It was everything we needed at a good price - Great stay for the price. The breakfast could use some eggs and sausage but other than that it was great. The room was quiet and the beds and showers were great. Got a good night rest. The rooms are a little dated but clean. It was all we could ask for at the price. Oh, and the internet was intermittent. Thank you!! Breakfast could have been better. Need eggs and sausage. But did have waffles.
- Timothy (6/5): - The hotel itself is older and has seen its fair share of wear and tear. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The sinks water pressure wasn’t all that great, and depending on the amount of guest staying at the facility at any one time will affect the waters temp. There were some electrical outlets that were taped over in our room but at least two to three were operational. The staff were very helpful and accommodating! The area around the facility appeared safe and I liked that it was quiet. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, powdered donuts, coffee, milk, and apple juice. If you just need a place to lay your head at a reasonable price this hotel will suffice.
- Karen (8/5): - Need more amenites. Enough for two people. Breakfast needs more choices. Good donuts, beagels, yogurt, better collection of fresh fruit.
- Catherine (7/5): Good -
- Robbee (10/5): - Great value
- Tim (8/5): - Staff
- S (8/5): Very good -
- Bobby (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (4/5): Utter lack of privacy! - The hotel itself was fine. My problem was with the staff. I was in the shower and heard knocking on the bathroom door. Assuming it was my husband, I said “What?” To my complete surprise the reply was “So sorry. Housekeeping”. They had come INTO OUR ROOM and knocked on the bathroom door WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER. Don’t tell me they couldn’t hear the water running or notice the clothes laid out on the bed!! Oh, and to top it off, it was a MALE housekeeper that had come into the room and knocked on the bathroom door!!! Needless to say, we will NEVER stay there again. 😡😡😡
- Frances (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Hao (10/5): - Nice stay. Good breakfast
- Joshua (6/5): Comfortable, but has it's issues - We loved the breakfast, and the beds were super comfy. My mom thought the TV was in good color, and the laundry was affordable. The staff locked us out 2 hours before checkout, the wifi didn't work, and although not directly the inn's fault, some Mexicans in a truck were selling dope 2 rooms down.
- anna (4/5): - Besides fresh towers daily that have seen better days, the hotel is dirty and outdated. Walking on the sidewalk, I saw room windows with ripped, dingy curtains. And if you forget to take your soap or shampoo, you are out of luck. I can't recommend eating breakfast there, but McDonald's is almost next door, and Walmart is a 3-minute drive for all necessities.
- Sally (5/5): Passable -
- Blake (8/5): - Everytime I stay in Cushing this is where I go. Its quit and peacful. Failry priced, and conveniently located just on the edge of town. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but the beds are always comfortable. Quality stay for the nightly rates.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Didn’t feel or look clean. Sheets and towels had different stains, microwave was dirty & the headboards weren’t clean either. Not bad for 1 night but wouldn’t stay again.
- Chase (2/5): - This hotel was still under construction. No idea how it was available for booking.
- Tiffany (10/5): - The hotel clerk was nice and friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, would stay here again
- ANDREW (10/5): - Counter staff was incredibly helpful and kind.
- Kadence (4/5): - Blood on pillow case, towels not clean.
- Crystal (5/5): I won’t stay there again - Location Very outdated, bathtub full of water when we checked in, stained sheet, didn’t look the cleanest, and damage to ceiling from water
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No hot water and there was a roach so we left early and didn't even stay the night
- Meliton (2/5): - Dirty room
- Sutphin (9/5): Superb - Clean and quiet
- Frances (7/5): Good -
- Phillip (10/5): - It’s was a nice place
- Donavan (10/5): - great place
- Kristie (9/5): Very clean, and I would stay here again. - It’s older, but very clean. The tub did not drain well while taking a shower.
- Jeff (5/5): Just ok. - It was just a place to sleep No amenities and kind of overpriced for what it was
- Ames (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (7/5): Good value for the money - It is a good basic hotel. I just needed a clean place to sleep prior to the OSU football game.
