• María del Pilar (9/5): - El personal muy atento y servicial en la recepción. En el restaurante también fueron amables. Las camas eran muy duras, nos salió una cucaracha, hay que darle alguna mano de pintura en algunas partes de la habitación y el baño necesita mantenimiento también.

• Jorge (10/5): Agradable y perfecto - Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y agradables. El desayuno es excelente y la atención, muy buena. La habitación se encuentra limpia y el baño es cómodo y agradable. En general, es un hotel excelente. Quizás lo único a mencionar es el ruido proveniente de un bar ubicado en los alrededores del hotel; la música se mantenía a alto volumen hasta horas de la madrugada.

• Lina (10/5): Excelente opción en Buenaventura - Excelente atención, buen desayuno, habitación con agua, café, aire acondicionado, minibar, amenidades de baño; limpieza muy buena, ubicación perfecta para ir al embarcadero y realizar los tour; únicamente hacer la observación de que la vista no es posible debido a la doble ventana que supongo es para aislase del ruido del entorno, para nosotros estuvo perfecto.

Les informe pero no había nada que hacer. Les dije así no podía dormí y que buscaría otra opción Me dijeron que no me podían devolver el dinero ese día por qué había pagado con tarjeta , que me lo devolvían al día hábil y luego de de varios días sin respuestas me dijeron que ya no me devolverían el dinero aún cuando quedo por escrito. Que la dueña les dió esa orden y perdí el dinero

Bars and discos blaring music all night makes it impossible to sleep. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or room service, guests are expected to walk around looking for food after arriving from a long journey.

• William (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is 5 star. I did 4 nights. Close to the boats for excursions, and tons of food etc options. The security is top notch. The room was perfect with a sea view balcony. Solid wifi and A/C. Breakfast had everything, and dinner was gourmet with sunset ocean views from the top floor. The place to stay as a traveler or business person. Everything was great.

• Pm (8/5): Overall a good stay! - The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful rooftop view! All the hotel staff were kind and helpful! The shower has hot water which is a bonus! The location is quiet, but right next to the busy city center and beautiful beach. The room smelled a bit musty and needed to be aired out.
• Peter (5/5): Right hotel in the wrong place. - The hotel is actually very nice in almost every aspect. The location, in the midst of a block of bars and discothèques the noise in the rooms is deafening. I stayed two nights - the first night the noise went up to 75db, then I changed rooms for a "soundproof" one and the noise was still 65db. as good as everything is, sleep without earplugs is impossible in normal rooms.
• Isabel (6/5): A nice hotel but very, very noisy. - Really lovely room. Big with plenty of space and storage to put everything. Breakfast was nice. More variety of fruit would be good but it was a decent meal. Good location for convenience to things. There was parking directly opposite that had 24 hour security. With a convenient location comes noise. The noise of music from the bars went on until the early hours of the morning (3-4am some nights and always later than midnight). It was incredibly loud and was multiple music sources blaring out. It made sleep incredibly difficult. The windows are huge and very ill fitting but they have huge window frames and it wouldn’t be difficult to fit double glazing and cure this problem. The reception area has double glazing and is incredibly quiet. Just make the rooms the same! The air conditioning unit didn’t work properly. It didn’t get down to the temperature on the setting and iced up frequently resulting in water dripping out of it. We had to use the ice bucket to collect the water as it was a lot, constantly dripping. The shower hot water is on a timer which is very restrictive. You can’t have a warm shower until after 6pm and in the morning only between 5-9am. These things are all a shame as it could be a really good hotel.
