- Malcolm (8/5): Good spot to visit Monemvasia. - There was a little confusion about our booking, but the hotel owner soon sorted this out and we were in our room. Good location for visiting Monemvasia, with a great view toward the rock the old town stands on. Plenty of cafes in the local area for meals.

- Michael (10/5): Room with seaview at extremely good value - The second half of September turned out to be just the right time for a few days in Monemvasia: Almost empty, clean beaches, a pleasantly calm byzantine oldtown, and extremely good value accommodation at Romeo's (five minutes from the beach, in Gefira, with breathtaking view of the rock island and the bays on either side). The room was cleaned and towels exchanged on a daily basis and the owners always ready to help.

Location is in the town and the walk to the castle takes around 25 minutes (or you can take the shuttle bus - 10 minute stroll to bus stop from the hotel). Owner is very nice and gave us some oranges from the garden. Parking provided (1 minute from hotel). Good WiFi. This review is for the quad room. Excellent value for money!
