Robert (4/5): - Very poorly maintained property. Rooms just functional. Bathroom fan missing with just hole in the roof. Bed linen threadbare and not ironed. Amenities such as milk, tea and coffee minimal. One of the doors had deep pet scratches ranging across the door. Outside the car parking area was at best road base and full of pot holes. No attempt to maintain external property. The whole place needs a good renovation and paint!. Saw much better in GI!
frances (2/5): - Ended up getting a refund because after waiting for nearly 45 mins for person to return to the office to check in. Walked into the room and the bed may have been remade with clean sheets but it looked like someone had come along and sat or laid on it again! Dirty ashtray outside of room. Would not recommend this motel.

james (2/5): - The whole place should be condemned Never stay there again I had stayed there a few times over the past few years and at each visit the place gets worse There were no mugs in suite when I went to ask reception which was 5 mins over they had closed and 10 mins after they were meant to open when I pushed the buzzer that was located there I was ignored meaning I had to take a trip to Woolies at 8 in the morning in buy mugs for coffee. out of 5 stars I give it zero

Yvette (6/5): - I was worried about safety as the exteral door was an internal door and the lock on the door handle just made it to the whole in the door frame, but all was fine, no drama. The carpet had black grease marks on it that could not be removed, but the sheet were very clean. The venue is run down with pot whole in driveway and other things but offered everything you would need. No pool. Safety was a concern as it was 2 females staying in this room. The accomadation had no noise. Reception could have answered the phone by saying the name of the accomation ( I thought I had been scammed and thought "oh no, II might not have anywhere to stay.)

The only toiletries was soap. no handtowel or face washer, no bedside lamps. A hand towel was brought to the room after the guest next door requested one. You should not have to chase up basic items.

Elise (10/5): Great place to stay - This is the second year we have stayed here and been very happy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, shower is great. Minimal noise. Owners were away and a lovely man and his daughter were looking after things and were absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend this Motel enough, just lovely and very affordable. Have tried several more expensive motels in the area and this one is the best.
Peter (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Pretty well exactly what you’d expect from a road side motel. A bed and a shower. No under cover parking and the A/C j it was dodgy. Bathroom was Old and tired - the shower taps were loose and it was 1mm between boiling hot and ice cold! Might have been nice to see some shampoo etc in the bathroom too. On a plus, the bed was comfortable.

This would have been a mistake as the room was refurbished and large and clean. Very helpful staff, good value, light breakfast. 10 min walk to the town centre. The garden view was more a flat piece of grass but OK. Don't be put off by first impressions and we enjoyed our stay

Verified traveler (4/5): - Carpet was way to dirty or worn , The receptionist was very nice offered me another room , it was the same she send me down the road to Glen Haven motel had a deal together I assume as just paid Anna Bella motel for 3 nights . The girl said herself I’ve said the carpet needs replacing to obviously who makes that decision . I was disappointed in the fact I picked that motel because it had a king pillow top bed which it did and a full size fridge but when sent to other motel it did have a king bed but not pillow top and only a bar fridge . . If I had of being staying one night I would have just sucked it up but for three nights my husband has Allergy’s and carpet needs to be clean , mind you the Glen Haven wasn’t much better dropped my black pants on the floor and was covered in white stuff , asked them if they would vacuum the room after the first night gathered they had sprinkled that carpet deodoriser on it . They did but didn’t even empty the bin which was overflowing from takeaway. So from now on will give Glen Iness a miss .

Elizabeth (6/5): Anna Bella Motel - This motel was nice. Their continental breakfast consisted of bread to be toasted and butter and jelly or vegimite. There was no daily cleaning service unless specifically requested. Not as I expected from a motel. The woman at the check in office was very nice!

Shower water pressure is good. There's room on site for large vehicles. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but overdue for renovations in my opinion. Carpet was worn and lifting in places and fittings and fixtures were outdated.

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. And there was complimentary bread and condiments for breakfast! Bonus.

Easy access and parking . Toaster, microwave , kettle, iron and board .. all the things that make the stay more comfortable . Plenty of hot water and great pressure though occasionally temp drops when water is being used elsewhere ... Stayed 3 nights, roooms aren’t serviced during this time unless requested . Bed extremely comfortable
