Innnga (10/5): - Labai gera vieta. Šalia apartamentų pakeltuvas. Stotelė į Motolino už 1 min ėjimo. Kambariai dideli erdvūs. Antram aukšte žemos lubos, bet mums nemaišė. Yra viskas ko tik gali prireikti ir net daugiau. Rekomendacijos.!

Criscuolo (10/5): Tutto perfetto, torneremo volentieri - Il soggiorno è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La struttura e la casa sono splendide, curate e accoglienti. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente. Non ci sono aspetti negativi da segnalare.

Iwona (10/5): Pobyt uważamy za udany na pewno wrócimy. - Lokalizacja idealna obiekt znajduje się na stoku blisko do centrum . Jedyny minus to wynoszenie śmieci poza lokalizację obiektu trzeba chwilę się przespacerować .

alBooking (9/5): Appartamento bello - Appartamento bello e spazioso, vicino al centro del paese e della passeggiata principale. Parcheggio riservato Inesistente la comunicazione prima dell'arrivo (a parte i messaggi automatici), migliorabile la disponibilità delle persone al ricevimento. Non ci hanno detto il numero dell'appartamento, e arrivati lá abbiamo telefonato (4 minuti dopo aver pagato) per capire dove entrare ... É stata un'impresa risalire alla nostra prenotazione con pagamento appena fatto! Un solo set per il bagno, ma eravamo in 4.

Otto (8/5): Livigno besuchen wir gerne wieder einmal - Die Lage war für uns super. In der nähe eines Lebensmittelladen und der Restaurants Habe nichts zum aussetzen. Es war einbisschen schade dass die Bergbahnen schon eingestellt waren und wir darüber nicht informiert waren.

Genovese (10/5): - La casa in centro a Livigno, appena fuori dalla ztl con affaccio sulla vallata. Uno spettacolo tutto quanto, e casa perfetta. C'era tutto, doccia grande, casa pulitissima e in agenzia mi hanno dato il kit di benvenuto con mini taglie di tutto. È la seconda volta che vado con l'agenzia erregi e sicuramente ci sarà una terza. In più tagliando le vie si arriva alla Latteria Livigno in 5 minuti a piedi. La casa perfetta in un posto perfetto!

marcin (10/5): - Apartament położony blisko centrum, ale na uboczu, w spokojnym miejscu, niedaleko jeziora i ścieżki rowerowo- pieszej, która prowadzi wzdłuż potoku przez prawie całą miejscowość. Blisko sklepu spożywczego. Apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony (choć bez pralki), widok na góry, grube zasłony w oknach, dużo miejsca do przechowywania, wygodne łóżka, dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani 🙂 Wszystko nam się podobało.

Vladka_ (6/5): Perfect location - Perfect location! The staff in the agency were good. They let us check in earlier. We stayed in the ground floor 2 bedroom appointment, which comes with a personal parking space right at the front door. The building is located a few steps from the cabin lift. The bedrooms and the bathroom were perfect but I didn't like that there wasn't a sofa in the kitchen. There is just a dining table with 4 very uncomfortable dining chairs. The apartment is refurbished with new furniture, and it looks better than on the photos. We were unlucky to stay while there was an extremely noisy building work on the same floor. The agency didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

Martin (7/5): Good - Very close to the Casana lift and ski rent shop, basically ski in. Very private. No glasses, plates or utensils missing😊 Livingroom could be more cosy, a coffee table and a lamp would help. A bigger TV would also be nice.

Very warm in the apartment. Exemplary cleanliness. The stainless steel kitchen, new, a joy. Missing a coffee maker. Lots of space for storing things.
Petre (7/5): Poor management, nice location. - We had to go at a different location(in ZTL) for the check in but the appartament was allready open and paid. The extra trip took more than an hour due to traffic. We didn t have soap, dishwascher capsuls/dish soap, trash bags. First night the bedroom was cold, the bed in the livingroom(extendable sofa) was extremly unconfortabke (old and worn out mattress). The light senzor near bathroom was turning on/off in the all day and night out of the blue.

Anze (5/5): Passable - Booked for 2 nights, received only one role of toilet paper per apartment. No sponge and soap for cleaning the dishes. The dishwasher had no tablets. Took them for the second apartment. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping! At the end of our stay we had to take our garbage with us otherwise the fine is 50eur.

Kristine (5/5): The location is excellent, but the service provider is not interested in ensuring the comfort of the - The apartments were located right next to the ski lift. It was possible to ski down to the door of the house. The beds were comfortable, the towels were of high quality. It was not easy to find an office where you could get the keys. We were not given information about the conditions for placing garbage, so we had to walk around the city with garbage bags in our hands and look for a container that is not locked. Note that there is no dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, or cloth to wipe the table with in the apartments. Of course, there is no salt, no sugar, no oil either. Pots and pans do not have lids. The service provider is lazy in responding to emails and messages.
Becky (9/5): Very convienient, modern apartment, with lovely views of the slopes. - The location was excellent. really close to the lift, and not too far from ski school! we loved being at the bottom of the village. it could do with a sofa/ soft chair - the bigger bedroom easily had space for one - and some larger mugs, but maybe that’s just a British thing! And the cooker was a little temperamental!
Emil (8/5): Very good - The apartment looks better live than on the photos. Location is perfect - close to the gondola and direct access to the slopes. We liked access code - no key is needed to enter. The equipment is rather poor - we missed some bigger mugs for the tea, rubber pad fot the shoes and mop - without these it's very difficult to keep the aparment clean in the winter.

Tomasz (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is new and spacious. Good location - literally next to the Cassana gondola and 30m from the skibuss stop. The level of service by the facility manager is abysmal! The facility is not managed by a private owner, but by some "agency" (Erre&Gi). For every phone call I made about any problem, I heard the answer that matters of this kind are handled by a "colleague" and my caller will forward my report to him, after which no one contacted me. This was the case, for example, with the skipasses I ordered - the skipass for the child was 7 days shorter than the passes for parents, and I was assured that for these next 7 days I could pick up a free (Family Week) pass for her at the point of sale of skipasses - however, at this point of sale I was refused, being informed that the skipass for the child must be - from the beginnig - issued for the same period as the skipass for their parent. And despite my notifications, the facility manager, who organized and sold me these skipasses, promised to clarify the matter (the standard response "I will pass on the issue to a colleague who deals with these matters, and he will get back to you"), and then pretended that there was no topic, and in the end I had to deal with the extension of the pass for the child on my own. For days the WiFi in the apartment did not work - this was finally fixed only after a week of my stay, and in the meantime, after my repeated reminders I received replacement mobile routers, which stopped working after 2 days. The ski room is a joke - not only is there no heated shoebox, but there are not even enough lockers and hangers (two lockers in total for 8 pairs of shoes, while the property has suites for 20-25 people in total). The apartment has underfloor heating - no radiator of any kind on which to dry anything. The apartment is generally clean, but cleaning is "unorthodox" - in the nooks and crannies (for example, at the sink in the bathroom, in the shower stall) a rather thick layer of fungus could be found.
