• Heidi (9/5): A step above your average hotel - Pia at reception was so friendly and accommodating which was wonderful when I first arrived and set the standard for my stay. I was really impressed with the little things - enough power points beside the bed for phones and extras, mints and lovely linen. Thank you! This area of town is notorious for being steep and it’s a bit nerve wracking going down the lane ways, but once you’re at the property, the parking is all flat and the accommodation was on the ground floor, so it was easy.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent Hotel, Great location - The room was very clean, plenty of space, good bed and excellent view over the city and surrounds. Good for walking to city centre. Great location for basing yourself to travel around the greater area, able to avoid busy centre of when travelling by car if you wish. The way the shower is designed is not very good allowing water to wet a lot of the bathroom.
• wang (10/5): 很棒很舒适 - 很棒的酒店，风景很棒 能看到整个朗赛斯顿的风光， 房间内的设施也不错 床很大，浴室里还有配备浴帽卸妆水肥皂，毛巾也是管够，每天早上还有房间清洁。 唯一的缺点可能就是去酒店要爬一段坡，不过这也代表酒店位置很高 看的风景更好一点。 如果能有自动售货机或者类似的无人便利店之类的就好了 因为附件真的没有任何超市和餐厅，想吃点啥或者买点东西都要出门爬坡，朗赛斯顿外卖也没啥种类只能点麦当劳之类的。如果能有个自动售货机能让我买点零食饮料啥的就好了。

Friendly reception, clean and comfy room with a view - Amazing view from the room over Launceston parks, river and towards the football stadium. Modern bathroom, comfy bedding. Liked the concept of asking for room to be serviced (which was on offer daily), as we are happy to reuse towels and just don't need it serviced every single day. Very little. Hotel is on a serious hill which would be challenging to some, but we enjoyed the benefits of the view. The toilet seat in the bathroom needs to be tightened (minor maintenance).

• James Lee (10/5): - This property is on a steep road - we liked it a lot. The view in the room was phenomenal, with the city right under your eye. The owner was very kind; she helped us with our last-minute arrival with no issues. The room was clean, although the furniture was a bit aged. The bathroom was modern and was a highlight. The property is about a 5-minute drive from the city centre and directly opposite the city park. Highly recommended!

• Kim (6/5): - Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Carpark at the rear of the property and an uphill walk. No lift only stairs with our suitcases. Would not suit unfit or older visitors. The hotel is also situated up a steep hill which would be tough for older visitors to climb at the end of a busy day. There was no handsoap on the basin. We had to use soap wash from the shower which couldn’t be easily accessed.
