• Lim (9/5): - Clean and spacious I booked 4 same rooms for 7 adults. The guy told me one of the rooms was smaller. Where was the messed up? Anyway, he gave me a free upgrade. I paid equally for all rooms and did not expect to get a smaller room. No lift on site. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Rooms were renovated and looked new. They have new big tubs.

The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. The wifi was good and breakfast was included (a choice of three cooked items). The inside is much better than the outside thank goodness. The outside needs a lot of work. The whole building layout is awkward and the signage in the stairwells could be better. Also noise echoes along the corridors.

• Nathalie (9/5): Good and clean room, breakfast superb!! - Nice and clean room. We had a room on the first floor with parking right behind it (and a backdoor) so very easy to unload and pack. Room very basic but very clean and spacious. The outside of the hotel could do with some modernising, but the inside is modern and fresh. The included breakfast (not a buffet but different options on menu which were cooked for us freshly) was the absolute best we have ever had! And we travel a lot. The employees preparing and serving it were lovely, too! There were coffee but no tea facilities in the room. A kettle for boiling water would be nice.

The building was quiet so had a good sleep. We ordered pizza from a attendant recommendation and it arrived quickly was excellent eating. Plenty of parking spaces to accommodate my bigger vehicle. Perhaps breakfast starting at 7AM would of been better but really nothing to complain about.

Natürlich braucht man dafür etwas Zeit, aber das ist es wert. Die Nähe zum Wells Gray Park unschlagbar. Preis Leistung top. Der Außenbereich braucht etwas Liebe. Der Innenhof ist schön und eigentlich schaut man hinten auf den Wald, es wäre vermutlich sehr einfach. Und die Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer fehlt. Eine auf dem Flur ist leider nicht wie beschrieben.

• Shania (8/5): - The breakfast was great. Got vouchers for the restaurant and got to pick off a limited menu. All staff was super friendly especially the housekeeper. Rooms nicely updated. The a/c/ heater kept the room nice and warm but would creak quiet loudly in the middle of the night. Ended up turning it off and turning on thw baseboard heater the following night which worked well. Only thing that would make our stay better was if there was an indoor pool or hottub.

Has a restaurant, separate bar and also a liquor store. They accommodated my dog and even though Booking.com didn't submit my request for a crib for my child, the manager went out of his way to find one for us. The staff were simply awesome. Room was very clean with easy to control air conditioning. The room was a little on the smaller size for us, but we will book a larger room on our next stay.

• Janina (7/5): Völlig ausreichend, zweckmäßig und solide. Ideal als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise. - Das Zimmer hatte ein großes und bequemes Bett und war ansonsten sehr geräumig. Der Parkplatz hatte einen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung. Sehr hilfsbereites Frühstückspersonal, lecker war das Frühstück auch. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an den Highway. Unser Zimmer war zur Check-In-Zeit noch nicht fertig. Das Zimmer sollte Balkon oder Terrasse haben - stimmt, allerdings an einem großen Parkplatz. Autos standen direkt vor dem Zimmer. Zwar praktisch, aber nicht schön. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits des kleinen Zentrums von Clearwater, sodass für jeden Weg das Auto benutzt werden musste.

• David (7/5): We would certainly stay another time. - Though the hotel didn’t look like much on the outside, the room was exceptionally nice. Huge, recently well redecorated room with king bed, big bathroom, stand-alone tub & big shower. Plenty big for our 2 Golden Retrievers. Hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was included, and included a great chat with some regular locals, & superb waitress. I slept fine but my wife said the mattress was “dead”. Unfortunately we didn’t know to go close up to the heating unit with the remote to make changes so it was too hot for us. Staff came right away to adjust it when we called them for help in the morning.

• Sylvia (8/5): - The Hotel offers clean and spacious rooms. Though situated along the highway, you don’t hear traffic. Everything was spotless. Everything could have been perfect but then you have a total disaster regarding the breakfast ( which was included). We thought it was a mishap on day one but everything was the same on day two: the breakfast room is cooled down to icy temperatures. In which you have to wait for - an hour!!!!!!!!! There aren’t even 20 tables but it just seemed completely disorganized. We felt very sorry for the one waitress, who was very friendly and kept her cool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and even more had the most wonderful dining experience at the restaurant for breakfast, and again for lunch at the roadhouse. The food was amazing, and the decor theme was very unique! They have the best burgers ever and the ginger pork bowl was incredible! Would definitely recommend for anyone planning to stay in the area or just passing through!!!!
