Guest Reviews

- Kelly (8/5): -
- Brittany (1/5): Harassed by a stranger, worst stay ever - It's kinda close to food places and has a cheap grocery store nearby. We were harassed and threatened multiple times by another person staying there for 3 hours immediately after checking in. We have no idea who this person is and he repeatedly threatened violence and we had to call the police and get a refund. There was also no hot water and the rooms were not clean.
- Jones Sr. (7/5): -
- Patrick (1/5): Stay Away - Nothing, horrible place to stay. Hot water for shower lasted about 1.5 minutes then would just get cold, almost all the wall sockets were either busted off or loose. Remote for cable barely worked because the receiver was mounted directly behind TV. Hotwater in sink never got Hot. I honestly don't know how this place is even still open. The pics on website is all false. Hotel lobby always locked and no worker present for 20 to 30 minutes. Overall bad bad suck ass p

- Maxwell (1/5): - First room everything broken even Ac we sweeted all night paid 154.00 for 2 nights just to sweet 2 nd room TV was broken called office wouldn't do anything about it until in the morning
- Lacy (4/5): Needs work - It was pretty bad had roaches crawling up and down walls and in bathtub. The riom smelled moldy sheets had stains on them drawers had spilled sugar in them and hardly any hot water actually it never did get hot to where we had to turn cold on to make it warm.
- Tikiesha (10/5): - Very relaxing
- Hugor (2/5): - Avoid body itching stay away from this place
- Burns (7/5): Good -
- Dweemoney (10/5): - Nice
- DION (10/5): - Was very nice ccompared to the ones i was staying at and was very convient
- Ryan (1/5): Bad - The bed was ok They said it was renovated in December. That's a joke.
It is the most filthy place we've ever stayed in. It's dirty, mold all over the bathroom. Shower duct taped to the wall. White towels full of stains. No soap. Hair everywhere. It smelled like it was a smoking room. Very loud. People were blasting music all night long. Smells like weed and cigarettes everywhere. Bugs on the floor. Sticky surfaces. It hasn't been cleaned in months. Sheets seemed to be clean, but who knows. I won't be surprised if we have bed bugs or scabies. We would have left, but we were exhausted after driving all day long. Don't stay in this dump. It's not worth your health. It needs to be reported and have it shut down. It's not acceptable.
- Jessica (1/5): The worst property ever. Very unsanitary and a danger to one’s health. - There was nothing to like about the property. OMG!!! These rooms are disgusting. Refrigerator had maggots in it. The pillows had questionable yellow stains on them. Toilets were not clean. Behind & under the bed were just as nasty. The mirrors had sticky residue left on them. Dust in inconspicuous places & I have allergies! After taking photos for about an hour, I decided to talk to the receptionist and seek accommodation. Right off the bat she gave me a scripted/automated response about not refunding never not once mentioned or wanted to accommodate until I called her out about the uncleanliness. She then proceeded to give me a room key to another room that was worst than the one I had. The unit I had a foul smell & I was miserable. They live like this themselves, so of course they saw nothing wrong with it. Not one decent room. I couldn’t even sleep.
- Thomas (2/5): Nasty Daddy - Umm Smelly dirty bugs. 2 or three sentences
- Vanessa (10/5): Amazing - Cheapest price and nice rooms! Safe place to stay with kids. Came here to visit family for the Christmas and we enjoyed it. No breakfast
- Hill (10/5): Great place to stay - Central location to reach memphis for a fair price: parking, highspeed wifi and close to food place.
- Roman (10/5): Renovated rooms - Rooms are updated and renovated. Clean fresh rooms. Staff was good at the frontdesk
- Rick (10/5): Very Good - Had everything we needed
- Harris (6/5): Pleasant -
- Patel (9/5): Good rooms for low price -
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms looks updated and clean. last time we stayed in 2021 the rooms are nicer. Good staff
- Matthew (2/5): - Room looked nothing like the pictures, the tv did not function properly and had something sticky all over it, very poor lighting.
- Brenda (6/5): - Old
- Don (4/5): Disappointing -
- King (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crystal (2/5): Can't sleep tight because the bugs might bite. - I am telling you, for your safety and health DO NOT STAY HERE. I was traveling from PA to TX with family and we need to stop for the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior, but I was exhausted the price was low - which I ended up paying 85.00 at the office. The water didn't work, the toilet did not flush, no fire alarm, and MOLD in microwave couch and chairs. I put them outside. Even stepped on a few cockroaches in our free time. Mushrooms in wall and what do I find in the toilet paper roll holder? If you guessed toilet paper....NOPE used bars of soap. That's where they are stored apparently. I asked that night for a refund they said I would have to wait til morning. I waited until morning and was yelled and screamed at. No refund. So the best I can do is try to warn people from our experience. This place needs inspected. This place is an honest to God health hazard.
I tried adding my photos but it won't let me.
- Karen (2/5): AWFUL! Never EVER stay there. - The location was easy to find. The room stank of mold, had holes in the walls, and there were COCKROACHES!!!
- Leosvaldo (5/5): Too expensive for poor quality - The staff was friendly The room wasn’t good , small , everything looks old , the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, the blankets was stained
- Arthur (1/5): I would never recommend this place to anyone and we will not be staying here ever again - I did not like anything about the room. The room was dirty, the sheets we're stained and have holes in it. The shower did not have a shower curtain, The TV didn't work, The front desk lady would not give us extra pillows, and when I came to check in no one was at the desk I had to wait outside for 10 minutes. The service was very poor.
