- Frédéric (6/5): Satisfaction assez mitigée. - L'accueil s'est très bien passé avec une réceptionniste très agréable. La chambre est de qualité. Dommage que la tête de lit derrière les oreillers était en mauvaise état. Le lendemain matin, la personne qui m'a accueilli m'a placé sur une nappe usagée et tachée. Pas de beurre, pas de yaourth. C'est ainsi. Au check out, beaucoup de monde donc règlement à distance et obligé de rappeler 3 fois pour avoir la facture définitive.
- Stephane (6/5): - Déçu par l'accueil, et par le confort. L'annexe est un peu étrange et pas de climatisation, sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenetres avec le bruit.
- Arnaud (2/5): - Une seule prise dans la chambre , en plus pas à côté du lit, pas de tapis de bain dans la chambre, linge de lit propre mais couette et oreilles une mauvaise odeur. Pas de lumière de chevet juste une seule grande lumière, Une chambre dans une petite maison à côté et le bruit de la porte d’entrée impossible de passer une bonne nuit. Des anciens volets donc le matin ouvrir la fenêtre pour la lumière du jour pas possible. Pour un 4 étoiles les rideaux de la chambre sont même pas à la même hauteur Bref la patronne me dit que la chambre est pas chère. Mais cela n’est pas une raison!
- Stephane (8/5): Bien mais..... - Bon séjour. Chambre confort. Odeur d'égout dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner un peu cher (17€) pour ce qui est proposé, pas de chaud, peu de choix, et produit moyen (fromage et gateaux industriel)

- GUY (10/5): - Un weekend de rêve. L'hôtel est exceptionnel et très bien situé le long de la seine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La sdb est top. L'hôtel est a proximité du centre ville à pied. Et le restaurant est succulent. Bien servi et très très bon.

- Chris (8/5): Perfectly good accomodation. - Initial appearance is a bit dated and tired but the rooms are spacious & clean and the beds & pillows are very comfortable, shower is good too. Location is right next to back entrance of train station and 5 minutes from town centre.

Mon grand regret c'est de ne pas avoir diné au restaurant, qui est trés trés acueillant et donne vraiment envie. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois

- Diane (2/5): Fuming! - We booked in October 2018 for a two night stay for the Ryder Cup. Three months later the hotel contacted us telling us to cancel our reservation as the Ryder Cup administration team would be taking over the whole hotel. To say I was fuming was an understatement. The whole area was booked out. If the hotel had cancelled straight away we could have had a chance to rebook elsewhere. Be aware when booking at this hotel, if they get a better offer, they'll leave you in the lurch without any accommodation.

Huoneet henkivät vanhaa, mutta ovat hyvin varusteltuja ja kylpyhuoneet on hiljattain uusittu. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta vain harva puhuu englantia. Paikkakunta on hotellin tapaan pieni ja sympaattinen. Erinomainen paikka pysähtyä yhdeksi yöksi vaikkapa ennen lentoa ja rauhoittua pikkukylän tunnelmassa Seinen rannalla.

- R J (8/5): Charming but without parking. - The hotel was perfectly located to explore the park near the footings of the ancient Poissy bridge. The only downside was checking-in and parking. There is no space to pull off the road for check in and no designated parking for guests. In a busy section of town, across from the train station, parking can be a nightmare.
- david (8/5): - j'ai pu bénéficier d'un surclassement de ma chambre, et celle ci fut excellente j'ai utilisé les services du restaurant, ce fut excellent mais pas à n'importe quell prix, on a rien sans rien le petit déjeuner fut du meme niveau la seule erreur concerne la facturation, j'ai payé plus que ce qui a été indiqué sur la facture, ce qui est un peu genant pour la prise en charge d'une note de frais

- Damien (2/5): Surbooking ... - Je sais d'avance que ce cher monsieur va s'empresser d'inventer je ne sais quel argument pour tenter d'éviter de mauvais avis, mais voici mon expérience avec eux. Je demande à annuler une réservation risquant d'arriver trop tardivement. Après des aller/retour téléphonique entre l'hotel et Hotels.com se renvoyant la balle sur le refus de l'annulation, je prends acte de leur refus et m'organise en conséquence, sachant qu'ils me prélevaient la totalité de la somme, pas simplement un %. Sauf qu'à mon arrivée, mauvaise surprise, ma chambre n'a pas été annulée, mais par contre a bien été "revendue", l'hôtel pensant que je n'allais pas venir, a pensé pouvoir faire coup double... Obligé de retrouver une chambre ailleurs ...

The location right on the river is beautiful and the hotel, while an old building, was crisp, bright and new on the inside, and situated perfectly, right on the Seine and across from the train station. We would highly recommend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful hotel - This was a wonderful little hotel, right on the river. While parking was not provided by the hotel, public parking was nearby. It is within easy walking distance of the historic city center. The staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant located in the hotel looked to be lovely but not casual so we did not eat there. The rooms were large by European standards and were very nicely appointed.
