- nikitasvas (8/5): Μπορεί και καλύτερα. - Στην άφιξη βρεθήκαμε απέναντι σε εξαιρετικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό.Ότι χρειάζεται να γνωρίζει κάποιος σε ένα κατάλυμα που θα περάσει κάποιες ξέγνοιαστες εορταστικές μέρες το μάθαμε.Το προσωπικό ήταν το πολύ δυνατό "χαρτί" του,κάθε στιγμή.Αξιοπρεπέστατο πρωινό. Υπήρχαν κάποιες άτυχες στιγμές που δεν διορθώθηκαν.Δεν υπήρχε internet τις περισσότερες μέρες.Θα μας πει κάποιος αυτό;Ναι ήταν ένα πρόβλημα.Επίσης ήταν λίγο μακριά από την πόλη και χρειαζόταν αυτοκίνητο.Αυτό ήταν δική μας επιλογή που δεν σκεφτήκαμε.

- Athena (9/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή - Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό , πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Μεγάλα και μοντέρνα δωμάτια. Υπήρχαν μαξιλαροθήκες και κουβέρτες με στάμπες. Προφανώς ήταν πλυμένες και οι λεκέδες δε βγαίνουν αλλά καλό θα ήταν να αντικατασταθούν.

- Μήτρου (8/5): - Τοποθεσία ντιζάιν ευγένεια προσωπικου κρεβάτι μεγάλο δωμάτιο άνετο !!! Το μπάνιο είχε ελλείψεις μικρό καλαθάκι λίγο χαρτί τελείωσε το σαπούνι το ντουζ απ' το ταβάνι έτρεχε χωρίς να το ανοίξεις.Η πισίνα περιμέναμε να είναι γεμάτη .

- Anna Maria (3/5): Not good - The staff were so sweet: the receptionists the cleaners and the lady at the breakfast buffet. They were extremely kind and pleasant. They made our stay feel less stressful. Room amenities were extremely poor they only offered one pillow per person which was truly unacceptable, the rooms were giving hostel vibes walls were stripped off paint bathroom reeked of blockage smell after a day of using it (which doesn’t reflect on the cleaners who did a lovely job but on the establishment that hasn’t dealt with maintenance issues) the duvets were old the beds were so so uncomfortable and they just had mattress toppers which was weird because they only made the beds more squishy and uncomfortable and it felt like you were sleeping on a moving object. Even though the rooms were cleaned (because we saw the maids clean thoroughly the other rooms whilst we passed by), the walls were truly hideous unpainted which made the room feel so cheap and uninviting. The breakfast served on the first day we stayed was not fresh eggs were definitely made the day before, our second day (when the lady managed the buffet) everything was fresh and breakfast was quite decent. My dad had an operation which is why we stayed two nights so he could recover and the amenities (Not the cleanness - that was of course provided and nothing was wrong with it) truly couldn’t deliver the basics which is a decent sleep and a decent bathroom.

- Clara (10/5): Très bon qualité/prix. Confortable et les employés très sympathiques. - Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec balcon et vue sur la montagne. Bien chaud en hiver. Douche plaisante. La seule chose c’est que l’ascenseur fait sans arrêt un bip bip qui s’entend depuis la chambre. C’est assez désagréable.

- Gloria (4/5): Would not return to this hotel. - Staff did their best. Breakfast choice very limited and no toaster. Chairs very uncomfortable. Pool area only had 2 shades in sizzling heat38/40 for over 30 sun loungers. Public allowed in for 10 euros a day which at times made it very noisy and uncomfortable. Young lads splashing and creating unease while no staff corrected them. Air condoning hit and miss working with noisy fan and mini fridge stopped working on second day. Alternative room offered but shower area very worn and looked in need of renovation. Noise below room at night with kids hanging around.

- Angelos (7/5): Ευχάριστο - Καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο αεροδρόμιο. Το προσωπικό της reception είναι πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Μια μέρα το πρωί δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Στο μπάνιο λείπουν κρεμάστρες, η θέρμανση δεν ρυθμίζεται εύκολα (αν είναι ανοικτός ο διακόπτης είναι πολύ ζεστό το δωμάτιο) ενώ χρειάζεται λίγη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα, κυρίως πάνω από τα προσκεφαλα αλλά και τα μπαλκόνια. Το πρωινό χρήζει βελτίωσης ενω δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα επιλογής διαμονής χωρίς πρωινό.

- Dora (8/5): - Δεν εχω ξανασυναντήσει τοσο ευγενέστατο προσωπικο! Μας κατατοπισαν πληρως σε οτι ρωτησαμε. Το κρεβατι υπερ ανετο. Το πρωινο ηταν καλο. Σιγουρα θα το επελεξα ξανα σε επομενη επισκεψη μου στα Γιανννενα. ο Θερμοστατης δεν λειτουργουσε. Με δυσκολια τον κλεισαμε γιατι ειχε πολυ ζεστη και οταν θελησαμε να τον ανοιξουμε δεν δουλευε. Λειπει μια μπριζα απο το μπανιο οπως επισης κ μια κρεμαστρα για τις πετσετες. Επισης δεν ειχε πολυ ζεστο νερο γιατι εγω κανω με καυτο αλλα οκ δεν με ενοχλησε ιδιαιτερα.

- Jacqueline (5/5): Niet nog eens. - Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en wil alles doen om je verblijf prettig te maken. De kamer was groot. Het is relatief dichtbij het ziekenhuis waar we elke dag heen moesten. De vieze schimmel op de douchekop (na melding wel schoongemaakt), stoffige en vieze kamer. Het zwembad was groen uitgeslagen en nodigde niet uit tot zwemmen. Het is wat vergane glorie, het is vast erg mooi geweest maar heeft nu een flinke onderhoudsbeurt nodig.
