She would start harping on you for breakfast tickets before you even had a chance to sit down. One day I forgot mine upstairs and she told me I had to go back up to get it or no food ( this is after 2 days she already saw me there!!) I told her forget it I’m. It going back upstairs put it on the room.. I did get charged 20.00 for 3 pieces of bacon. And had a extra ticket come checkout

It is just pricey, especially when parking and breakfast is not included in the cost of the r - The facility was very nice and within good walking distance of the concert we were in attendance for. My only complaint is how expensive it ultimately was. Parking is $60 and then you have to pay for breakfast so two buffets were $40 plus the fee of the room, which was a couple hundred dollars in itself. I feel like breakfast should have been included at least considering how much we had to spend for the room.

Loud banging coming from gym next door to room, I asked if there were signs for people to not slam weights in the gym and was met with excuses. The staff didn’t want to make up for the inconvenience.

I also loved the pool I love how its outside so you can also soak up the sun, the atmosphere was very modern and sleek with the quiet hallways and cool air conditioning the value is High-end but worth it, the walk to downtown is awesome to not to far it's 12 mins there and back and the server for breakfast was so sweet and patient we had Nagwa very sweet woman I give this place a 10/10.

Only slight issue was the curtains in my room. My room was on the top floor and had net curtains with a single width curtain either side. That was fine in that the room was not overlooked, however I imagine that in the summer the light could wake you up earlier than you might want. I couldn’t see any blinds to pull down instead.

The stay was great and the front desk was able to accommodate an early check in. The room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of options to eat and drink on premises. The breakfast options downstairs was good and Rasha was wonderful each morning. Attentive and helpful. Walkability to all major points of interest was easy whether it be Broadway, the stadiums or good food.

There was a misunderstanding regarding room servicing which was sorted out with management very quickly and amicably. I was not prepared, with a wall plug, so my phone died.

- David (8/5): - Clean and well kept. Convenient to local attractions Beware, they want $60 plus a day to park which is rediculous after you spend $1200 for 4 nights. I got parking one block away for the whole time, in under ground garage for $98, and you could come and go with no problem. They will tell you they can’t match prices or even get close. On my last stay, atleast the Hyatt matched local prices. They will tell you beware of local parking your car could be broken into. Total scare tactics! Use app find your own parking!
