• YUKO (9/5): まぁ満足です - 部屋風呂以外に、大きめの浴槽があったこと。 シングルの部屋が広かった 朝食がいまいちでした。 必要な備品の各自部屋に持ち帰りは良かったのですが、置場所の説明が不足していた気もします。 もっと大きく場所の掲示があればもっと良かった
• Stephen (8/5): Charming Clean and Workable - Great breakfast, helpful kind staff, large free parking area. Laundry was useful, I slept well and the en-suite was efficient. Free local green tea, use of kettles and microwave for instant ramen etc. The hotel is obsessed with cleaning. It’s OK that you have to take off your shoes and wear slippers, even wipe off the wheels on your luggage, all that is cultural to Japan. But placing a sign on the steps outside forbidding entry back into the hotel between 10am and 3pm because the hotel is being cleaned is excessive. I had to stand in the entrance and seek permission to go to my room. Permission was granted but the chain of command was consulted first.

• Takahiro (8/5): 全体的にリーズナブルで機会があればまた利用させて頂きたいホテルです。 - 富士山がすぐ近くに見えます。 自分は三階に宿泊しましたが、非常階段から良く見えました。 土足厳禁でエントランスで下足箱に靴を入れる必要があります。 ブーツなどはチェックイン前に一苦労あります。

• Emmanuelle (6/5): Pas agréable. - Les couloirs et les chambre font pensé à un hôpital des années 80, austère et vide. L'État général de propreté n'est pas terrible, moisissure dans les sanitaires, draps et moquettes taché. L'hôtel était très bruyants cette nuit la, d'énormes bruits fesait trembler le lit ainsi que toute la chambre. Le prix pourrait peu être ratraper les choses mais même pas, nous avons payer 3000 yens de plus que nos deux hôtels précèdent pourtant bien meilleurs! Seul l'acceuil du personnel et le petit déjeuner viennent ratraper un peu les choses.

The onsen was brilliant and well maintained and the parking looked like it was easy. The local bars/restaurants near by were excellent and easy to get to. It may be a bit of a bus ride from the Shinkansen to here, but for the price and atmosphere, it's absolutely worth it. Thank you for making this short, overnight stay so lovely and welcoming!
• Kwun Wai Eddy (8/5): - 勝價比高，房間舒適，早餐好味 這間酒店非常清潔，當進酒店，要除鞋放在鞋櫃。行李箱要用布清潔輪胎。 價錢優惠，包自助餐早餐，有大浴場，房間夠大，可放2個大行李箱都無問題。 有免費wifi，第一天發覺完全連結不到。第二天女職員借了我一個pocket wifi連接lan線後，就用到wifi了。 女職員很有禮貌而且很有笑容。 房間出面走廊有大門可以看到富士山，很美。 還有免費停車場，所以很方便。駕車去富士山夢之大橋，富士宮淺間神社都方便。 房間沒有煲水設施，房間水是富士山地下水。早餐區的茶水可以任飲至晚上10時。至於咖啡就到早上10時。 因為很晚入住，所以在酒店附近找到間鮨英壽司店是一個老人家開，非常用心整每件壽司，非常好味。

• Christian (10/5): A “Vacation” from a Vacation - This hotel was amazing. The staff and housekeeping were nice and exceptional. The public bath was very nice and there is a separate one for women that they keep a key for at the front. The room met my needs as the area was nice, quiet and calm. As an added bonus, you get views of Mt. Fuji almost everywhere you walk.