- Brian (1/5): Working with Nextdoor location to get more money - Their “system” wouldn’t take our cards, so ended up staying at the place directly next door, Dreamland Inn, costing us $20 more, that took my card with no problem. I strongly believe they did this on purpose to avoid Third-Party fees & to charge more. Be extremely careful. Book at a chain instead.
- Nena (5/5): Motel is basic, but the WIFI is very good - This is really the most basic motel as you can get. If they would work on humidity in the room, it could improve the quality of stay. Location is good, and staff is very kind. It is okay for the price you pay. Humidity in the rooms makes the stay unpleasant.
- Rain (1/5): Bad - I liked the location and staff was very nice. The room had cockroaches and there were mice droppings on the counter..We got a.refund and left. It was absolutely the dirties place ever.
- Jeramy (4/5): Ok because it was cheap option. - Bathroom sink was horrible. Room seemed clean. Half of the room used to be the outside of hotel, wall with old windows still installed. Weird tile ramp from “living room” down to bedroom, tripped on it twice. Desk outlets could not be plugged in. Have stayed in better rooms for less.
- Lawrence (3/5): Poor -
- Cedric4reel (10/5): Exceptional - Couldn't change any channel with the remote.
- robert (2/5): - Condemn, demolish and build new or remodel the building.
- Lucious (4/5): - Property was pretty much a ran down and filthy, had n order smell and roaches unfortunately crawling around. I didn’t stay no longer than an 1 or so after check out because of it, stay helpful and understanding for the most part.
- DOTTY (2/5): - The room I was given was not cleaned!!! People were loitering around the facility. I was given my payment back. I thought that was nice.
- Sha (4/5): Somewhere out of the elements to sleep. - It was a place to go to sleep. Oh and the bathroom! The bathroom is huge. Idk really, over all it was a one star room. It was as basic a one could be. The drawers weren't clean at all . Had roach poop in them. I can't pinpoint just one thing but it's not as described on website.
- Jonathan (2/5): - Don’t stay here unless you can handle sleeping in a dirty bed, pubes in the sink and tub. Holes in the doors and wall, assuming that’s where the person had their hair ripped out, there was hair everywhere. Cigarette butts and ashes in the Chester drawers, makeup stain on the pillow, left over food and open beer in the fridge. Microwave finally came on and smelled of Urine. I should have slept in my Truck. That place is unclean, unsafe. Expedia should not have this as an option on their website. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
- Traylene (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sharla (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lugenia (6/5): - It seemed as if some people are living at the property and I did not feel safe when I pulled in. Once I went inside I saw roaches walking around and the smell of insecticide was strong. I had a long drive and tried to go to sleep around 7:30/ 8pm and the people on the floor above me were walking around constantly until after 11pm. I finally got up at 1:30am and left to finish my drive home. I will not stay here again.
- Sharla (6/5): My stay was good. -
- Marquaon (2/5): - Bed nasty, bathroom nasty, bed dirty, overall thumbs down never again
- Susan (2/5): - It really is true you get what you pay for. But I did expect at least some plastic drinking cups, facial tissues, a sink that does not wobble (pedestal), overhead lights that don't flicker nonstop, and just maybe a desk lamp for the desk in the far corner away from any light source (only light are canned ceiling lights). The saving grace is that I got here so late that it will be a bad dream in 6 hours.
- Steven (1/5): Not worth the money. - The bed was relatively comfortable, at best. The ac worked OK. No toilet paper, no phone to call front desk. No shower curtain, took a shower anyway, then had a wet floor to negotiate. The toilet seat was ready to fall off, no chairs, dead flies on the floor. I had to talk to the front desk, over a telephone, while standing outside, then deal with the desk person through a small sliding window. Much like a prison visiting booth! As nasty a place to stay that it was, they had the audacity to charge me an extra fee for using a credit card to pay. Live and learn...learn from my mistake and search for another place.
- Jelisha (2/5): Bad place and dishonest - This place looks nothing like it did on line.It looks horrible when you pull on the lot.Curtains down room looks like they never been clean. The clerk came to the desk with a towel rapped around him and a jacket on.No one could speak English.I booked through Klarna paid my payment. When I got there I was told they didn't accept it.So I paid with my card and to my surprise it was ran through Klarna.I had to stay due to me being out of town. But the next day I left. This hotel is not fit to be open.It should be honest and put the true picture of how this place looks.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leslie (2/5): - Room had flooded had to stay somewhere else plus had car trouble
- Lindsey (2/5): - When we arrived to the hotel. It was not fit for even a dog to stay in! Bugs under the mattress! Only had smoking rooms. Paid for a king room but wasn’t a king bed was 2 doubles
- Fawn (10/5): - Dead bugs in the room. Looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned for awhile. We were traveling with animals, though, so did not expect a great room.
- Darron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (1/5): Bad - close to the inner state highway. not clean, bugs and no working heat in freezing conditions.
- Peppers (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abdulbaki (1/5): Bad - No towels in the room
- David (3/5): Poor -
- Butts (1/5): Bad -
- Thomas (1/5): Bad -
- Edward (1/5): Bad - Nothing Dirty.