- Robert (7/5): it was a quite place, very clean and nice people - i was fine. very clean, organized, & several choices we could have used a protein,
- Bobby (8/5): Very good -
- Dennis (9/5): Superb -
- Petra (6/5): Okay for short stay, for our purpose. - The Breakfast needs to be much better, it's almost none existent. Breakfast
- Sandra (2/5): Bad - Dirty smelly room & bathroom dirty shower head extremely dirty
Sheets were smelly
- Richard (3/5): Poor - The room had bed bugs... We left at 2:30 am, didn't want another room because it could also have bed bugs.
- Blake (8/5): - Good property. Clean rooms, and friendly staff.
- Bobby (8/5): Very good -
- Marilyn (7/5): Good - It was clean. This is the most important thing. Dated, a bit shabby decor. Late check out request was refused.
- Jared (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (6/5): - Hotel was reasonably priced for what we got. First thing we noticed was the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed although I don't think we were charged for the cricket in the bathroom or the half inch long beetle we found on our bed one morning. We notified the front desk of the appearance of the carpet and dust on all the lamps the next morning, so they apparently shampooed the carpet while we were out that day because the carpet felt damp for the next two days. Not very pleased with the "gunny sack" feeling towels, and the tiny bars of soap would very easily crumble if you weren't careful. Glad we brought soap and shampoo with us (little shampoo packets were hard to open). Fridge and microwave were nice to have. Shower was one of the better ones we've ever had in any hotel and the flat screen TV was also very good. "Free breakfast" left a lot to be desired unless you like waffles and/or cereal, but there's a McDonalds right next door.
- Liznett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (6/5): - Decent bed , ice machine worked , but the place is showing its age. Old furniture scratched up and damaged. But it was clean
- Ross (8/5): - The place was showing how old it was. Furniture was scratched up and dinged up. Couch was dirty. But good cold a/c and bed was comfortable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Shower had mold in it. Very low water pressure.
Furniture was worn and all scratched up
Very little lighting
- William (4/5): - Shower had mold in it. Very low water pressure.
Furniture was worn and all scratched up
Very little lighting
- Olga (2/5): - This location was definitely heartbreaking on the up keep.
Since my grandchild has special medical needs the idea of spending the night at that location was not an option.
I ask refund and so far I haven’t seen the funds placed back on card.
- Mr (8/5): Very good -
- Ames (5/5): Passable - Rooms where decent Bathroom had stains all over the wall and the shower head barely even sprayed water
- Joshua (8/5): Clean room, friendly staff - While the motel appears to be an older structure, the room was clean. The dresser had some scratches, but I did not use it. One nice option was the toilet and shower were separated from the sink and mirror, making getting ready easier for multiple people. The one person at the counter when I checked in and out was very friendly.
- Ames (7/5): Good -
- Bobby (7/5): I feel like for almost one hundred per night the room should at least smell and look clean. Other than that the stay was - The bed was comfortable. I liked having a sofa in the room. The room needed a deep cleaning. The walls around the trash can was stained and needed to be wiped down. The sofa had stains on the cushions. There were also sticky spots on the carpet.
- Kevin (3/5): Poor - Towels and linen were dirty
- Petra (6/5): Short term only - The fridge/ freezer needs cleaning, spilled stuff in there from previous guests. Microwave needs cleaning it's nasty. Everything is a bit dated and old but we didn't expect the luxury hotel. The breakfast is an absolute joke. I can buy Twinkies at Walmart, it's not a breakfast food! We only stayed one night, so we picked up breakfast on the go. The breakfast area was nice and clean, the service friendly. The pillows are rock hard.
- Manoj (10/5): - new proprty
- Earlene (8/5): - They was nice. the shower in the handcapp room come
out of the wall
- William (7/5): Good - Actual receipt at site showing costs of lodging, instead of $0.00
- Clint (6/5): - Came to town to visit my children, could only find this hotel. Matthew’s was very firm as where the pillows. I slept without a pillow because they were too hard. There were several toenail clipping on the floor
- Bobby (8/5): Very good -
- Ashley (6/5): Thumbs down - We were there for 4 days and they didn’t clean our room the whole time we were there m. We came back everyday to an unmade bed
- Joseph (8/5): - Well designed rooms
- Jared (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (10/5): Nice, comfy, staff friendly. Construction on road in front of motel at th his time. - Comfortable Tight with their towels. 2 towels for 4 people. Don’t mind reusing but don’t want to share a towel.
- Jim (10/5): - It is great!!!
