• Jo Fleitas (8/5): Basic lodging - Good location, friendly staff. Price was very reasonable. There was no longer a billiards table, although the listing said there was - disappointing for our son, as that was part of the reason we booked here. The place is called a resort, but is really just a motor lodge. A little tired, could do with some renovations.

• Alan (3/5): It was disappointing and certainly did not live up to its "resort" name in our view. - The breakfast was very ordinary and the coffee was bad. The decor was dated and parts of the facility lacked heating. I would not recommend this facility.

Walking distance to everything in town. Price was good for a weekend stay and compared to what you got at other options Facilities were a little dated but everything was clean and in working order

• David (6/5): Disappointing - Location was great. The bed was the worse I have ever slept in. I travel a lot for work and that bed was terrible. The walls were so thin I could hear the guests next door using the toilet and every conversation that was being said on both sides.

Special th - We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, the welcoming and accommodating staff, and the great outdoor area which was perfect for our group dinner. The overall ambience and smooth organization made our stay very enjoyable. Everything was wonderful during our stay. A small suggestion would be to consider adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom for better ventilation. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

• roger (8/5): Family Trip to Methven - 3rd stay for my family. They are currently remodeling so restaurant, bar and lounge are closed. Will return once they are fully operational again. Great price to stay for a family of 4. Sad to see the complimentary breakfast is no longer offered. From once free to now $14 a head.

The bathroom was beautiful with the large mirror and good lighting! The only thing is that the water from the shower does spray out a bit, but other than that, amazing!

Stay a level 1 and luckily got lift service. WIFI not working at all! Room lighting is too dark, unable to read. Bathroom design is not good and a bath causing the whole bathroom wet.
